I shopped with Ross Simon's many years ago, my daughter still has the bracelet that I bought her but it's broken in many pieces from the time it was new, however, for some reasons I prefer to shop with Ross than some of the other dealers

I purchased a diamond cross for the Easter holiday. When I opened the cross, I immediately was disappointed in the quality of the diamonds. The diamonds are cloudy. In addition, the clasp is a spring ring style. It was very, very SMALL thus making it hard to put on. I have purchased several items from RS, including expensive pieces. This is the first time I was disappointed in my decision to purchase what I thought would be a good purchase for the money. The usual diamond quality was absent, and the chain was very cheap. I wish there had been a better-quality chain to purchase with the cross. Overall. I would not purchase a clearance item unless it was a truly better investment.
