Easy to find on site. Good value. Fast shipping. Have not had earrings with this type backing. Hard to put on first time but expect they will be secure for everyday wear.

One of the huggie earrings was defective, it was too small an opening for my earlobe but the other earring fit fine, so I returned them for an exchange on the same type of earring. I also bought a pair of lapis lazuli earrings, & a tanzanite ring, I'm very satisfied with those.

I have so many pieces of jewelry from this company. It's hard to count them all. I have been happy with all of them and never sent anything back. I receive many compliments every time I wear a piece of jewelry. I've been buying from Ross-Simons for 20 years or more. I even have pieces. My mother left me that she bought from Ross-Simons and they are beautiful.

I ordered the ring online, it was very easy. It came within 5 days, so quick delivery. The ring is very lovely, the weight is great, it's got good substance. I really like it! I will wear it a lot!

Have ordered from R & S for years and until recently very pleased with purchases. The last few purchases were neither not the quality or size I was expecting. Disappointing. Kept purchases though, but probably not likely to order in future.
