Ordered jeans and a coat. Size 33 jeans are spot on UK size. Also so unique that you do not see anything like them on anyone else. Really are nice and very fashionable. Price is amazing. Coat is also nice but have to be careful of sizes. I'm a UK medium and XL is perfect comparison here. Been using these guys for many years and still keep coming back. Excellent value and the delivery time is very good considering they come from another country. Trusted Seller and product always good. Prices truly unbeatable!

“Stole my money when I returned an item”

Stole a good $12.00 out of my refund that was supposed to be returned to me upon sending the item back. The item was nothing like the pictures online & so thin it wasn't even worth buying. Customer service is horrible. There are no follow ups & they delete your corresponding messages so as to make it seem like they never even spoke to you. I've called & called & I have been lied to numerous times. Stay away from this company seriously.

I placed an order for a dress more than 6 months ago. Sent me the item with 2 sizes smaller than indicated in their size guide. Never received the replacement that they claimed they have shipped and to add insult to injury, they told me to pay the full shipping cost again.

You have quality product at a very good price, shipping is slow, sizing leaves a lot to be desired, if work on the last two items that would be great.

Ordered shirts that really look great online. The problem is, I ordered LARGE. The shirts are labeled LARGE, but the shirts are small, would fit a child not a man. Now the company wants me to email them photos showing a tape measure for the dimensions of the shirts. Are you kidding me? What difference does it make sending photos when I'm telling them they are too small. I want LARGE for a man, not a child. One shirt is ripped in two places. You gotta be kidding. If you want my continued business, send me the size I am requesting. LARGE. Shipping time was good.

After writing about my order that never arrived Rosewholesale contacted me and is refunding my money I told them all I want is my order but guess it is lost out there So they are fixing everything so I guess I will now give them 3 stars. I will most likely give them another chance and order again from them Thanks sitejabber for the help

The choices were amazing. The only problem I found was that when I ordered multiples of an item, only was item was in stock. That was disappointing. Items came quite quickly.

UPDATE 19 May 2017:
I have been contacted by Rosewholesale Customer Service to clear up the confusion. Although there was a ticket (email) sent, due to some of the content not being clear, this situation has come about.
All items bar two, I'm told, are on their way. I will update my review and rating again when they arrive,

I placed an order nearly 6 weeks ago (23/04/17). The shipping times on the things that I ordered ranged from 3-15 days. Sometime after the order was placed, I received an email, that due to the language and layout, I thought that my email address was now being sent phishing emails. Fast forwards to about a week ago, I contacted their Online Chat and was told that shipping had been delayed due to the fact that the courier company thought my address was too remote, and did I want to change to flat rate shipping that just happened to be the same price. The shipping was changed and I was promised that my order was ready and waiting and would be shipped immediately and I would received and email shortly that my order had been shipped.
Its now nearly a week later, no email, order has still not been shipped, and speaking to another staff member online today, I have been told that there is going to be more of a wait.
The fact that the shipping was the same price, but was not changed, that the items were 3-15 days to be shipped out, that now the order is going to be sent in more than one package as they now say "05/14/2017 22:48:04 [We are preparing your order, however, some items are being replenished. To avoid any further delays, we will split your order and ship out what is ready first. Thank you for your support.]", and its now nearly 6 weeks later and that no one seems that bothered that one of their customers has had to wait this long and get a bit of a run around is just not good customer service.
I am genuinely wondering if I am ever going to receive my order or if I am going to have to resort to reporting them to PayPal to get my money back should the items never arrive as it looks like some other customers have had.
So disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware, Im not sure yet if www.rosewholesale.com is a scam, but definitely don't order if you need your order any time in the near future.

I give them - generously - an average rating - because of DECEPTIVE advertising. The reason that the prices on rosewholesale are so good, is that they simply charge outlandish shipping charges, regardless of where they ship from - THAT ARE USUALLY 100% OR MORE of the purchase price. Luckily, the buyer sees the shipping charges in the shopping cart, before completing. When you see their prices before "shipping", you should simply DOUBLE the price in your mind... The exception appears to be items that are very small, AND ON SALE, such as watches, which today they offered for free shipping. However, NEVER CLOTHES.

When shopping at Rosedale my products come very quickly which is pleasing. Also for the most part the items are similar to the picture. However sometimes they have not been the best in quality of the clothes. My recent shipment had simple sewing mistakes on 2 of the denim shorts I ordered and my earrings fell apart before I even opened the package. This simple faulty mistakes are very annoying to say the least.

I ordered 4 XL hoodies from this site as the prices seemed almost too good to be true. The four items were $48, but the shipping was $20 because it was from China. I received my items in about a week and a half, so obviously, they flew them over. Once I got them, I was immediately struck by two things.

1. The items were very cheaply made and not of a very good quality.
2. The XL did not even come close to fitting me. If I had to give a reference, I would say their version of XL was equal to a Medium in the US... so be very careful about sizes.

When I received my items, I immediately opened a ticket to return them and get a refund to my PayPal. They responded fairly quickly and had me take pictures of all 4 items and their packaging and send an itemized list of the things I bought with the photos attached. They refunded all my money including the shipping. I would be careful ordering based on the size charts, but their customer service did a great job and made things right.

I ordered a Jumper and a pair of long socks from this site, and while they took a little longer than states to arrive, they came eventually. The jumpers sleeves were a bit short, but fit well otherwise. The socks were too small for me, but that was my mistake for ordering the wrong size. I've seen the rest of the reviews about this site, and yes the sizes are a little small, but I have had no other problems. I have just ordered from them again, and I hope to receive them just as well as my last order! If this one takes too long to arrive like other peoples' orders, I will definitely be upset.

Unfortunately this site is supposed to be cheaper with a good quality of products. There is at least one section that doesn't respond to that, and I'm talking about cosmetics. I totally agree that these are probably good quality products, but to be honest, I won't pay the price showing on this site when I can get the same quality product at the drugstore nearby or any Walmart of this world that sell this product at the same price. I will save me a 30 to 45 days of waiting for my package to arrive. This is another topic though, but shipping time is just not acceptable.

Hi, This is my first time to visit this website and I got very excited about the dresses and tops but I'm pretty scared ordering online due to bad experiences, so I always read reviews first before I make a decision to pay the items on my bag. Looks like this website is pretty good. I'm just confused when it comes to sizing. I'm Large in Canadian size, so looks like I need to get XL size in this website.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Often quoted, seldom taken to heart. Add mine to the long, long, list of dissappointed reviewers. Order placed over month ago, nothing received, not anticipating a positive outcome, may or may not make formal paypal complaint as I know it will be a hassle and more than likely a waste of time. I will simply accept the fact that I am out my money.

NOTE: 8/27/2015 After registering my complaint of non receipt, I was contacted by the merchant and they issued a full refund to my paypal account which is greatly appreciated.

Okay so I ordered a lot of cloths to give people as Christmas gifts towards the beginning of December and considered I paid $35 for 3-7 day shipping I imagined it would be there in 3-7 days but 2 weeks later I still hadn't gotten anything and decided to look up reviews which majorly scared me because they all say how they haven't received packages and stuff. Around 4 weeks later (after Christmas) I finally got the items and they look nice. The sites fine to order from if you're prepared to wait 20years to get your item.

Ladies! This site is very similar to rosegal.com, pretty sure they are owned by the same company. I ordered 4 items, 2 bathing suites and 2 dresses. All of my order came over the time span of 2-3 months ( which is very long). The items i received in terms of quality went from good-terrible, the bathing suites were quite nice although slightly different from the picture ( follow the size chart). While one of the dresses i got was see-through(chiffon material), and the other was unwearable and had to be taken in by my stepmother to be altered.

Over all i think people who order from this site need to understand a few things
1. You are paying cheap to receive cheap
2. The items will take minimum 2 months to arrive ( in my experience i am from canada)
3. The items are smaller then typical western sized clothing, do not assume because you are a medium normally you will be in their clothes. Follow the size chart and know your measurements.
4. the pictures never quite look exactly like what you order, they are simply making a cheap similar copy to the picture

Overall, i really loved both my bathing suites, and got them way cheaper then i would have anywhere else. The dresses, meh probably wouldn't ever order clothing from them again. This site is a gamble, some things great deals great quality, others not so much. So if you order from this site, may luck forever be in your favour lol! :) hope this helps!

Ordered some swimwear and a dress - nothing fits. The actual dimensions are even smaller than their posted sizes. I ordered a cream-colored hat - received a blue one However, the customer service was quick to address the issues and resolved the problems.

Initially this started out as a poor review BUT they made good on a resolution. By their recent action I have changed my opinion about this company and its customer service.

The best advise is to pay close attention to sizes, maybe order a much larger size.

I ordered five items. Out of the five, I was only able to wear one, and had to give the other three away to women who could fit them. The wait is long due to they are in China. It is called RoseWholesale because it is designed to buy several of one or many items to re-sell at retail markup. This is why the items are so cheap and the shipping is so high. You are meant to profit as a vendor from this site.

Tip for consumers:
If you are a vendor who is looking to make money off of retail clothing sales, then this is the website for you. Cheap and adorable fashions available for retail mark up in your store.

Everyone saying how bad the items are... You see how "nice" the items look but look at the price... You're not going to get red carpet clothes for $6. And the sizing is going to be smaller than you think because of the coy try its made in its based by people way smaller than Americans.

I'm an Aliexpress A3(2nd highest) customer and an Amazon Prime customer. I ordered one item from Rosewholesale. Cost was only $10. After 96 days, I had not recieved my order. So I inquired. They got back right away and asked me my shipping info. Then asked me to wait. Still no order. Then I inquired again. They asked me the same shipping info. They then responded because it was over 3 months, no refund was available. After I contacted sitejabber which was only a 1 star, they responded to provide a full refund.

I placed an order October 10 and only received two of five items.
It is impossible to talk to anyone, they tell you to leave a message but never return the call.
When I emailed them they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't help much just says its been sent, to where?
I was hoping to add a few of these items to my Christmas presents but its not looking too good and my money being returned was never mentioned :(

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you are in no rush for your product because it may take a while.
And if you don't receive your product be prepared to fight for it.
