Shipped from a POST OFFICE. Whoever is doing this, orders what you want from CHINA, then turns around and ships it to you from some Post Office in California. They use Celebrity pics & other people's professional pics that arent theirs for the website so you think that's what you're getting.
I honestly cannot believe these people (or person) are getting away with this. Someday, someone is going to catch them dropping their crappy shipments off at their little post office.

I ordered 6 bathing suits and 2 cover ups. I ordered XL, even though I would typically order a M bc of their size chart, except a L in one of the cover ups. I paid for express shipping bc I wanted to get them before I went on a spring vacation. A couple of weeks went by and no order arrived. I tried to log in to their site to see the shipping status, but I couldn't get into that part of their website, so I sent an email. They told me they were still making 2 of the suits! I told them to cancel the order and went on vacation without them. Upon return, three weeks later, there was a shipment from them. I couldn't have been more disappointment in these clothes. Four of the bathing suits were so small, they might fit someone a size 4 (remember -I ordered XL). One fit except for the bust, which was so tiny and had little pads sewn in. Another fit but they forgot to include the bottoms. One coverup was so short, it didn't cover my bottom and maybe would have fit someone about 5'2". The only item that I want to keep is the L coverup, which fit perfectly. I contacted the company and they initially said they can't be returned and I should try to sell them. Then they said they would give me 10% back and I wouldn't need to return them. That's $17 on a $170+ order. Then they said I can return them to China at my expense and they will refund 60%, even for the item with no bottoms, and they won't refund my express shipping fee despite taking more than a month to get it and the fact that I requested the order be cancelled well before they shipped it. This is no way to do business and I hope you won't make the same mistake I did.

I placed an order for an item, and here is the disclaimer in the email:
We will send out products in 1-4 working days generally. When we dispatch your order, we'll update our system very soon and email you to tell the tracking number. The whole delivery time depends on shipping method you choose.
WIthin a week, I did not receive a notification nor an email saying that my item did not ship, or was delayed.
I emailed and asked them to cancel the order, and refund if the item was not going to ship that day. First, 24 hours later they couldn't find my order number, which I had to send them. Then another 24 hours later, I received this response:
Hello. All orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged for a fee of 3USD/Piece.
So do you agree with the handling fee 3 dollars per item? Or can we put the refund to your store account? You can use it next time. If yes, then there is no charge for the handling fee.
I don't see this in their terms, anywhere, Now we are 2 days later from my initial request, and they still have not processed a refund! If I don't get a FULL refund for my order, I will be contacing my credit card company to file a dispute.
My advise: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR BEST TO IGNORE THE CONSTANT ADS ON FACEBOOK. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!

I ordered a Romper on 5/18/16 and of course they said would ship in 24hrs. Well I went back and checked three days later and their so called tracking website said it hasn't even left china. I know things take time to ship from China but this is where it starts getting redic. I finally looked again a week later and it said it finally shipped and was on its way to my destination. I checked back the next day it said it made it to NEW York which was at a stand still for over a week... yes over a week. I contacted the this company and of course the stupid ticket you have to make which doesn't give you any customer service support what so ever tells me to be patient its on its way. I finally contacted their tracking website and even they said that's its still in New York it was sitting there for 5 days with no movement so to be fair I asked the tracking website was their tracking live or what? They said yes its based off the information they get from the vendor so I was told to contact the vendor" Rosewe.com" which I did and of course I had to make another ticket and they kept saying be patient its on its way so of course I told them I reached out to the tracking website and they told me its not on its way its still in New York and could they give me the date its suppose to be leaving there because I was worried I wasn't going to receive it in time, this order was for a wedding this Saturday which is on 6/4/2016 so here it is 6/2/15 still nothing. I checked back this morning and it still says its in New York and on its way to destination. I sent them out another ticket asking for their physical address to ask the post office for some help and so far nothing in regards of a physical address of even a live phone number. I will never use this company again, bad customer service, bad communication, false advertisements and their refund is a scam basically you will be better off selling your item in a garage sale in order to get some of your money back!
But the items I bought, the size were different, I wear medium but not large, all my clothes were large and because of that I'm not happy thanks.
I am extremely happy with the dress I purchased, the fit was perfect, and the quality was great, I will definitely be purchasing more form Rosewe

Answer: I agree with Latasha about both. Placing your address here is not a great idea. This company is a scam. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
