Purchased this item for my god-daughters beach wedding on Oct. 2nd. I knew that I would have to have the dress hemmed because I am 5'3. I had been given 3 different delivery dates so I finally had to buy a back up outfit on Sept. 26. My dress finally arrived Wed. Sept. 29th. Was able to get my dress altered at very short notice and picked it up 10/1/2021 on my way to the beach. This was very stressful but I love the dress.

I got the dress in plenty of time although it runs a little large I'm hesitant to order the smaller one because I think it might be too small I do not really feel like I should alter this and I think it was a little too expensive for what I got

Rosewe have good ideas for designing, and delivery is as expected well done. I have issues with the materials they're using. Some are not good qualities, some looked like they're fading away/patterns discolored over another/and some are too thin/extremely see through. So I gave it a 3 stars only because of their designs, true size and expressed shipping. In my opinion they can do better if the choose too.

The 1st time came quick good packaging
Very pleased the second time too long tracking service bad I think a third party even the merchandise poor quality. Not true to the description not the same as the first order and clauses you can't return RED FLAG I will never order again I gave a 1

Great. The outfit was beautiful and fitted perfectly. Delivery was smooth and timely. Will definitely use this website again through my daughter who introduced me to the site.
I love my order, the only thing it just takes to long to get, glad I purchased 3 dresses.
I faced a lot of challenges in placing the order as by selecting delivery address of Thailand it kept giveing me forms on Thai which i could not understand. Also, it was impossible to use US visa card
