If I can give a zero review that is what I would prefer to do but at least i have to select one start so I can go and write a review. If you have a plan to buy items for this company be ready to wait for months to receive u items or it could be worst because that u will probably never received it at all. I'm extremely disappointed

I loved all swim suits I ordered. I accidentally ordered 2 of the same and 1 did not fit. I made the return and asked for an exchange of 2 different swim suits which never arrived. I then contacted customer service again. They said they would get back to me. I never heard anything. I then asked for a refund. They said it would arrive in about 3 days. It's been over a week. Still no swim suits or refund. This has been on going. My original purchase was in June.
I order two dresses on the third of November and I not received my order as of yet and it's December the third

I had to return some items and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. The customer support person was really polite and professional. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rosewe because of that.

The company over and over they were so helpful trying to help me figure out where my package was finally I was told that my package by the postal service that my package was lost and they did not know where it was I contacted the company again and they re ship me my items this company is a great company I love their clothes and I love the way they treated me and took time out for me I am so thankful for them and their patient that they had with me I will definitely be recommending my family and friends and anyone else I know to this company
Either send the merchandise or refund my purchase. I am very disappointed. I ordered six dress with nothing to show for it but a bill. After contacted you twice I still have not received the merchandise. Your customer service assured me the first time the merchandise was on the way and apologized for the delay.
Package not received and no refund. Unable to speak with anyone. Constant stalling. Merchandise was needed for specific event. I watched the tracking on the package anf according to the tracking number the package has been in same location for more than 10 days and Rosewe has done NOTHING. This company has cost me additional money. BUYER BEWARE
