I had a problem concerning my package and I emailed them to explain what had happened they responded within hours of my enquiry and was able to give me the information I needed regarding my package. The information had helped me contact the delivery company and I then found out that my package was then delivered to a wrong address and I was able to get my package to me safely. I was also offered a refund if I did not get my package but thankfully I did receive my package. And their shipping time is that you were told you that your package will arrive is accurate.

I ordered bathing suits for my upcoming Hawaii vacation. I was so excited they were coming weeks before I expected. The day they were to be delivered I recieved nothing but a confirmation they had been delivered. I was devestated. I wrote a note to your company explaining. They promptly answered me. I did what was asked of me contacted the USPS. They started a ticket. When I wrote your company again they offered to resend my order. I was shocked. I dont know if this person is male or female but the are kind, considerate, proffesional they never were rude always responding quickly.
