Ordered a dress, delivery OK, very disappointed with the item, nothing like it appeared on the site, bad fitting, cheap material. Trying to work my way around the website for returns, not easy, went to return the item, cost of return £25.00, the dress cost £38.00 + £10.00 for delivery, which you don't get back anyway, I guess this is why people probably don't return items, which I didn't, so they have my money and I'm stuck with a rubbish dress, would not recommend, nor will I ever shop there again

Received my order before expected time and the items Received were of excellent quality and as per picture and description given
Before sending my package they noticed that my shipping and billing address were different. To avoid fraud, they confirmed my shipping address was correct which no website I've shopped from does. Thought that was a great thing with all the fraud going around. And because this delayed my order to be shipped out, the expedited my package so it will arrive in the time I need it to.
