The ladies of this online boutique were very good communicating with me about where my order was when I had doubts that it would arrive in time for my trip. They were very helpful and it was probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had online. And of course I was in love with all my clothes once they arrived.
The items I received were not cut like the items in photos, poorly cut, and very thin material. No email after I ordered the items, when I chatted - they would not provide a phone number - the money for the order had come out of my account, but there was no email of the order and customer service at first responded that there was no order. I sent them a screen shot of my account with the funds removed, and after a day or so, they located an order, which was not correct. The items fit very poorly and nothing like the photos. I have asked for a refund through the website, where I had to send photographic proof of my complaints. They say they will get back to me in 2 days to tell me if I can return the items or not. VERY UNSATISFIED. I would not recommend Roselinlin.
The dress was beautiful and came as shown on the page. The only complaint I had was that the straps on my neck were a little tight. As I have a larger bust, this could have been avoided with a larger size, but I preferred comfort because I didn't have to wear a bra. Apart from that, the dress is very comfortable, I received many compliments at the ceremony I went to.
Please provide return address. I do not wish to take advantage. Through delays in shipping we did not receive package when USPS indicates. So we are still technically within the return period. Roselinlin emailed my wife saying its too late, but they have incorrect info. The few pieces my wife doesnt want are in perfect order in original packaging. To refuse this would be fraudulent. Im sure its just a misunderstanding, right?

I ran into it a while ago and wasn't sure if it was legit so I ordered just one shirt and it came out without a problem and I liked the piece. So the next request I made was like 5 or 6 different clothes. I will say that shipping may take a bit longer than advertised, so if you are ordering for an event, keep that in mind. I just bought a dress for only $ 10 here, this is always great.
I ordered 6 items which took months to arrive. Four finally arrived, the quality was poor, almost like paper fabric.
I tried to get my money back for the ones that did not arrive but was unable to contact the company and PayPal wouldn't give me my money back either. The clothes that I did receive went straight to the charity shop. Never again. This is the worst company I have ever bought from and I lost $170.

Comes from China, so expect a couple of months for delivery and pretty confusing tracking information. I carefully used the sizing charts, but still only 2 of the 4 items I ordered fit as expected, and one of them (described as a 'solid' cotton shirt) was practically transparent, which was not evident from the photo. It's not worth the time and effort to return them, so 3 of them are already in the Goodwill bag. Never again will I be sucked in by the attractive pictures or low prices at Roselinlin. Plus, they push a lot of advertising and fill up my Spam folder despite my unsubscribing from their emails multiple times.

I ordered a dress that was shown in a photo and advertised as "Floral embroidered in cotton blend." What arrived after almost 6 weeks (9 days longer than the promised arrival) was a geometric screenprint --- no floral, no embroidery. There was no fabric content label but it looks and feels like the sleaziest possible polyester. I'm sending it back and notifying my credit card company and demanding a full refund. Their fraudulent advertising and shoddy products should not be rewarded.

Had to e mail to get a slip to send my product back. Was intimidated and offered 15% refund to alter my trousers with material!
Never in my life have i had such a response!
Then got offered a further refund to not send it back and virtual threats of enormous cost. How are these people allowed to trade!

I found the website easy to use and navigate, and I absolutely love all the cute fashion that Roselinlin has to offer. I just ordered a bunch of sweaters that I'm sure I'll wear for a long time. I also loved that the prices were so affordable, and that shipping was FREE! Thank you! Best deal ever, shipping fees are usually so expensive!
Quality of clothes-inaccurate sizing. Arms and bust are toooo small according to the size chart.
All clothes are recommended to Dry Clean! If you have children, you would be spending more than the clothes cost.
The fabric is very strange and cheap. I know, I sew.
Returns-If you want to return them you have to return them to China even though they were sent from South San Francisco, Ca. I spent $111.95 and the return shipping was $254! So I would be in the hole $142.00! My refund for keeping them is $39.18!
I gave them to the Goodwill and hope they will fit somebody there.
Do NOT be fooled by the pictures.

I will ALWAYS buy with this online boutique. I ordered a dress, emailed them. They responded and answered me very politely. They have fast shipping. If you are looking for a reliable website to buy from, they are! And they show a lot of love and support!
Even though the dress I ordered was too big and I had to return it, the customer service was excellent. The staff member was very polite and immediately took steps to provide a refund for my dress. Very quick response and lovely interaction with this online boutique.
I bought a beautiful dress on this website, I arrived earlier than planned. Very soft material. It came in a very small bag thinking it was a joke, but when you take it out it surprises, it expands quite well. For a 1.75 person, it is perfect.
This company is located in CHINA although they don't admit that on their website. Their clothing is very poor quality and sizes are horrible. When you try and return, they inform you that you are responsible to ship the items to China and incur all costs and fees. They never email you the return label or ever provide an address to return items. Company has very deceptive and unfair policies, They shou; li not be in business,

My clothes have finally arrived I bought a blouse. The online experience was pretty good... easy to choose... easy to shop for... nice variety of clothes to choose from. In itself it is not poor quality, the colors are good, as in the photo on the website.
It makes me nervous to order online, but as soon as I tried on the dress, I was very excited. My dress was 100% true to size and fit perfectly. I took him to a wedding and received nothing but compliments. I would definitely buy here again.
I purchased 4 tops from this store, online, foolishly thinking I was getting a good deal. The site had cut and pasted photos from other online sites I frequent. I thought I was getting nice, well made tops at a better price than what I had seen at my favored sites...
Each piece came separately, from China one still hasn't arrived. It's been 2 months.
The tops are not even close to what is pictured at their site. Inferior fabrics, style and fit. Just absolutely ugly...
When I started a dispute with Roselinlin it has dragged out so long that I finally decided to take the "15%" back to PayPal that they offered rather than throwing good money after bad and having to ship the items back to China.
I just suggest to steer clear of Roselinlin. I shop a good bit on line and have NEVER had this kind of experience.

I loved the shirts and jumpsuit I ordered!
No customs fees and arrived in about 2 weeks at my home. The products were of good quality, I am happy with my purchases, so I ordered again! The site was easy to navigate and the sizes worked well
My sister and I have been shopping at this online clothing store for 3 months, and so far it has delivered everything we expected. We especially love dresses and jeans. We already have 10 items from her new collection. We love everything!
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
