I ordered a product on the 24th of April, it was supposed to be delivered (I payed for fast shipping) in 7-12 days. It has now been 30 days! I have emailed Roselinlin several times, but they are no help, and just keep sending me an automatic email which is of no help. I'm 14, and bought this for my mom, but now I don't know if I'll even be able to give it to her. I live the products, but the customer service is terrible. Would not recommend. Save time and energy, and just go someplace else. Again, so disappointed.

I was amazed from the first time I saw that coat, which was the fourth item I bought in this online boutique. The delivery was very friendly. It took me less than a month, so I didn't have to wait that long. It fits very well, as expected! It offers a very good service online, so I keep buying there.
Dear Customers, if you find positive reviews of this company, you should know that they are fake reviews. Just search for "roselinlin scam" and you'll find hundreds of people who've had the same experience. The company sends substandard goods. When you ask to return these, it offers you 15% of the purchase price. If you ask for the full cost of the goods, you are then sent through an elaborate procedure. You've got to pay for tracked shipping back to china within 14 days, sending tracking number and receipts back to the company. Then they claim that they never received the goods. Don't be fooled. The images of the their products are not what turn up in the mail. What you get is a cheap knock off.

Don't get fooled by the pics. It's junk! I wasted my money on their cheap clothes because the pictures made them look nice. I was shocked when I received them weeks later. They looked NOTHING like the pictures. When it looks like embroidery it's not. The biggest waste of money ever! DO NOT BUY IT.

I ordered a sweater that wasn't big enough and returned it. They expedited the return and credited my account. He was worried, but there was no need to worry. They were polite, efficient, and the solution to the problem was courteous and prompt. I will for sure buy from this clothing website again.
I ordered 4 items. The photos are wonderful on line What you receive is terrible. The quality of the material is paper thin. Totally quality, construction of clothing, terrible. Return policy, terrible. Hopefully you read legit reviews on this company. There are 5 star reviews that obviously fake. Beware!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. The quality of the clothing is absolutely rubbish. They very slyly hide the fact they are a Chinese company which, in effect, means if you need to return the item, you end up paying more than you paid for inferior products. I stupidly spent far too much on this site, and completely regret it. Complete waste of money. Arghh. Lesson learned. They suggested I had the items re-sized - idiots! I wouldn't use them as dusters. Took forever to arrive. The advertisements show the clothing as well made BUT in reality, it is false. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I was very excited to receive my order, and really liked all my choices. One blouse I ordered the wrong size and have tried to return it with no luck. I received a response authorizing the return, but no return address. I sent two follow up emails asking for address and never received a response. So because of that, I regretfully won't be ordering from Roselinin again.

They ship directly from China (even though they don't say so on their page) and it takes forever.
The quality is dismal and the materials are not what they state on the item description. Plasticky clothes, chemical smells. Horrible!

Zero stars! This company's website is misleading and wrongly represents the products. The items I purchased (six different garments) were of poor quality and craftsmanship; the website presents an unfair representation of the products. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend purchasing any items from this online store.

I ordered 5 items from this clothier months ago. I received a message indicating a shipping delay. I waited 6 weeks or so to be told that a portion of the items order had shipped. I received a tracking number and every day I check my item notes it is in Atlanta Ga. It has been at this facility for 2 weeks. I have written Customer Service who asks me to continue to wait. Remember this is only half my order the other items have been shipped. I have asked to cancel and receive a refund but no response. So my dinnerware will arrive months late. A. fiasco and I think a. Scam. I do not recommend

I ordered clothes from Roselinlin in early April. It is now June 26 and the shipment has not arrived. They claim to have sent the the tracking numbers said it was delivered to NY post office. I called them and the UP Postal representative said this package did not exist. I have asked for my money back and they will not do it. I have a complaint filed with PayPal now.

Their products are terrible [sleazy fabrics, ugly cuts, muddy colors]; their shipping is appalling [I received summer dresses ordered June 17 on July 27], and returns are impossible [they must be shipped to Guangzhou China: with shipping and customs, far pricier than purchase price.] No recourse to US laws. NEVER buy from them. If I could have given 0 stars I would.

Roselinlin has inexpensive clothes, but beware. The first time I ordered they sent me the wrong color and then they explained the color in the picture was not always the one selected. The second time the order took so long (nearly a month) my daughter had moved before it arrived. The order was sent back and their customer service said - lodge a complaint with the post office.

I made purchases through this website (which was simple enough to navigate) and the order flew in. Even with standard shipping, the order was fast, the clothes spectacular! I was fascinated by the shirt that I ordered here!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
