I have ordered several times on this website and have been satisfied with the clothes. This time the blouse that came with me didn't fit me. They responded immediately and resolved quickly. That was more than nice saving me a trip to the post office.
I placed an order and realized I ordered 3 od the same thing. I have emailed customer ser 2 times and I have yet to get a response. The website states, changes have to be made before items ship, well if customer service won't respond, the order can't be changed. Not happy with the customer service so far.

Whenever I want to buy clothes for myself or an accessory, for example, a bag, I go directly to this website. I love it so much! Shipping is fast and reasonable and products are almost always in stock! I love it so much that I am now a frequent customer of this online boutique.
I was skeptical that with the little information I was asking for on this website about dimensions, it would really fit. But, for once in my life, I have some collared shirts that fit me. The neck collar was a bit big, which I will adjust for the next time I order with them.
The clothes on this website are amazing, not only are they high quality, the price is reasonable. Also, the customer service is amazing. I have been shopping for clothes on this site for quite some time and it has been a great experience. I recently bought a white shirt. Shipping was fast. I could not ask for more.
I bought 3 dresses online two weeks ago one of the dresses I received was wrong. I sent an email advising the team of this and I was fortunate that they helped me; they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. Very understanding and apologetic for the mistake and very happy to help. They kindly agreed to refund the amount of the dress and the delivery time was pretty quick. A big thanks for your help and would definitely buy here again! :)
Their software doesn't work with Safari. Spent at least two hours trying to buy several items. Software had bugs. I wrote them for help and told them what I wanted to buy and all they did was send me a sample instruction of what I had been doing all day.
Their things looked good, but I am glad I told them, "If you are not interested in selling me something, I am not interested in buying something from you."

I ordered two tops, two pairs of pants and a dress. Dress and pants advertised as "linen" and "cotton." Paid for "express" shipping. Items came nearly a month after I ordered them and are hideous! Both pants are clearly super cheap polyester fabric and could have found better quality at Walmart. On pair of pants has super long crotch and other is super large. Dress is same polyester fabric as one of the pants and is crazy long and crazy tight in the top (I'm 5'3" and 120 lb) and ordered size small for all. Both tops are poly blend and stitching is very shoddy. Nothing looks like the picture. If you want to return it you have to pay to send it back to China or they will offer you a 15% refund. Hideous company! Don't fall for it!

Not what is discribed (color wrong, not green... more like yellow), material is false (cotton/ linen was polyester blend), made from cheap thin materials (came ripped), size inconsistent, even using thier chart (M way too small on shirt and way too big on pants, can't wear). Customer has to pay for returns even if damaged or wrong and returned to CHINA so cost more then items to return. I ordered 6 tiems and they are all disappointing. Can't wear a single one. Exchanged 20 emails with them and they keep repeating the same reply offering a % refund. Doesn't do any good if I can't wear them. I'm out almost $170.00.

I have been shopping for clothes from this online store for years, which in itself is a statement. The clothing range, for all sizes, is fantastic, as is the quality, the system is easy and straightforward to use, the return system works very well, and in the event of a problem the customer service team is exemplary. Seriously, don't change a thing, one of the best online services out there.
I really should have checked reviews, but recently bought several inexpensive bra tanks from 32Degrees and the quality was great. So I let my guard down - I saw Roselinin on Pinterest and ordered a cute "cotton" blouse that was thin weird fabric and some cute pants - neither of them looked anything like the pictures. I will be using sitejabber for future online purchases!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
