Received earrings today & they are not as pictured on line. Earrings I received are two toned. See picture with blue top & copper bottom. The picture on line is the first one with the smaller pearl & looks much prettier. Seems like it is a switch & bait company. Show you one picture & send you a different product.

The Roselinlin website is a total scam. Nothing they ship will actually look like what you ordered. From cheep fabric to color, size and cut everything will be way off. They even had the nerve to ship unfinished pieces with open seams! Shipping the crap back to China will cost you almost as much as you payed and you don't get refund from PayPal unless you ship it back. They need to be put out of business!

I loved the clothes I bought from this website, the shipping to my country was really fast compared to other online stores. There are so many options, so many clothes, and the payment methods are great too. If you are thinking about whether to buy or not, you can definitely buy with confidence!
Yeah, this company, as well as its sister "Noracora," is a scam. Clothing is of horrible quality and is deceptively sold as either linen (it's not) or cotton (it's not that, either). Oversized, sleazy-feeling polyester, which is the second-biggest cause of earth's pollution, is what this schmatte is made of. Don't be deceived! Additionally, there is no way to return this garbage unless you want to pay the insane shipping costs to China! Have fun with that!

I had a good experience with buying a dress. The clothes resembled the photos and were real size, so I didn't need a refund. The package arrived without problems and most of the time I found my sizes available on the site. The prices are good, I will order from them again :)
A girl here was very kind and really helped me when the items didn't fit me. The process is generally very easy to go back, but there were some problems, she was patient and very understanding and managed to offer me an idea. I was very impressed with the service, even by email.
Clothes are not as depicted. They are chinese knockoffs of the real brand the model is wearing that you think you are buying. So its crap. It will cost $100 to return if you can ever get the company to send you a shipping label within the 10 days return limit. They make it impossible to return the items and the items suck.

I'm 50 years old and been ordering from web sites for many years. The quality of the clothes was the lowest of any site I've ever purchased from. I've ordered from Amazaon, WalMart, Kohls, Shein, many others. Never experienced anything like this. The pictures are intentionally misleading with fabrics, lengths, and fit that look nothing like items received. Horrible quality, almost comical. I might not receive a couple items - its been over a month. TOTAL SCAM. Again and again the web site shows jersey knit or "fluffy sweater" and what I got was thin t-shirt material or this weird nylon with a print that is supposed to look like the web pictures. See comparisons of pictures on web and what I received. Having trouble uploading web site images in some cases below.

After finding two coats that I fell in love with in a store that will not be mentioned, they were not the size I needed in either one and they did not help me much to get them. Then I checked with this website and they had the same coats that I wanted in my size, they could send it. Everything was so easy and the email responses were so quick!
I bought a lot of clothes on this website, mainly accessories and clothes. I received the best quality and the fastest shipping and that is the 5 stars. As for clothes and shoes, always go for 1-2 sizes bigger, that's the key. If there are possible improvements, it is probably size charts, clothing, and shoes.
When I needed a refund, the service was amazing! Absolutely impressed with the quick response via email when asking if it is possible to return a shirt for a refund. I have been taken care of and I would definitely recommend this website. All the clothes bought have been of a fantastic quality, I cannot complain about the service.
If any of you paid through PayPal, file a dispute. The emails I have received from this company are quite arrogant and iN your face. So I am not stopping at PayPal. I SPENT OVER $120!
Why should Americans accept Roselinlin's "Bait and Switch " practices. Their shop would be closed down in the US. But no one knows what they are doing. They are laughing at us! And we are letting them. Our country has laws. Commerce laws. They are breaking the law! Forget about the attempts to RETURN the items. If those items were not such crap, because of their false advertising, we would not need to have this discussion.
Most of the Chinese companies I have dealt with were wonderful, honest! Some of them just refunded my money without my having to return the items! That is good practice.

I bought several dresses on line because they looked really nice.One dress they sent was the wrong color, I am convinced that the merchandise they send out is not what is shown in those pictures! The colors were all wrong, fabric was ugly, cheap, thin. Nothing looked like the clear colors they showed.
Just another cheap company doing what they do well fooling the public.
They would not cover the return shipping, then asked if I just wanted to keep the clothing and get a 15% refund. HA! What? $15?
After sending 5 messages via their website(to which they never answered) and 2 months I finally received my order. It was not worth the wait. Nothing was the same as the pictures or discriptions. The dresses didn't even look like a cheap linen! The fabric was so thin I have to go back to wearing slips! The dress was supposed to have pockets... they did not! The pants were just as awful and they don't even send a return label! They know you would want to send it back, but where? My account was charged an international fee which lets me know they are overseas... somewhere. Save your money... dont buy from this company. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. That's why their prices are so cheap... because their clothes are cheap... cheap. Crappy!

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
