I'm agreeing with the average review of awful.
Their title bar was false advertising. I was charged for shipping. When I approached them on it, they said there was nothing they could do to adjust my shopping cart, but that when it all arrived, I could request a 10% discount on (one? All?) items.
I received one item within a couple weeks. It was okay, but not worth the price.
I received another item, one month later. It was horribly and the material is cheap. I'm going to have to iron it before each time I wear it.
After two additional months, I wrote them about the rest of my order.
Two e-mails later, they said it was held up in customs.
This company does not have it's act together. I wish I could just cancel my order and get my money back. Can I? No. I can wait til it shows up, pay for shipping, send it back. I'm very dissatisfied.
New to the internet shopping scene... but I'm in love! My first impression was good! So many awesome clothes to choose from. I love how neat and easy to use the website is, it makes browsing so much easier and less overwhelming!
I am a new online clothing buyer and originally was suspicious of the quality and size of the clothes, also that my money would be stolen. However, this online boutique has made it easy for you. All of my purchases have been beautiful and well-made garments and when I just received one that didn't look right, I was given the 100% painless online experience.

Your super fast shipping is an absolute bonus, especially when you ship last minute... your clothing is high quality which means it is true to size, the material is to die for and all the outfits I have bought have been so comfortable! I love this boutique and recommend it to anyone who needs something to wear on any occasion.
The dress I ordered was made of unbelievably shoddy material -- not like the picture. The real nightmare is trying to get a refund. I met with a brick wall. The company simply doesn't care. So, if you order something it is yours forever -- bad fit and all. I wish I knew to whom to complain to get this company off the internet. Any ideas?

This online boutique has excellent customer service. When I accidentally clicked express shipping instead of free shipping, I emailed them and received a response within a few hours. I also forgot to put the 10% discount code on my first purchase and they reimbursed both the express shipping and the 10% discount. No problem. The products are fabulous! I love ordering from this website. I might be a bit addicted lol. Ordering from here is also very easy. The clothes are true to what they show on the page and are 100% of good quality.
5 stars for this website! They deserve it! It is my favorite online store. Somehow I came across when looking for clothing stores to browse online. Always has discounts for amazing clothes. You can get great products at a great price, they also have my taste in clothes that convinced me. I don't think any other online store can make me change my mind.
I bought some jewelry and a dress. Everything was cheap, shoddy. Not at all as pictured or described. Am trying to get a refund and send it back. They do not respond to emails, just direct you to another site. They change the name of the company too. DO NOT buy from this company.

I ordered online - and after some time received the pants I ordered. I was disappointed in the quality and sizing. They looked nothing like what appeared on the website.
When asking about a return, they told me returns go to Guangzhou, China. The consumer pays the freight. A refund is issued after the garments are received and inspected.
Because of the costs and time involved with a return they offered a 15% refund.
I chose to have no further contact with the company. On the bright side they did respond to emails.
