Don't be fooled by the pictures -- the reality is these clothes are thrown together with the lowest, cheapest quality fabrics and craftsmanship. Just awful, and I fear for the poor conditions that the workers who make these clothes must endure. PLEASE do not make the same mistake I made! Shipping takes forever -- they must send containers from China and then ship from New Jersey but if you want to return the items you must pay to send to China! Or they only offer a partial refund and then pay less than promised. Don't do it!
These are not clothes. Silly me ordered 2 garments and what I got is unwearable. The material is the most awful polyester; the garments look nothing like their promotional photographs and 8 emails later I've not been able resolve the issue, they just don't answer. I cannot see how anyone could have any thing decent to say about this line or the scamming company. AWFUL. If you want to order from Roselinlin instead go to a cliff and throw your money over because at least it won't feel as bad buying unwearable rubbish from this scammer.

The clothes look lovely in the roselinlin ads I wish I knew the companies they were lifting these images from because I would pay more to get the real thing. Meanwhile as other reviewers have pointed out what roselinlin will send you is a grotesque imatation... shoddy material, sloppy work. Wish I had checked the reviews before I bought in but never again!

Awful company! The pictures are very misleading because the quality is crappy, the sizes are skewed, mediums are too big or too small, stitching is terrible, Customer Service does not exist, oh, and if you want to return it You get to mail it to China and pay your own postage. Shipping took forever to get here-ordered in April last piece arrived today June 19.
Be forewarned Crappy cheap Cheap Clothes.

I am still waiting for my order, but they have very good prices, so I hope that everything arrives are problems :)
I have sent them multiple emails to cancel my order instead they confirm it. I guess they do not understand english. Now I want my refund and no one is responding to my request. Its like they got the money and that's all they care about, the hell with the customer and the hell with delivering what they are suppose to deliver which is good quality merchendise.

Roselinlin workers are very nice people and willing to help you when you have any questions, on the other hand I asked for a blouse and although I liked the fabric is not what I expected

The clothing is of poor quality and half made. All ends of material just hang. No hem at end of sleeves, or shirt bottom. Also no hem on dresses.
Very bad clothing. Its like stealing your money. Your paying for rags.

Fabric very poor quality. Stiff and doesn't drape well. Feels scratchy. Ugh. Clothing arrived just wrapped in flimsy plastic bag. 15-day return policy from date of arrival. The tracking number included on my order does not correspond to either FedEx or UPS. On line tracking site just goes into "the spiral of death." So can't find exact date of receipt. Label indicates was shipped 16 days ago--from China. So return shouldn't be a problem... or not. Shipping is all the way back to China. What's that going to cost? Really bad merchandise and not customer friendly.

They were not. They were some weird synthetic material that feels TERRIBLE

Ordered several tops in size 2XL - they were supposed to be linen and looked cute on the website. It took over a month for them to arrive. They were of very poor quality and their 2XL is a medium to large at best - way, way too small and not at all like the photos on the website. Since returns look like too much trouble (I'm sure that's what they rely one) I will pass these onto a charity like Goodwill and call it a loss. Live and learn. I would not recommend this business under any circumstances!

These clothes are not line, nowhere near it. A very cheap, scratchy, ugly polyester blend. Stiff and hangs horribly. Return postage costs more than the order. Do not order from this company.

I should have read these reviews first. My experience matches the one-star ratings exactly, Stuff looks so cute on the site, but it's absolute trash, and misrepresented at that. My "linen" pants are corduroy. The cuffs are put on sideways, the colors are wrong, and the sizing is way off.

Don't waste your money is an understatement! This is a total rip off company. The clothing is so under par! The fit is a joke and what they advertise as blue-gray is ugly green.
Can't return. Shipping to China is impossible. They offered me 15% of clothes that I wouldn't gift to anyone. They will be going to Good Will... that's even embarrassing.

I don't know how long it takes them to ship your order. Site says 10-20 business days. Order was placed on May 13,2019. On June 11, I sent an email asking where was my order. No response. Demanded refund through Paypal on June 12 and was told to cancel my Paypal complaint and they would refund. I told them to give me my refund and then I would cancel. Refund received on June 17. No status updates ever received. I would shop elsewhere.

I think all the positive reviews are fake. The seams weren't even sewn shut! Horrible cloth, bad fit. Bad service. Returns must go to China. Not sure I'll ever get my money back. Should not be allowed to advertise on web.

Don't waste your money and your time. The actual colors, style, fit, and the quality of the material are not what is represented in the photos. The items may get shipped or made from different sources, because my order was shipped in two separate shipments. One shipment had a top that was considerably better than the next shipment that had nothing close to what I ordered. Now I need to try to return my items. From reviews it doesn't sound like that's going to go any better.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!

Answer: Yes, it is a scam. I ordered three items in May (it's now the end of July) and I still haven't received them. Call your bank and file a fraud claim or go through PayPal. Bank is faster.
