Roselinlin's website looks great, but the quality is poor, material stated "cotton" on the website arrived with a label marked "cotton/polyester", all clothing came wrinkled in plastic bags, nowhere near the website photos. I requested a return and the response "... the Return Center is in China, it's better to take the 15% off offer and keep the clothing if you didn't reply within 7 days, we'll close your case..." I replied immediately stated my reason for wanting to return the clothing but got no response, I then followed up with 2 more requests, still no response from Roselinlin. I'm stuck with clothing I wouldn't not wear even they were given to me for free. My conclusion is that I paid for a lesson, I'll not buy from any company without checking the reviews and if you care about quality and customer service, do not buy from Roselinlin.
The clothes are cute. However, when you buy online, sizing is not always straightforward and being able to exchange to adjust the size of a garment is crucial. With Roselinlin, I first waited more than 2 months to receive my 2 pieces of clothing (arrived separately) and then found out that if I want to exchange the pants because they are way too big, I'd have to pay for the shipment to China... Not worth the money and another 2-months wait--cheap, cute clothes like this are everywhere and Amazon has free returns...

I read all these reviews here after I purchased 7 items through Roselinlin and just got my package today. Lesson learned. Read the reviews! Don't ever get fooled into thinking you're getting a 'discount' for that 100% linen or 100% cotton pants. Photos on their site can be VERY deceiving. It's not 100% linen. You're mostly getting a polyester blend. You get LESS than what you pay for. You are probably overpaying for it.
One item was missing.
One jewelry was damaged. (I'm going to have to buy another peacock feather and replace the one that got bent out of shape)
I measured myself, so even though I'm size 14/XL in USA, I ordered 3XL according to the chart and it was the RIGHT SIZE. Expect everything to be much smaller than US size, and measure yourself in centimeters. But looking on the positive side, I got a lot of 'pajamas' and the laundry will be easier LOL.

I think this online store is a scam. I ordered 3 things and the items were so misrepresented by pics and descriptions that I thought they had sent the wrong garments. When I checked the umbers I realized that it was the "correct" garment but NOTHING like what was described. One blouse was said to be a linen/cotton blend... its 100% bad polyester. Everything was just unusable. When I tried to go online to get a return shipping slip - there's no return policy, no customer service. AVOID THIS SITE!
Actually I'm giving this company 0 stars. First of all, the material Linen is not real linen as they claim. Secondly, the workmanship quality is so cheaply made. It looks good on the website but when you received the item it's so dissappointing! Most importantly, the return process is the worst! You have to return your item in China which would cost you more money than just thrashing the item. I would stay away from this vendor. Save your money elsewhere. I don't like giving poor reviews but I would hate to see other people to fall from this trap.

Super service with constant communication regarding the purchasing process. Was shipped from the US to UK in super quick time. Thank you for a great service.
They ship directly from China (even though they don't say so on their page) and it takes forever.
The quality is dismal and the materials are not what they state on the item description. Plasticky clothes, chemical smells. Horrible!

I purchased two tops. On line they looked very nice. One of the tops I received was made from an incredibly cheap and flimsy cotton and was a very different color than what was shown on line. I've never seen anything so flimsy before. The second top I ordered in a Medium. It was so small it would have fit a child. You can't return anything because they only accept returns within two weeks of receipt. It takes at least two weeks to send them back to the address in China. If you use FedEx it will cost you at least $25 for one item. Roselinlin should not be doing business in the US. They don't understand that people in the US won't stand for poorly made, cheap goods that cannot be returned.

Great service, excellent tech. I've bought clothes for my father-in-law from now on. Roselinlin's dress quality is very good.
I ordered a Linen/Polyester dress with a necklace included and received a Cotton/Polyester one. When I questioned this and the fact that I did not receive the necklace they said it was a mistake on their part. No attempt on their part to update the website has been made. Save your money, there are plenty of honest suppliers out there.
I also ordered 2 pairs of pants. Even though the labels show the same size, they are clearly not and the quality is rubbish.
One very unhappy customer and I hope I can spare others the grief. STAY AWAY from this site!

I ordered two tops, two pairs of pants and a dress. Dress and pants advertised as "linen" and "cotton." Paid for "express" shipping. Items came nearly a month after I ordered them and are hideous! Both pants are clearly super cheap polyester fabric and could have found better quality at Walmart. On pair of pants has super long crotch and other is super large. Dress is same polyester fabric as one of the pants and is crazy long and crazy tight in the top (I'm 5'3" and 120 lb) and ordered size small for all. Both tops are poly blend and stitching is very shoddy. Nothing looks like the picture. If you want to return it you have to pay to send it back to China or they will offer you a 15% refund. Hideous company! Don't fall for it!

First let me say i was forced to give this one star otherwise i couldn't write review, but they don't deserve a rating other then WARNING. STAY AWAY
Their return policy is labor intensive and expensive. Items MUST be returned to China.
The cost of that is sometimes more then the item you purchased.
The quality of the clothing is very poor and does not look anything like advertised.
I strongly recommend you run as far and fast from the clothing distributor.
OH, and try to unsubscribe, just no where to do that.
Honestly I have never dealt with a more scam like company... and i shop a lot on line lol

The WORST is trying to return items. First buyer must pay for return to CHINA. First refund offer was 15%, 2nd offer was 25% of total cost. Customer service is the worst. Colors were not same as in their pictures-yellow especially. Order came in two different packages a month apart. Started contacting service immediately after first item received and got absolutely no response. A real scam!

Had to e mail to get a slip to send my product back. Was intimidated and offered 15% refund to alter my trousers with material!
Never in my life have i had such a response!
Then got offered a further refund to not send it back and virtual threats of enormous cost. How are these people allowed to trade!

I rec'd my first piece of clothing from this company and very happy w / not only wardrobe but they added a free pave! The quality was excellent and the box it came was incredible! I will be shopping here again! Very satisfied customer for sure!
The site is easy to use. Easy check-out and quick shipping. Many choices and options for each dress The most difficult part of the whole process is to buy a ring! Will definitely return to the future.
Site lies claiming to be linen. Takes 3+weeks to arrive. All polyester. They insist I return to China and they will reimburse. I guess so they can sell to next victim. Pirates and thieves.

How I wish I had read the reviews before, a lesson learnt, it has just cost me £14 to return the worst tops ever, they are nothing like they look on the site, the material is cheap and has a horrible smell about it, one of the others was so badly finished it was so thin it would have fallen apart if you had worn it. I don't don't think they could cost more than a couple of pounds to make the material is so bad. They try to put you off returns by offering money off! They couldn't give me enough money off I wouldn't want these tops as a gift. I feel totally ripped off, now to see how long it takes to get my refund.

Shoddy quality, not like the pictures. They also apparently felt free to substitute one item with something completely different that I would never choose. I guess they get away with a lot since the return postage is to China. I have been going round and round their directions for returns and can' t find how to return them. A complete rip off, possible scam. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
