There I was minding my own business when - Bam! I saw the Rosce ad online and convinced myself that I needed a diamond ring to help ease my lock down blues. Next thing I knew I was paying and waiting excitedly for my ring and earrings ( well yes obviously I needed matching earrings too)
There were pandemic related and festive period postal delays and the team was so friendly and kind whenever I wrote enquiring about my order. Then my goodies arrived and they were indeed beautiful and packaged gorgeously. Yay!
However...
I had not sent the correct measurements for my ring it seems for it was too big.
Once again I wrote to customer service and they offered to send me another ring with only the cost of delivery and keeping the existing ring. An amazing response I believe. Next I admit a stone fell out of my earring ( possibly from the heat they think)
And they told me how to fix it and because I could not they offered to send me replacement earrings too.
Ok so I can't say it was all seamless so far but I promise you one thing
The products are really beautiful just as they look in the Ad and you can trust the company because when faced with difficulties they just come through so kindly / politely and respectfully and sort everything out. Wow! No wonder they have such great reviews

I purchased 2 "Athena" bracelets. I as very pleased when I saw that I was kept informed all the way, from the first step untill the last one, and more surprised when, after just 6 days, the package was at my door. More surprises came when I saw that the both bracelets were in the same package, even if I ordered them separatly. I said to myself, these people work using their brain! Than you again!
I purchased 3 bracelets and earrings. Earring didn't close properly, didn't like the look of the gold bracelets they looked cheap and the white gold was to big for my wrist, all I wanted was to exchange it for a smaller size and return the other bracelets for earrings, since there's no refunds. It clearly says on there website you are able to exchange, they do not want to take back the bracelets instead are offering me to buy other bracelets at a discounted price. This is a scam, and the stones are not diamonds. China garbage
Very aggressive marketing and ‘diamonds' did not pass the fog test(you blow on the product and if the fog doesn't disappear quickly it isn't real diamonds) Total waste of my money.

We contacted “Natasha W” (via Sitejabber’s private message) for her order details but “Natasha W” did not respond. We searched our systems but did not see any order with a similar name so we are unable to email or call “Natasha W” to attempt resolution. Sitejabber only allows us to contact “Natasha W” once via private message. As “Natasha W” did not respond, we could not identify “Natasha W”.
