Hi Miriam, thanks for the question! Our jewelry are 100% tarnish-free and water-proof but not indestructible.:)
Regarding your question, I would advise against it. On a general principle, you should not wear delicate jewelry when you are in the shower/pool/spa/bath etc. This is because the chlorine/chemicals in the waters might dull the stones' shine in the long run.
