There I was minding my own business when - Bam! I saw the Rosce ad online and convinced myself that I needed a diamond ring to help ease my lock down blues. Next thing I knew I was paying and waiting excitedly for my ring and earrings ( well yes obviously I needed matching earrings too)
There were pandemic related and festive period postal delays and the team was so friendly and kind whenever I wrote enquiring about my order. Then my goodies arrived and they were indeed beautiful and packaged gorgeously. Yay!
However...
I had not sent the correct measurements for my ring it seems for it was too big.
Once again I wrote to customer service and they offered to send me another ring with only the cost of delivery and keeping the existing ring. An amazing response I believe. Next I admit a stone fell out of my earring ( possibly from the heat they think)
And they told me how to fix it and because I could not they offered to send me replacement earrings too.
Ok so I can't say it was all seamless so far but I promise you one thing
The products are really beautiful just as they look in the Ad and you can trust the company because when faced with difficulties they just come through so kindly / politely and respectfully and sort everything out. Wow! No wonder they have such great reviews
