Stay clear of Rosce. They spend big money on web advertising but their goods are poor quality. My bracelet lost a stone just a few months in and their suggestion was that I buy a new one - with a discounted price - but that would apply only if I did not post a poor review. Unethical.

Ordered the Harriette princess necklace & earrings set…was blown away by the quality. Had an issue with size and the customer service was impeccable. Patience goes along way and Krysllin is really knowledgeable & prompt with her kind responses. Cannot wait to order more!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. The products are low quality. The website promises "no hassle" returns which is not what happens. I was told that because my item was on sale it was not eligible for a refund. When I insisted on a refund I was informed I had to ship the item TO CHINA. At my own expense via a trackable method. I was given instructions to underreport the value as less than $10 for reasons related to customs taxes. I had to take photos of the package and mailing label AND EMAIL THE PHOTOS. At UPS, the cost of the return was $130, and even USPS was over $35 and would take two to three weeks to arrive at the destination in China: Shenzhen, Guangdong. I would not receive the refund until my package was received and "inspected."

I lost an earring. Took a photo of the remaining earring and sent to customer service who responded in 24 hours with a solution. A replacement earring was located and will be on its way to me soon. I'm so thrilled as i loved the earrings. Thank you AWC

This company has false advertising on their website. What you are buying is not synthetic or man made diamond. They are only a diamond simulant, which does not have the same element or chemical compound as a real natural diamond or synthetic diamond. I asked them for a refund after I figured it out and they were giving a lot of trouble processing a refund, not "hassle free" as they advertised in their Returns and Refunds policies.

I had an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and was very pleased. The lady whom I was dealing with stayed in contact with me and ultimately was able to resolve the problem. The bracelet arrived in lovely packaging, nice presentation if you are planning to gift someone. I bought four in total and gifted one to my friend. They seem run out of stock very quickly so if you are eyeing on them, act quickly to avoid weeks of waiting like I did. The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. All the support goes to SMEs.

After some to and fro, the admin at Rosce were always on the case, communication was easy and I was kept up to date. We had some difficulties earlier on due to a returned item (incorrect address) but was resolved. The items I received today are exactly what I expected. Beautiful crafted, polished and worth the price. The packaging is cute, but a slight more attractive detailing eg. Cosmetic wrap, delete mini plastic bags and present in a more customised faux leather/velvet box/wallet, would give your products a more expensive and exclusive vibe. The buyer and gifter would have more confidence. Your products are sublime and affordable, and will attract a major market.

I am from Ireland and I have Purchased many Products from Rosch Jewellers. I honestly have to say that every single item that I have received from them, I truly Love. It was a milestone Birthday for me on the 24th of August and I am celebrating this occasion on Saturday night the 28th of August, 2021, with my Family and Friends and I will be wearing my Rosce Jewellery with my pearls and I am really looking forward to it. I love my Monette 4 prong diamond necklace in white gold vermeil. It truly does look like the real thing. I have a real diamond tennis bracelet and you cannot tell the difference. I purchased the 16" as I wanted the necklace to sit nicely on my neckline. When I found out that the necklace is 100% tarnish free and hypoallergenic that was a bonus.
I would highly recommend this necklace to anyone wanting to dress up their jeans/tshirt or add bling with your LBD (Little black dress) for more of an elegant look n' feel!
