Scamming Chinese company
February 5, 2020

This company is such a sh*t show it's tough to know where to begin...
I ordered a tennis necklace along with a a few other things as gifts (the necklace was for myself). The first red flag is that I was charged an international tax fee when their website at the time claimed they were in San Fransisco (the website now says Chino, CA). I placed the times in two orders to make sure that the gifts were shipped in one box and the necklace was shipped in a separate box - they took the liberty of coming the two orders and shipping 3 products, a pair of earrings, a bracelet and the necklace in their own separate satin bags but only 1 box. The box it was shipped in had a Shenzhen address, not California as they claim. Upon opening it was obvious they sent the wrong necklace. Over 10 or so emails they refused to offer a refund or send the correct product and would only give a percent off a new product along with $50 - these could not be used concurrently. This is when I started leaving reviews. They contacted me and offered the $50 off and percentage off concurrently and asked me to delete all of my negative reviews.

Their instagram page began getting negative reviews and questions about wrong items shipped that they quickly deleted instead of resolving the issues. Their overwhelmingly negative reviews on trustpilot started being systematically deleted and being replaced with positive reviews that tell nothing about the experience or products at all some that are identical to the reviews that appear on the Rosce website. On Reddit others came forward about Rosce's false advertising; they are stealing photos from other jewelry companies and using them as their own. Most recently they have started awns out fake cease and desist emails to everyone they suspect has left them a negative review online.

PLEASE check reviews and Reddit before making any purchases with this company. They claim to sell diamonds (they aren't even CZ) and claim to be American (they shipp from Shenzhen, China) and are abusive to their customers.

UPDATE now that my reviews are gaining attention, they have emailed me and replied to this review, that they are willing to come to a "amicable" resolution OVER A YEAR after their refusal to give a refund or exchange.

Tip for consumers:

Don’t order anything. The products do not claim diamonds as they advertise.
