Ordered an expensive (about $2000) bedroom set for my daughter and 3 times pieces were damaged. They would not even give us a small discount for our frustration. Luckily I work from home otherwise I really would have had a problem being there for so many deliveries. Even the delivery person made a comment about the poor quality and service we received. Management and the customer service team didn't seem too concerned. They said they do not give discounts for mistakes and that their only obligation is to delivery us the proper furniture no matter how many times it takes. Wow! Bad business-beware before purchasing!!!
