Be super careful when shopping on this site! I recently purchased ~$80 worth of items. 2 of my items have arrived within about a week of ordering but the rest of my order is still "processing". So, like others have commented, the shipping is very slow and items do NOT ship within the advertised 24 hours.
Additionally, I had a fraudulent credit card charge on the card I used to make my purchase. The fraudulent charge was for ~$260 and my credit card company reported that my information was keyed in for an online shopping order. Please note that I did use Paypal to pay for my order as I felt this would be more secure, but it turned out not to matter. Thankfully my credit card company offer 100% fraud protection and will do an investigation to find out more about this and remove the charge from my account. However, it might be worth shopping somewhere else to avoid the hassle of having your credit card information stolen from you! This is unacceptable... they should have some form of secure online payment.
It was my first time shopping there and found 50% off on shorts ordered two i thought as they giving it on low price, quality of the product will not going to be that good but no i was totally wrong they even delivered the product 1 day earlier and my wife is so happy with the shorts thanks to ROMWE will use there service again.
This site bought all their reviews! They paid me $5 to leave them a 5 star review but I found out there were a Chinese company looking to scam americans so I will NOT do their dirty work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Decided to give ROMWE a try after spotting a few of their ads featured around the internet and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered the grey Lace-up Slim Knit Sweater and the Deep Plunge Neck Backless Bodycon Dress which both look and feel incredible for the price. Shipping was really quick and when I contacted customer service about sizing they were quick to respond. Overall great experience with ROMWE. 10/10 Will be back again!
Super cute clothes for a fair price. Shipping takes a while since it comes from china, and also the size might not be the same regular US size for every clothing item.

Romwe support team has issued a full refund since I did not received my items which I appreciate. It was the first time I had problems with them just the delivery service chosen was lacking.
They used Tollgroup to deliver my last order. I wasn't home so they left a note that I filled in and they still say they can't deliver my parcel. I contacted Romwe, the person in the support line said there's no way to avoid using this delivery service, called Toll group 4 times, last time I was told they will not be delivering my order without me being there to sign for it regardless of leaving the signed card in the mailbox, later it was marked as delivered (even tho it wasn't) in the website and they won't look at the issue anymore. I'm yet to receive my items or a proper resolution for my order.
Bought a pair of shorts from them after carefully considering the size charts and asking for guidance from their online sales agents to whom I gave my measurements so they could recommend the correct size to me. It came abt 3 sizes too small! And when I messaged them they offered a 50% off coupon to save my time and money on shipping the item back. I took it as it was better than spending on shipping it back. But now when I try to use the coupon it only reduces only about $2 (even less for some) off any item regardless of the price, and pretty much offers it to me at the same price it's already available on their website. "Now" they tell me the coupon cannot be used on pre sale items, but ALL their items on the website are anyway on sale! So where am I to look for items that are not on sale? If you cannot give a proper and legit 50% off coupon, don't offer it! You are only misleading customers and treating them like fools. And please revise your size charts and instruct your agents not to recommend sizes if they can't even come close to a correct guess. Very disappointed. Count on Chinese products to never honor sizes or to resolve disputes in a meaningful/sensible way.

I'll start by saying if you want something soon, don't order it from here. If you don't mind a bit of a wait, it's worth it. I ordered 25th April and it came 18th May. I looked very carefully at the sizing so everything fits, although I probably wouldn't suggest the 'one size' for anyone who is more than a size 12. Very good prices and the quality is much better than expected, expecially a dress I bought. I would say that I bought a couple of mid-riff t-shirts, and they're very blocky- there was no picture of the garment on a real model so that might be something to look for next time.
TLDR: Worth the wait, check the sizes.
Smelly, terible goods, no quality at all. Shoes are so smelly - even when i try to wash them, no. Shoes*******. Blouse smelly, material is no quality, small hole on the sleeves, the threads of crawling everywhere blouses -blouse*******. Sweatershirt sweatshirt******* substandard materials - bad quality, can not fasten it and not sit at the neck. Overall, badly tailored. I can not tell how I was unhappy with the orders. Very poor quality goods can not wear, only to trash.

When I first visited the website I was very impressed with the layout. However, what I didn't like was that they advertise online support, but no one is ever online. You basically have to email them, or start a ticket to get any type of response. It typically takes two days to hear back from them. I ordered twelve items and the items had to be split up into two parcels. The first one came very quickly, but I am still currently waiting on my second parcel to arrive. My problem with this is that all the items I ordered were "guaranteed to ship out in 24 hours". That was a lie, the first parcel shipped out more 2-3 days later. However, the first parcel came within a week because I choose the express shipping option. In the first parcel five of my twelve items came, and I was pleased with 4 items out of the 5. The four items I liked were made very well, but this one romper I ordered looked like the typical "made in China" apparel. So overall the cons are poor communication, slow shipping, and faulty quality at times. I would say the pros are the price is affordable and most of the clothes you get are of a good quality. Another pro is that they're always having some sort of sale, which offers promo codes that help discount your order. However, the way they discount the prices is weird and unspecific. The clothes are definitely worth the price, but not everyone would agree that they're worth the wait. However, I've gotten compliments on all of the items I ordered. I will most likely shop here again, but I will only order a few items this time. I would recommend this site, but to be cautious.
