DO NOT ORDER. I recieved a pair of shorts, they were horrible quality, very cheaply made, and had a HOLE in it. I sent customer service (not good) a picture of the shorts where it was obvious there was a hole. They refused to give me a refund unless I went out of my way to return them. The products are not good, they do not look anything like the pictures. You will not be happy with your purchase. I'm warning you, don't do it! There are other sites with better clothes for the same price. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT
Often I order from other companies and my package arrives LATER than the "standard shipping time", but not with Romwe! My package arrived as expected and not a day later!
I ordered the Short Sleeve Eyelash Lace Bodycon dress and it is PERFECT! True to size and exactly how it was pictured! I can't wait to order again!
I did express shipping and it has to be here before july 27th they said the one of the items wasn't ready and that i have to either cancel the item and they can ship the rest how ever i choose another item to replace the one i really wanted and told them if they couldn't get that one quick then to just send long will this take?! It's already the 19th!

It was my first time ordering from Romwe about 3 weeks ago. I was very hesitant after reading the reviews first, but I took my luck and just ordered a bunch of things. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, a "one size" fitted sweater, a denim button up, a dress, and a grey t-shirt. I'm about a Medium in tops and a 8/9 juniors in US sizes. I ordered things a slight bigger than I normally am just in case. The shipping was pretty quick, about 1 week or so and it all came together. When I opened the bag up, the dress, denim button up, and grey shirt all fit perfectly! But both the pants (which I ordered as a large) were literally a size 00, maybe not even that! And the one-size sweater is sort of tight on my arms but I can live with it. So I went to the web site to see the options to exchange the items and wrote a description followed by sending 3 pics of the jeans as asked. 2 weeks later, nothing! They haven't gotten back to me and it makes me so angry because they display themselves to be so helpful yet they can't even respond to a simple request of exchanging my items. Until I get my money back, I will never order off this site again or tell my friends to.

So I was skeptical about ordering from Romwe for the last two years based on reviews, but the sales for BlackFriday were so good that I figured that if the clothes I ordered were dodgy, at least I didnt waste lots of money.
I ordered eight tops on Thursday the 24th, and the arrived today, Thursday the 1st. All of the tops are great quality, both print wise and fabric wise. Im honestly really happy and really surprised with how good all the tops are. Ill definitely order from Romwe again.
I really have had great luck finding winter wraps for under $15. Also have a few sun dresses and a bathing suit that I love. Takes about 2 weeks delivery for free shipping. Enjoy the site!
I got my swimwear and tops in the mail today. Was super excited, tried everything on, sizing was a little weird. Loved the off the shoulder black crop (tee*******), then came the swimsuits... I got swimwear*******, a plain beige bikini and the top didn't fit at all with terrible material and stitching, the bottoms were a little better but still the colouring and material were just horrible I could not wear this in public without it showing something! Next I got swimwear*******, a triangle top palm print bikini and I love it, fit nicely, good material, but when I tried it on (literally for the second time so I could take a snap of it) the straps ripped right out of the band!
I got all of these in a small, im usually a 00, XS, 32A pretty small person and the fact that these ripped on me is a complete disappointment! I was so looking forward to some cute swimsuits but this was just so disappointing because I can literally wear 1 of the 5 items I received!

I complained once to the customer service about not getting information and they answered me a few hours later and they were helpful and kind, so I was absolutely happy with it. I got the package on that day, so they even kept the promised 10 days. (I oredered to Germany) I was also totally happy with the product what I got, but I wouldn't judge them even if I weren't.
I was very happy with my past two orders- I ordered so many beautiful pieces that are "one of a kind" and have all of my friends complimenting me. I will definitely be ordering again soon.

I purchased a dress item from ROMWE for my sister's christmas present. When I realized that I bought the wrong size I kinda freaked - but the ROMWE customer service was great - they didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me resolve the issue pretty quickly.
Not only did I receive my items at least a week LATE, what I got was POOR QUALITY, DAMAGED, BADLY FITTING.
For the damaged item, they first suggested a refund of £5, for an item which costed me £9.55, which was plainly insulting. They then suggested an instant full refund, which was less than instant. In fact, I was still waiting for it over two weeks later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.
I wanted to send four or five items back but their ticket system is a joke. You have to apply for a ticket to send back the items and wait for them to tell you a return address which is in Belgium and YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE, which costed me £15.81. After nearly a month of waiting, I finally got my refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN

I truthfully have been a member of their site for I know two years or more and I have nothing but GREAT COMMENTS regarding their site! I have often bragged to my family & friends ALL THE TIME telling them "Do NOT shop online without going through the Romwe.com site"
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 6/27 and have yet to receive my order much less a refund. My order claimed to ship 6/29 and they sent a un-trackable tracking number with no where to search it. When asked they said they didn't know what carrier was being used. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
