A big thing that I base my experience off of is the convenience of the website and cleanliness. This site certainly meets my expectations. The modern look to the site shows that the company took the time and effort to launch this site, not just throw up some basic boring site like all the others. The links work, the site makes sense, there are not obvious spelling errors, and the checkout was simple and fast. I do not see a reason I would return this tote so I have not dealt with the return side of things with Romwe, but I imagine they are organized and professional.
I've been ordering with Romwe for years and truly, I really enjoy the service. The clothes is affordable and great quality for the price. Its the only site I purchase my work clothing from. A few years ago, shipping would take a couple of day, now its overnight. Romwe is nothing short of efficient with great quality.
I was hesitant about my purchase because I read that it could take two months to receive your clothes from other reviews and that at times the order came in wrong. But my clothes arrived in less than two weeks. The order was correct, the clothes all fit and were cute. The material is cheapish but you get what you pay for. I did contact customer service during the shipment because my tracking number said invalid when plugged into the in link they gave. They responded in less than 24 hours and were helpful. Turns out the tracking number needed to be tracked through FedEx rather than the link given on their site. I will order through them again. Their sizing chart was accurate on their site. To be safe I ordered mediums when I usually can run small because of the sizing chart and everything fits great.
First things first, Romwe has the most in fashion designs.It offers great quality, free shipping worldwide which is very important and also the items arrive on time! Last but not least, it is the only web store that offers jobs to their biggest followers as bloggers and as a feedback they give them some pieces of clothes for free. I am a blogger on Romwe and I've taken almost 80$ clothes for free and the only thing I do is promoting some of their daily sales. This is amazing! I LOVE ROMWE
Awful. Awful. Awgul. Could I say it again? Bought some clothes, the material is dirt cheap and they looked nothing at all like the picture. The "jeans" are much closer to "jeggings" with strings sticking out everywhere. I'm even a tiny girl, and they made me resemble a sausage.
When I returned them, they had a ridiculous amount of hoops, customer service is unresponsive and claims to have never received the return.

This was my first time ordering and im not very happy i have been waiting 3 weeks for the 2 dresses i ordered for my daughter and they still haven't arrived. Nitemare to get hold of anyone apart from email and then they just tell me to be patient well i think 3 weeks is long enough to be patient. My daughter wanted them for 2 partie's she was invited to. I will not recommend to purchase any product from this site. They run for small sizes and when you will ask them for return they will ask you to courier the product on your own expense. They will charge shipping charges also and then if refunded courier charges as well. So better not to trouble yourself only by seeing good clothes. They will show you good clothes but the material is worst just like sarojini street market.

I've been buying from this online company for over a year and I have never been unsatisfied with my orders. They always have deep discounts on the clothes and free shipping on orders over $50. My last purchase was for three jumpsuits, two tribal and one floral. They are so beautiful! They are well-made, stylish, and were also super inexpensive!
After a long wait I was excited to receave my big order from this site. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and 80% of the things that were ordered did not match the picture, colour or material that was presented on the site. The only thing that was up to par was a scarf. The price is not worth it, because its like trowing your money in the wind, some value might be returned to you, but most will be lost. I placed an order on April 12 and given that it said express shipping, I thought that I was going to have to wait 2 weeks max. I have been checking back every day and have even placed a ticket because it still says processing. The purpose of this order was for my trip this upcoming weekend but seeing that it still says processing, I know that I will not be receiving them. I probably will not be ordering from here again. I went on today and saw that it said in tiny writing at the very bottom of the page that they are undergoing warehouse upgrades, which is fine but they could have said that before I spent my money. I have ordered from Romwe before, yes it does take a while to get there, I believe my order took about 26 days, I think that the material of the T's i got was not T material but for the price it was worth it. Im and L but i got some jeans in XL in case they didn't fit right but even then they were way too small. I got some make up brushes that i absolutely adore! I think that i had mixed emotions about service and quality but what i can say is the pricing is unbeatable. I think knowing that i didnt spend much made me happier :) i think its not so bad.
