The quality was absolute $#*!, I bought a skirt with buttons on it and without even leaving the house I had already lost 2 buttons. Sizing completely out of whack, one pair of jeans that I ordered in a size 10 arrived looking like a size 4! I had also bought a dress (which looked gorgeous online) - arrived and looked nothing like the image and quiet frankly so ugly even an op shop wouldn't take it in
Let me start off by saying that this site is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It is a one-stop shop; you can find anything and everything you are looking for at great prices. One of my biggest pet peeves is finding a great site that then have to deal with crappy shipping or hating the item once I receive it. No worries with romewe.com, I ordered the “ink print hollow wrapped dress”, not only did I receive the item in a reasonable amount of time but the fit was spot on and I absolutely loved the dress, perfect for date night!
The first time I used romwe.com I ordered a dress. It was my first time using this website. The ordering on this website is a very easy, general process. On some sites I have used before, it is very slow and detailed. Once I ordered the dress, the shipping date seemed a bit long, but the dress came in a couple days before the shipping date said! I have been using romwe for about 3 months now and this site never seems to fail me. The variety of clothes, jewelry, and accessories to choose from, for the price and for the shipping time, is just unbelievable! This has been my goto website for clothes and I don't see that changing at all anytime
I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding from romwe.com. Really I was surprised with the quick shipping and service. I think romwe.com is a perfect site where you can see varieties of dress materials and elegant designs. The product quality is also up to the mark.

Absolutely appalling website.
Clothes looked great on website and i knew it was too good to be true that the prices were so cheap! Everything that came looked nothing like it did in the pictures! Everything is AWFUL quality, hems not sewn properly, knitting not finished, 1 arm smaller than the other etc etc etc... just everything was appalling.
Not only that, i ordered a huge order for my holiday and i left 10 days for the parcel to be delivered ( i had express delivery between 5-8 days) and it didn't come for 15 days. So that was a waste of time.
Ive just gone to post the items back and its going to cost me £45! To send it back all the way to america. Crazy price.

I came across Romwe when I was googling for a nice warm winter jumper (being winter here in Oz).
In no time at all I found the perfect 'Red Dipped Hem Ribbed Loose Sweater'
I added this to the cart and checked out probably all within 10 minutes of reaching the online store. The payment process was super straightforward and very quick and before long, my jumper was on the way.
When delivered I took it out straight away and examined it to see if it was as everyone describes the clothing from Romwe, to my surprise it was nothing like the other reviews had described. There were no stray bits of string/cotton, and the jumper felt heavy for its size which is always a big plus when it comes to the quality of a product.
I can say that I will definitely be back for more, I will write another review for my next order too!

I sent back the clothing items I did not want to the address they provided for me, which was a "Suite", definitely not a warehouse. I also had to pay for the return shipping. This site is not real! They're from China and ready to scam you. You will notice they have absolutely NO contact information for customer services besides a random email that is going to who knows? I have have $89us dollars stolen from me from this website. They will not refund my money. The said they put my money into a "romwe wallet" account that does not exist on their website, they gave me the link and it does not work. I am warning everyone and anyone ahead of time. Do not trust this Chinese website. Here in America this is not how things work. They're lucky because now I have no way of getting my money back. They fooled me. Don't let it be you. I am so upset.

I purchased about 16 items during their sale and they came a week and a half later (which was expected) but only two came and one of the two was a over sized mesh shirt. Online it okay but when it came, the fabric was basically plastic. It has been a week since then and im still waiting for everything else. Besides that, i love the sales because where else would you find clothes like that for $7.00? Definitely not UO or American Apparel..
I've been receiving clothes from Romwe for several months now (as part of their blogger program) but I wouldn't work with them unless the clothes stood up to the expectations. I've never been disappointed! You have to carefully measure to make sure the items are going to fit, but I always do and it's never a problem! The pieces are good quality and have held up great!
If you're going to buy from Romwe, stick with the basics. I bought 4 items and only one of them I had a problem with (the burgundy dress is actually red). The material is cheap, that's why the product is cheap. I will shop with Romwe again but I will only buy basics and expect to receive it in a month
I love my sweatshirt from Romwe. They have the most affordable clothes, and shipping is great timing consider it is international to me in Florida. The sweatshirt was so cozy and I got so many compliments on it :)
I do shopping online a lot but mainly the problem about online shop is 95% of online store are late in delivery. But from my list i found romwe are the most fastest delivery online store. I did shopping many time at there store and sometimes they deliver it with in 8 hours which is unbelievably fast.
This company takes the easy way out for customer issues commenting that since they are an online company they do not have a number to get in contact with and automated emails. Emails do nothing to get you in contact with the company, the response is always automated and points you back to the same response. Everything I purchased is returnable yet I have not received my money back nor actual information that would be helpful to return it. If I could give a 0 rating I would because this company only wants your money and nothing else, they do not care about their customer service. You should not order from this company unless you want to be scammed out of your money.
I had amazing experience with Romwe. They quickly delivered one of my favorite dress that I choose among the wonderful catalog. The ordering process and shipping was so easy and convenient. The product was nicely packed and the quality of the cloth i ordered was good. Thank you very much ROMWE!
After reading a lot of negative online reviews, I was skeptical but I found a jacket on their website I absolutely loved that was cheap so I decided even if it sucked I wouldn't have lost much. Came in 6 business days, which was better than I expected, and fit well, looked very much like the picture except the colour was a tiny bit lighter. Still love it. My only thing is it wasn't the best quality, but for the price it is what I expected. Maybe I was just lucky that none of the bad reviews came true for me but I would order again because it's so cheap and cute clothes.
