I was due to recieve a package with multiple items for my daughter January 9th. I have contacted through email and they have not responded. This place is horrible. Don't ever order from them. Save your money!
I had ordered 2 times from romwe and I have to say, it's one of the best online stores I have ordered from. I live in San Jose(USA), and I thought that it may take at least 3-5 weeks for my package to arrive. But the longest I had to wait was only a weeks (i placed my last order on 21 january, and I got it today, 29 january)! Everything has good quality and looks like the pictures on the site. I paid for package insurance ($0.99), and I didn't mind. I could track my order with no problem. I even got a gift with my last order :) I can only recommend them!
Still waiting for my order that I placed April 4th and that shipped April 12th. I've ordered from China before and never waited this long. Tracking info hasn't been updated since april 14. Customer service claimed it takes a while to get through customs because the regular shipping method ships a bunch of orders together? Idk...
Unless they smuggled some illegal $#*! in with the orders, I don't know why it's taking this long.

My stuff from romwe haven't gotten here yet but i don"t blame them, i mean jeez people take a chill pill they ship from china. I found the customer service very polite and extremely helpful. Before buying i read a lot of bad reviews about the site, which was like a dark cloud over the excitement that was bubbling up from all the fashion on there. So i would like to put it out there that you shouldn't hate a lot from a few things that slip up. Like they say, nothing or no one is perfect. Lastly all the bad items and wrong size could not have entirely been romwe's fault, like did you even check the measurements? Or people complain about the material being 'too cheap' what else do you expect a 100% cotton sweater encrusted with real diamonds and lined with 24 carot gold? If that's what people want then i suggest going to bed and dreaming themselves up one. Anyways Thank you romwe you have been extremely helpful!
I recently ordered a couple dresses that I was really excited about. When they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures. They looked and felt cheap, and customer service wouldn't acknowledge that one dress was completely different than the picture on the website. I had a horrible experience, and will not be ordering from them again.

I bought 3 sweatshirts from Romwe which look great in the photos but the ones I received were made of thin, nylony, shiny material. The printing was all scuffed & stuck together & the clothes were so small they fit my 7 year old niece better than me. Then you read the returns policy & it states no returns for items you are unsatisfied with due to poor material, which just shows they know this is going to be an issue. Scamming people into buying crappy clothes they then can't return. Really unhappy & angry.

The sizes aren't even accurate. Bought few t-shirts for my wife as she found them on your website, after its arrived it hardly fits my little sister (that's how inaccurate the sizes are) so disssspointed and not buying again.

First of all, they are a SCAM and extremely unprofessional. I placed an order on the third and it said it would take 5-7 business to ship out. But what they don't tell you is that it takes 3-7 business days to PROCESS it & then 6-8 business days to ship out! They do not state the facts and they try to hold on to your money as much as they can. Even after you have canceled your order. The website states it takes up to 7 business to get a refund, after they received the package. My package was never delivered, I just canceled my order. They told me it would take "10-20" business days! You are better off using boohoo or lulu's! I've use them before and never had any troubles!

There is also an place to take photos of your clothes and post it on the site. Overall, romwe is a great site for hot deals.
Just received my order from Romwe. Must say I am HUGELY disappointed. Not only are the sizing completely different than the size charts they have listed, but the quality is absolutely terrible. From china, with poor fabric quality and terrible stitching. I paid over $180 US and then also paid an additional $35 on duty when it was sent and landed in Canada.
Overall, I would love a refund on half my items but the thought of trying to get one is too much of a hassle knowing the warehouse is in China.

I recently had the opportunity to splurge on anything of my choice! I decided to go on romwe as my sis gets her stuff from here and i always admire the timely delivery which is usually between 5-7 days to receive. The dresses fitted me perfectly. When arrived, they were packaged so nicely i didn't even wanna open it up (haha). I bought a total of 10dresses and i got each for crazily insane prices (they always have one promo or the other)! Their customer service was really impressive, i want to be sure about my size so I had to contact them first and we talked it over. I got just what i wanted!
This online shopping website is such a scam. I ordered a big shipment of clothing and after having issues with submitting my credit card information, I should have cancelled the order right then and there. Only 1/3 of the clothes I ordered shipped and I've been now waiting over a week for the rest to come through. In addition to that, they emailed me two days ago letting me know that the skirt I PAID FOR AND ORDERED is not "out of stock". When I try to contact a rep about these issues, no one gets back to me and there is no phone number to call. I am furious that they took my money and are playing games with correctly sending the rest of my clothing. Never ordering from here again.

I bought the brownlong sleeve high low blouse and I must say that my order was prompt and the customer service was excellent. The shirt went great with some pants that I already ordered. It's been a long time that I experienced such great service online as it has been few and far between. I will definitely be ordering from this sight again.
I ordered a dress and a skirt from here. The skirt wasn't true to size or measurements at all, and they took it down before I could even review it (it was probably that bad, it's UGLY). I'm going to use the dress as a Halloween costume. You get the idea. Shipping wasn't bad though. No one answered my request for a return.

Finding good and affordable boots nowadays is difficult, yea, they sucks. A friend introduced me to romwe.com, and I've got to say that they've got classic boots on that site and not only that they are affordable as well. I loved my experience with this site. I got a cute little black dress and a classy white one. The white dress came first, and I was worried- I thought they didn’t ship the black one. I called, and talked to a very helpful lady who, within minutes, told me that they shipped the black dress separately. My experience with this brand has been great. This is the biggest fraud company. I ordered a lot of clothes for their website and they most of the products were damaged, they had stains on it, the buttons and zip were broken, the pearls had come out and it had some disgusting odor smell from it. I requested the company to allow me to return these products. They agree to accept the returns and when I returned the products they have kept the products with them but are refusing to pay me back the refund. Such a cheap and fraud company. Deserves to go jail for cheating their customers. Please buy at your risk.
My order consisted of 2 tops and it arrived perfectly on time: 4 days were needed for processing and 10 days for shipping to the Netherlands. The tracking service worked well and was a nice extra feature. I paid $22 for this order, including shipping. My items were of decent quality, so I was happy with the tops and their pricing. One appeared to be brown instead of yellow shown on the photo, but I didn't mind so much (it was my own mistake: I didn't carefully read the description, which said it was brown). The sizes were slightly smaller than listed, but having read lots of reviews I had taken this into account and it wasn't an issue for me.
I had a great overall experience and I would recommend this shop to all of you!
