I bought a winter dress a knitwear and an excellent set of swimwear which were very attractive to look at and very comfortable to put on. Those were simply wonderful and amazing in texture. Everybody will feel jealous of you if you put on any one of the dresses. There are some other products also. Among them I liked the jewelery most. After all the sincerity of the authority to deliver the products in the shortest possible time made me spellbound.
When i was about to do my first purchase i received a code for 60% off for special discount first purchase. No details given or specification that it can not be mix with previous discounts. Costumer service did not help at all, the answer was we are sorry. And they offer a $10 discount in my next order... ( the difference in my order was about $100) So finally i decide to not deal with this website to avoid headaches!
I am happy with 1 of the four items I tried. The sports bra was baggy and unpadded which is not evident on the site, the t-shirts had designs on them that were PIXELATED. Literally. You could see the pixels around the images from them blowing up a low quality image. Not impressed.

I've always liked Romwe but when I received two faulty items and tried to return them the response was terrible. They initially said there was nothing wrong with the items even though the shirt had one seam sewn inside out and the other was falling apart the second I opened the package. Then they offered to refund me $6 when the items cost $17! They don't want to pay the return shipping cost so they told me to just wear the stuff or give it to a friend but I strangely I don't know anyone who wants to wear faulty clothes that are falling apart.

2 round beach blankets - suggests a blanket thickness with expectation that being for the beach that it is a type of towelling fabric. Instead it is a thin slippery material. Apparently because it is considered swim wear they also can't be returned.
There should be an option on the web site for customers to review each item to help others especially as the cost of returning the item is the customer's expense.
Also bought a white cold shoulder shirt with inner black straps. Fabric is poor quality -stiff and creases easily and inner black strap fabric us thin and stretchy.

I submitted an order a week ago. I'm pretty sure they advertise on every item I clicked that it ships in 24 hours....yet my order still hasn't been shipped. Entered a ticket to see if i could change to express shipping because that says 3-5 days and after i pay for the express the customer service tells me they can't estimate when it'll get here but they'll try to have it shipped out soon. I find that to be unreal. Like is this some kind of joke? After I pay for everything this is the service I get? So I cancelled my order. I think that's ridiculous. I expect a full refund and I'll be posting reviews and telling everyone not to order from here. This is crazy. I should've read all the reviews first. I bet a lot of the good reviews on here aren't even real.

BEWARE! Romwe has the all time worst quality of clothing, they do not match the image at all, cheap material, rips and stains everywhere, XS looks like XXL! They will take your money and send you trash SCAM! Im not sure who makes the clothing but they don't know how to sew. Im very upset, I CAN'T believe this company exist.

I didn't even get my order, after a month of waiting. I finally emailed them and they said that they shipped it and it is at customs, then two days later they said they i'm just not going to receive my order at all. I'm so mad. I will never use this site again.
I placed an order from romwe.com and I'm extremely pleased with everything! The quality, size, and comfort were perfect. The price was also very reasonable. It far exceeded my expectations. As a result of my satisfaction I have recommended romwe.com to all of my friends and family and look forward to my next order.
I placed an order for 6 bathing suits on the website. After several days, I was informed one of the bathing suits was sold out. It took three and a half weeks for 4 of my 5 bathing suits to arrive. I had very low expectations after reading some of the reviews, and overall - the products about met my expectations. 2 of the 4 bathing suits that arrived are usable though not great quality.
For the ones that aren't usable, there was a one-piece that would only work if my boobs were located off my stomach since that's where the padding was (and I'm 5'1). And one of the two-pieces didn't feel like a bathing suit material at all (very cheap), and was way too tiny to cover my boobs, and the straps were way too big with no option to tighten.
Overall, I'll try another site next time I order bathing suits - but I suppose it could be worse?

I was very excited to find cute dresses that I could wear to my high school graduation. I have waited two and a half weeks knowing that the shipping said 5-15 days. 18 days later I receive a message, only because I submitted a ticket asking where my dresses were, saying that they will try to send them out in the next week or two. I am so frustrated at this incompetence that my package wasn't even sent when it had said it was in the tracking. I will expect a full refund or for ROMWE to give my package priority shipping as to make up for the time I have wasted on this site.

So, today I received my order from Romwe in the mail. I have to say that it was amazing! The shirts fit perfectly and the quality was not bad at all! Not to mention that the shipping only took less than a week! The clothes looked just as they did in the photos. I recommend it!
I bought 3 jumpers and a pair of jeans from this website about a week ago and just received my parcel today, I was really looking forward to receiving these new items, that is until I actually opened the package the jumpers were laughable they were THAT small!
I expect they would only fit an 8 yearold girl! And the fact that they would advertise this as "one size" is appalling!
