I ordered 4 items of clothing round about this time last year and they never showed up. My account says they have been shipped and delivered but I did not receive them and nor did my neighbours. I tried to get in touch with them and they said that they could not help to resolve this problem. Complete joke!
Don't even waste your money on this website. I bought a legging and I put it "Large" and guess what? It didn't fit me (I'm 5'0,134 ibs) but fit my little sister who is 9 year old, It's more like an XXS actually...
I bought a sweater-like and i out it too large and it didn't fit me at all! Also the quality is not even good at all...

I ordered 2 items from this website before I read any reviews however was pretty scared when waiting for the items to come as I saw the reviews on here which left me pretty sceptical. HOWEVER I received my items. The size the design the colour... everything is just as described in the pictures and product information. Y wife like both 2 items.
I ordered a dress I saw on Modern Family and was very excited about it. I got it in two weeks, and tried it on and the dress didn't even cover half of my butt, it was so short. I am normally a size 14 and can fit into a large with no problem, but this was shorter than some of the shirts I have. I ended up giving it to my friend because I had to pay for return shipping (which in this day in age is ridiculous), and the shipping will cost more than the dress. So if you're petite, this would be a great place to buy cute, cheap clothes, but unfortunately for the rest of us, we can't.

It is really a good online market place.My friend suggested me to visit this place. Then I visit ROMWE.com and I bought some t-shirt from here. Their product quality awesome and service is very good. It's really helpful for me. I like their service. I always order the goods from ROMWE. They have always nice fashionable product and reasonable price. I am satisfied.
Obviously, you get what you pay for. You don't find prices like this without compensation. The item's don't always look the way they appear in the pictures. But I'd say more often than not you get pretty decent items for the price. The customer service is some of the best I've experienced, they truly will do what it takes you keep you satisfied.
I bought 4 items. 2 of them smell horrendous. So bad that I have a banging headache from it. The bag I ordered is much smaller than advertised in the sizing measurements. And a jacket I ordered is falling apart the material is falling off onto me. I have sent a ticket about a refund, will I have to pay shipping? How much. I have ordered from them before and it was fine but I am very upset and disappointed, what a waste of my money.

I usually don't get time to visit shopping malls, so I have to hit the online shops often. I shopped a couple of times from them. Last time, I bought a sweater for my niece on her birthday. She was pretty happy to have it. And the fitting was just perfect (I was a bit of worried about fit). Anyways, I think I should thank them for delivering the package just on time, otherwise it could ruin her day. Keep it up.
I wish the customer support would be quicker with more detailed instructions - I need a return label to be email ASAP and an address to give it to. Their responses are the same and do not provide adequate detai. Moreover the fact they say it can take 14-30 days for money to go back into the bank account for a refund it quite annoying.

I ordered a skirt and waited the whole 15 days of shipping for the US. Finally, when the day came I had found that it had been delivered to the wrong address. I checked my order on the site and it was all correct, but still was not at my house! I don't understand why it's not here when it's super close? I love Romwe clothing. Clothes fit great and prices are not expensive with quick shipping. I received my first order of Hooded Pockets Duffle Burgundy Coat and absolutely loved them, now my second order of Grey Long Sleeve Loose Sweater is on the way. Overall, I like ordering from Romwe. I will order from here again.
I browsed through the website and saw the cute clothes at reasonable prices and was pleased but when i went to the reviews i immediately became worried about my purchase of the red "contrast sleeve pocket loose T shirt" but after almost two weeks it has arrived (which was surprisingly good considering it was during the holidays) and i am extremly satisfied. The sweater is of good quality and i will definitely shop here again
Update to my previous review: Customer service at Romwe contacted me, apologized, and gave me a full refund for my merchandise. They also followed up to make sure the refund was received and apologized again. So in the end the company did finally contact me about my missing merchandise, showed good customer service and did the right thing. I am satisfied with how this was resolved.
Buyer beware. I placed my order in March. It is now June and I never received my merchandise. I received a partial order with a note that the rest of my order would ship separately. It never came. I have sent several emails inquiring about my order but received no response. Is this a real company? Why is there no answer to my emails? Why have I not received my merchandise? It seems this website has taken my money and left me hanging. I hope someone at this site will see this review and finally comtact me about my missing merchandise. Buyer beware!
I just had the worst customer experience today! They sent me the wrong item and wrong size! They told me that I need to ship it back to them on my dime! Also, the pants don't even have a button hole, and they told me to take scissors and cut a button hole! Are you serious? They also suggested that if I don't want to ship back on my own dime then I could sell the pants to a friend! At this point I just feel like they're being sarcastic! Worst customer service ever! I ordered a decent amount of clothing - all that were supposed to be shipped in " 24 hours " except for 1 article. I contacted romwe and the customer service told me that yes, my shipment would go faster if I canceled that article. She told me it would we 12-24 hours. I then spoke with someone yesterday and they told me 3 days. I po led express shipping to have it here for a particular date and the customer service basically told me to cancel my order because I would not get it on time. The clothing is super cute but extremely disappointed in how long it is taking to " process ". The 24 hour option does not work - do not depend on it.

There are website with the exact same clothing but this site seemed to have the best rating so I took my chances. Before buying the product, review to see what others have said. I reviewed all three of the cardigans I purchased. They are thick, a one size fits all, and very chic looking. I have gotten compliments and asked where I have bought them. I have recommended and recommend anyone reading, that the cardigans are great quality if its a one size, I have not purchased ones that have options for sizing so I can't review on the sizes or other kind of clothing. It is the first time shopping at romwe for me. At first, I was concerned at the sizing, shipping, and material of the items, but I finally decided to take the risk after reading a lot of reviews and videos online. So all my items arrived today! Tbh I expected it to come around new yr even though I ordered it a month back but it arrived 'a bit' early than I thought. Most my clothes were one-size and I'm a UK size 6. All my sweatshirts were one size and I'd say the sleeves were a bit short but not too short. The quality was great! And I'd say one size would fit a UK size 6/8 or Medium size. I also ordered size small ripped jeans and they were just about perfect. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. P. s It's an honest review!
