But it's hard to keep track of our package and onesize clothes that fits only super small isn't one size fits all!
I have ordered twice from Romwe already and is shopping for my third order now. It has been a pleasant experience and i am pleased with both the customer service and the quality of product.
The site is user friendly and the discounts are great! I have and would recommend this site to everyone. It is perfect if you need quality product, at a great price, in a timely manner and if you need options when shopping.

The clothes from this company run extremely small. A lot of the items are fairly cheaply made and fabrics, especially on tops, are thinner than what I am used to. Shoes and bags, however, come in very good quality for the price.
They mislead you a little when they offer additional discounts, as everything is already discounted so you really can never use the extra coupons or discounts they seem to offer.
Other than that I have few complaints. Customer service is very good for an online store. They reply to you in a timely manner and are polite, and returns are a breeze.
Please stay away from this horrible site! I spent $60 in bathing suits and first of all the sizes were way off even with their suggested measurements. Second customer service sucks! Long story short DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS POOR QUALITY SITE!

Okay, so this is my second time ordering from Romwe I hesitated to order more than four items simply because of the reviews. My only complaint at first was one of the shirts were poorly stitched. But other than that the rest was fine. I decided to order from them again because I saw no problem, shipping was surprisingly fast despite the warehouse delay. When I opened my package I noticed only 4/5 of my items had arrived. It's not as though I was told one of my items was unavailable or would be a little behind (Keep in my mind all my items were marked priority dispatching) so this was a bit disappointing. In conclusion, I doubt I will ever shop at Romwe again.

I was really skeptical about ordering these swimsuits from this romwe as some of the reviews are terrible but I decided to give it a shot anyways and I'm pleasantly surprised. They took about 2 and half weeks to come in which I expected, but the quality of the swimsuits is really quite great for the price you pay. I'm definitely ordering more. So cute!
I ordered some clothes last week for $100 just so that I would get express shipping. In that case I should receive my parcel latest by Thursday, 22 May. I am unable to track the shipping as the tracking order ID seems to be invalid. I request you to please not disappoint me by delivering late. It's urgent!

The quality is poor, inaccurate and inconsistent sizing, system problems which make it impossible to upload photos if you have a complaint, customer is responsible for paying return postage if they send the wrong colour (which happened in my case) and pathetic, time wasting customer service. Rosegal is a similar site and has a much better attitude to customer service.

I ordered with Romwe during their process of upgrading their warehouse (placed my order on May 9th) and was expecting it to take a considerable amount of time, due to the 3-5 day process time, 3-5 day delay with the warehouse moving and then however long it took the order to get from China to me in Ireland, however from placing my order to delivery took only 12 days.
The tracking information given was frequently updated also which was good. However, I was told all of my items were shipped together, and when my parcel arrived it said on the front that all 7 items had arrived but when I checked I was missing one shirt.
I opened a ticket with customer service who after confirming a few simple things (sending them a picture of my parcel) issued me a refund for the item within 2 days and said they couldn't offer me an explanation on why it hadn't arrived, but were extremely helpful and quick to offer me a refund for the item.
The rest of my clothes quality etc was perfectly fine for the price and I'm really not disappointed in any of it. Bikini sizing is weird though as I am a UK 8 and C-cup, i followed the sizing guide and other people's recommendations and ordered a size L, but the top was so big it was falling off me and i could barely get my thighs into the bottoms.
Overall I would recommend purchasing, I would just maybe skip on the bikinis and double check all of your order whenever it arrives!
I was sceptical of ordering after reading so many bad reveiws so I only ordered one sale item. I placed my order on the 17th, it was shipped on the 18th and i just got a call from the couriers to say they will be delivering it today (22nd). That is faster than I've gotten some orders from sites everyone raves about! Im not to worried about the quality, after all its only a $16 sweater. You find things a little iffy at stores that still ask $80! So go for your life, make the order!
I just received my order and at first I was very happy, but when I opened the package I was getting more and more disappointed. When I checked if everything arrived, I discovered that one bikini was missing (swimwear*******). Instead there was another bikini inside and a T-shirt. Both of them weren't my size and I definitely did not order them.
So when I opened the rest, I discovered they totally weren't my size. I'm normally a small but sized up to be sure. I also checked the measurements on the site and it should fit. The problem is not only that the clothes are just to tight, they are also too short for my body and I'm not that tall. 170 cm and the bathing suits didn't even reach my shoulders!
Because t's swimwear I can't return it but also can't wear it. I spent a lot of money so I expect a compensation. Both for the missing bikini and the disappointing clothes.
The only response I got was that I can't return swimwear, but for other things they accept returns. Well I think that's the whole problem I summed up and what about my missing bikini?/

The prefer tasked about 3 weeks to arrive but the clothes are nice. Exactly what's in the picture. I have to write 100 words and I don't know what else to say. The clothes are a nice price and they have free shipping over 60$
I'll start by saying if you want something soon, don't order it from here. If you don't mind a bit of a wait, it's worth it. I ordered 25th April and it came 18th May. I looked very carefully at the sizing so everything fits, although I probably wouldn't suggest the 'one size' for anyone who is more than a size 12. Very good prices and the quality is much better than expected, expecially a dress I bought. I would say that I bought a couple of mid-riff t-shirts, and they're very blocky- there was no picture of the garment on a real model so that might be something to look for next time.
TLDR: Worth the wait, check the sizes.
Took ages to arrive however arrived with no problems. Item looks horrible on a hanger but looks okay on. Extremely expensive postage for what the item is, will not be buying again

I ordered loads of bikinis from Romwe and was surprised with how good quality the quality was considering how cheap they are, until I opened the final bikini and realised it was not the one I ordered. Sent them a ticket hoping they would use the obvious solution and just send me the bikini I ordered and let me return the one they sent me. Instead they offered me 5USD compensation... obviously I was not happy with that after sending pictures to prove their mistake so instead they offered me 8USD... as if that's any good to me. I continued to ask to swap for the bikini that I ordered and they started sending me completely irrelevant replies about the sizing etc when they know fine well the sizing is not the issue. Completely shocked with the lack of good customer service as someone who has worked in customer service for years. THEY made the mistake and their solution is to compensate me with 8USD? Which is not even nearly enough to order and ship the bikini that I actually ordered. You would think as it is their problem they would be doing their best to give me what I want but instead they couldn't care less.
