I ordered a swim suit for my daughter on May 8. I should have received it May 25th at the latest. On June 5th, I emailed them and got an answer telling me to check with my local post office. If my post office had it, they would deliver it. On June 11, I let them know I still didn't have it, so they told me it was lost in shipping, and refunded me, saying I could reorder it. Today, 6/19, it shows me that the original suit isn't even shipped yet (lost. Riiiiight.) and they've raised shipping fees so it would cost me more money to reorder it. Nope. I'm waiting the 10-20 days (with this company, that likely translates into 45 days) for the refund to my card. I ordered the SAME swim suit on amazon for a penny more. Save yourself the hassle.
All my products arrived in about 3 weeks which I expected. It was a reasonable delivery time based on what the site was saying. I received all my products except one, but they so kindly refunded me for the missing shirt. They have such good customer service and responded so quickly. I wear the shirts all the time.
Although I still would never ever order from this site again they FINALLY refunded me which I am happy about but not until I went back and forth numerous times and finally wrote an angry review. The customer service rep who reached out in reply to my review was very nice and helpful.
I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from this GOD AWFUL site. I spent 50 dollars on my order and after almost three weeks of receiving nothing I sent in a complaint on my account. I was told that because one item s was back ordered, it post poned the whole order. I wish they would of told me that or just shipped the rest of the order. After asking for the refund for the one item, they said they would send the rest of the order immediately and issue me a refund for the one item- which they did. However- almost a month from when I orignally ordered, still NOTHING. I went back and forth with a customer service person multipe times until I finally received my package and one item was missing. I sent another message a week later asking if that item had been shipped separately. They said they "Sent it" and want me to track down Fed Ex. HELL NO! After all of that, I knew they never sent it. Even though that one item was only 13 dollars - they refuse to refund me without any proof. How am I supposed to prove it when I don't have the packaging? This site is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! So pissed for wasting my time. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from Romwe. The ordering process took me a while, because they have a 60% discount for new customers, which I was excited about, along with the already very inexpensive prices on their website. However, because pretty much every item is already on sale for more than 60% off, the new customer discount was not helpful, because it took 60% the original prices, so it would have actually cost more to use that than to go with the already discounted prices. I was very confused while ordering, because I didn't know why the discount was increasing the price, but I eventually figured it out. Besides this, their clothing is very cute, and high fashion (for the most part) and the prices are impressive. I ordered 2 pairs of very cute leggings for around $16. It took around a week and a half to come, which was actually better that I had expected, because I know some people's orders take much longer to arrive. The packaging was a little sketchy and there were no tags or branding on the items. The only thing they said was "made in China". Because of this and the low prices, I was skeptical when trying on the clothes. They actually fit much better than I had thought they would. I ordered a small and an x-small, and I am 5'6" and around 100lbs. One pair was a bit short, but not too bad, and the other fit perfectly. They look like athletic leggings (running tights) but the material is VERY stretchy and thin, and the quality was a little disappointing. However, I would say my overall experience was pretty good. The sizes do run a little small, which worked out well for me, but it is something to keep in mind.
The size guiding is terrible, most of the clothes didn't fit. Some items had nothing to do with the pictures: completely different fabric and color. Plus, they make it really hard to return some types of clothing. I can't return swimsuits but it's really unfair since they have nothing to do with what I actually order. It's a total scam! I had a terrible experience and I will never order from them again. What a waste of money!

(Please put the clothes without any folding and measure on it.) If the problem is confirmed, we would like to compensate for you with your picture evidence.
According to our return policy, we do not accept the return of swimwear, but if the items came not the same as the picture, please also send us some photos, we will certainly help you to solve the problem.

I ordered $100 worth of clothing and I guess that was my first mistake. I ordered on May 25th and did not receive my package until June 14th. I am a patient customer so that only mediocrely irritated me but when my package came without all of it's contents, that was the last straw. There is contact e-mail or phone number and they are extremely hard to get in touch with. I am disappointed.

When I first heard about this website, I was over the moon excited to order. I ordered 4 items. Two rompers, two shirts. I ordered everything a size too big because I read that the clothes run extremely small (I ordered a medium instead of my usual small). After taking over a month to ship from China, my clothes finally arrived. I tried everything on, and it was the worst quality clothing that I have ever touched. Everything was extremely see through, to the point where i would never wear them out in public. Then, I tried the clothing on. Even worse. The two rompers would barely fit on my body. The straps dug into my skin to the point of pain. They also ran up and showed my entire bottom half. One of the shirts was a wrap shirt, but did not wrap whatsoever. It created a deep, wide "V" shape that ended at the line of my shorts. It showed my entire chest and stomach, and there was no place to button it and cover my chest and stomach area. I went to look at the return policies, and entered a ticket that was supposed to take 24 hrs for them to respond to. It has now been 16 days, and I am still awaiting my reply. I contacted the 24/7 chat room, and the workers in that chat had the grammar and spelling of 9 year olds. I would ask a question, and my response was "good day" several times. Stay away from this website unless you want to be extremely disappointed.

I am a returning customer for the online site Romwe.com. I love their clothes and accessories and the prices they offer for them! Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected, so always plan for about two or three weeks of time before your items are received. One time I did receive the wrong item and I contacted customer service right away. I sent them a picture of the item I had received and told them what the issue was. They responded that very day and told me I could keep the wrong item I received and refunded me as well. I really do love ordering from Romwe and will continue to do so many more times!
VERY dissapointed, clothes are incrediably small, even tho we worked withall the measurements stated, arms on tops are too short, quality of material is sad, and disgraceful. SOrry but they will not have us shopping from them again, what a waste of $160 :( lucky we have little people to hand them down to, as I cant afford to send them back

I ordered $146 worth of Romwe's clothes about a month ago, and got them within two weeks of my order. Almost each item I bought was $5-7; now, that's inexpensive. I figured I might as well try it out. If the items turned out to be $#*!, I could just donate them to charity. If not, cool.
I was pleasantly surprised when a box of about 20 individually wrapped tees arrived on my doorstep sooner than expected. The quality was GREAT for the price, NOT cheap, but still not the VERY best. Do yourself a favor and try buying yourself a shirt from here. You won't regret it. And if you do, well, it'll be a loss of 5 bucks. Grow a pair.
I ordered clothes on May 24 and on June 5 I got an email saying something about how the warehouse is being updated and that it would be delayed for 3-5 days. Then on June 11 I got another email saying my order was still delayed and that it would be sent out in the next 5-7 days. This is taking forever, and I want to know if my clothes are ever coming or if I should just cancel my order? I've heard good things about romwe but this is very frustrating.

Purchased a large bathing suit, and it would fit my 5th grade neighbor. The sizing is ridiculously misleading, and one of the worst sizing differences I have seen throughout the "online shopping world"- not to mention... you can't exchange or return bathing suits... that I haven't even worn... highly highly disappointed

So I ordered some clothes on Romwe on may 20. The shipment information has received at Romwe on may 27. I did follow the whole process to my country. The last place I could see on the tracking site, was at the airport were my package was completed at the custom clearence. But then it says this: manco - Pre-alerted; not delivered. Romwe did say that my package would be delivered in 7-10 days. It is 19 days after I ordered my clothes. Right now I still hope that my clothes are coming. So Romwe, I don't know what's getting wrong but please fix this.

Just received my order from Romwe. Must say I am HUGELY disappointed. Not only are the sizing completely different than the size charts they have listed, but the quality is absolutely terrible. From china, with poor fabric quality and terrible stitching. I paid over $180 US and then also paid an additional $35 on duty when it was sent and landed in Canada.
Overall, I would love a refund on half my items but the thought of trying to get one is too much of a hassle knowing the warehouse is in China.
