I ordered three pairs of leggings, a top, and a jumpsuit. The leggings look great on and I wear each of them every week. The top fit a little weird which I expected due to the low cut nature of it, but I never received the red backless jumpsuit that I ordered. I contacted them about it and they told me to check in with my local post office. I have since made a case and still nothing has come in.
After I read the bad reviews I was hesitated about My order and could only hope it would be good or come at all. It took about 3 weeks and when it finally came I was SO happy! I ordered 7 clothing pieces and everything fit me perfectly besides one pair of pants. The quality is way better than I expected! So overall Im super satisfied, and the delivery time although a bit much, was totally worth it! Definetely going to order again.
I discovered ROMWE a little more than two years ago and have made quite a few purchases from them since. They have a lot of cute, unique items that come pretty cheap, from clothes to bags to jewelry. Of course with such prices, occasionally a shirt or a dress is a little lower quality than I expected, but from an average of multiple dozen items I've received, I can tell you it's generally great and worth a try!
Should I order a size up. I wear a medium but I work out every day so I do grow muscle. Would I be better with a large, will large still give me flattering compression though
Quality: Every article of clothing that arrived had a strong toxic chemical smell, but it wore off after a wash in the laundry. The quality and material of most the tees I ordered wasn't the best, and you could tell it was cheaply made, but it was decent for the extremely affordable price. Most of the sweatshirts/sweaters I ordered, however, were unexpectedly thick and were pretty good quality, and the jeans/jean shorts had nice quality as well.
Resemblance to picture: Everything resembled or looked exactly the picture, but some of the items had an unflattering fit, which is expected for the cheap price. However, all the sizes of the items corresponded to the sizing charts and fitted.
Shipping: The shipping was fast and came on time, but the processing took slightly longer than expected. I ordered with express shipping (which was free because my order exceeded a specific price). It took 10 business days to process (even though the website says its usually 7 maximum) and a week to deliver.
Costumer Service: Good customer service. Both times I contacted costumer service using the online chat, they responded pretty quickly. The employees handling my situation were polite as well as helpful.
First of all, shipping takes FOREVER. I ordered 1 swim suit on May 22,2017 & I just received it as of June 24th, 2017. Second of all, I ordered my swimsuit in an extra large (because I heard their sizing is off- so I wanted to make sure it was big enough). I just tried it on, the top doesn't cover my boobs & I couldn't even get the bottoms over my thighs. The actual size of it looks like a small or even an extra small but the tag on it says extra large. The pattern of the swimsuit itself, looks like the picture on the website. But i cannot, legit, even fit into it. Super disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Correction on the 4 star rating... they don't even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer Service... they don't even bother to answer emails... no phone number to call... learned my lesson the hard way! A month later, I still haven't received my package! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED! Sent multiple complaint emails and got nothing! NEVER ORDER FROM ROMWE!

I have ordered several items from Romwe and have been pleased with my purchases. The prices are affordable compared to other sites and the quality of the stuff are ok (some better than others). I ordered a maxi dress last time along with other items to wear during the summer. The maxi dress was my absolute favourite (see pic). I bought a small and had to get the length adjusted because it was too long but everything else was perfect. I purchased a blk choker and a pack of earrings and those came just as pictured.
I've bought multiple times from this site and though it's not the best quality, the shopping experience is actually pretty good. Customer service is communicative and quite accommodating (I resolved an exchange quickly and efficiently) and they are always friendly. I am usually in the market for cheap clothing and this is pretty reliable. However, some things are a bit overpriced for the result and though the sizing descriptions are helpful, they run small most of the time. I have to learn how to buy items based on past experiences with the sizing but overall I am pleased with my experience.
You will waste your time and money trying to buy their products. I measured myself multiple times and followed some of the models sizes and everything was still too small. I would never spend another dime on this website ever again.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a lot of stuff given the 60% off first order advertisement. I mostly ordered swimsuits and NONE of them fit properly. I ordered a size small in all of them and every one of the pieces are sized completely different. I've reached out to ROMWE three times now to see what it would take to get these items returned and get refunded, but haven't heard back from ANYONE. In my opinion I would say steer clear of this website and just PAY the money to get the cute and dependable stuff at a well known department store where you are certain you are getting the quality. I wish I would have read reviews BEFORE ordering.

My daughter ordered 5 bathing suits. Two fit, but three did not, even though they were ALL THE SAME SIZE! We looked to see how we could exchange or return and they don't accept returns of swimwear or do exchanges! When I e-mailed customer service they told me I should give them as gifts to smaller people. My daughter is 13 and isn't that large! When you don't have proper sizing and then won't refund, in America, we call it fraud. I plan to contact my state's Attorney General consumer fraud division and see if we can shut this website down before they steal more money from other people!
Update: After posting this, they did refund 1/2 the cost of the 3 swim suits that did not fit. I still think it's wrong to include S, M & L classifications when every item has it's own individual measurements. It's the strangest thing I've ever seen and I've been shopping for about 40 years!

I ordered a crossbody bag and some jewelry (hoop earrings to be exact). They weren't the best quality but I paid 12 dollars or something like that so I didn't expect much from it. Shipping took three weeks for me, I guess it just depends on what you order, the availability of the products and where you live. Personally I wouldn't order from them again.

I ordered a bikini in a size xxl (which I had to search and search and search for.) When I finally received my order almost a month later, the bottoms were an okay fit. The extra strap bit that wrapped around the waist could have even thicker to keep from rolling up but it was fine. The top on the other hand was ridiculous. I don't know what size boobs Rome thinks xxl size people have but it's definitely not that. I've seen strippers cover more nipple and there's no way to avoid one third of my boob hanging out the under side. It's ridiculous lol

Horrible and Huge Disappointment...
1. I returned item cause their sizing chart was off.
2. shipping not only took way too long but expensive so when I got my refund for item didn't matter cause I still ended up losing money cause they don't pay for shipping to and back.
3. they say item takes 7 business days to process LIE it takes longer, I'm still waiting for item to process

The first time I ordered from this site for $51 and the order came in a month. The second order for $56 came in two weeks! This is a miracle! The quality is excellent, however, not all products correspond to the dimensional grid indicated on the site. In general, this is the best site from which I usually order things!
Obviously, you get what you pay for. You don't find prices like this without compensation. The item's don't always look the way they appear in the pictures. But I'd say more often than not you get pretty decent items for the price. The customer service is some of the best I've experienced, they truly will do what it takes you keep you satisfied.
I am happy with 1 of the four items I tried. The sports bra was baggy and unpadded which is not evident on the site, the t-shirts had designs on them that were PIXELATED. Literally. You could see the pixels around the images from them blowing up a low quality image. Not impressed.

I've made several orders from Romwe. Their selection is very affordable and their items are unique, which is why I am a continuous customer. All their items have comprehensive size charts, which has prevented me from buying something that doesn't fit. Customer service has also been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to resolve any issues I've had. The process is also simple. I once ordered a shirt that ripped soon after. All I had to do was take a picture and submit it using their ticket system. They always get back to you the next day. My most recent order was lost in the mail and they quickly refunded my money. Shipping time may vary. I've gotten my items in one to three weeks, but this is expected as this is an international company.
I ordered 14 items from this website at one time. It was inexpensive, and it qualified for free express shipping because I spent over $99 dollars ($104 was my total). It arrived two days later than I hoped with express shipping, but I got everything I ordered. I didn't like one of the pieces, so I contacted customer service and they directed my on how to ship it back. I got the refund, and they responded to each of my emails within hours. I do, however, love everything else I got and love the compliments I get!
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because a couple of the clothes I ordered seemed to be a 'cheaper'' fabric than what it seemed in the picture, for lack of a better term. Also because my friend ordered four days before me, got regular shipping, but still arrived almost a week after mine did. I would hate to have to wait that long.
Be sure that when you order, you go on the tracking delivery website, because it is automatically set to only leave the package if someone signs for it. You have to change that setting if you know you won't be home and they will just leave it at your front door.
