I am a returning customer for the online site Romwe.com. I love their clothes and accessories and the prices they offer for them! Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected, so always plan for about two or three weeks of time before your items are received. One time I did receive the wrong item and I contacted customer service right away. I sent them a picture of the item I had received and told them what the issue was. They responded that very day and told me I could keep the wrong item I received and refunded me as well. I really do love ordering from Romwe and will continue to do so many more times!
Like any online purchase, be sure to read return polices BEFORE considering making a purchase. If I listened to my own advice, I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review. ROMWE's return policy will make you want to squirm out of your seat and regret wasting the time spent browsing their site.
Cheap prices for cheap clothes. They make you believe you are getting a good deal by displaying their items one 'SALE' from $25 to $7, but after waiting an eternity to receive them you anxiously open your package only to find out the item you think you got such a good deal on looks like its actually worth half the price you paid, if that. I purchased couple shirts for like $10 each on sale form $25 and the overall quality was like $2. I even felt bad giving them away. I would have much rather given that money to a homeless person.
And to you ROMWE, how could you sleep at night?

Honestly, Romwe has quickly become one of my favorite catalogs. It has a wonderful catalog selection with different things to suit everyone's fashion needs and desires.
I'd have to note the best experience about ordering with Romwe is the ordering process and shipping. The products are obviously outstanding quality however ordering was an absolute breeze. Definitely user friendly! The shipping was also within the estimated delivery and came in the mail well packaged.
I ordered three t-shirt dresses, one long sleeve, one sleeveless, one that was a t-shirt. They all fit great and are true to size expect the sleeveless one, it is like a swim suit cover up (extremely short) I also ordered sunglasses and they are durable, not flimsy. I ordered on a Thursday and it was there by the following Saturday, so just a week and two days. I will definitely order from here again!
I ordered a bunch of clothes on the Aug. 20... it is now Sept. 8 and I still haven't received them. I logged into the website last week and my items were still processing! Then when I wrote up a ticket, they said they would try to hurry it up but also casually mentioned that one of my items wold not be in the shipment because it wasn't available, even though I had already paid for it. Don't do it.

I agree with what others have posted about poor quality and how the clothes are represented in the photos versus real life.
I ordered 4 items, only 2 of the 4 have arrived. I paid for the 3-5 day shipping, what the fine print does NOT tell you is that does NOT include "processing" time! Are you kidding me?! So then add another 7 days, it's a complete scam. So 2 of my items still have not shipped and now it's even gone over their commited "processing" time.
So of the 2 items which did arrive I don't like either, so I enquired about a refund. I am now told you have to pay for your own return mail.

My first experience with ordering online with your website was a little confusing, because I am located in the United States. I needed to get the correct sizes for my body and I chose to speak with a representative online name Stephanie through the chat line. Stephanie was very helpful and patient with me. I've never been big on the whole online sites especially some that seem a little sketchy such a Romwe but I was pleasantly suprised. I ordered about $100 worth of items and the package came in about 3 weeks, as the site advertised. The clothes were all the sizes I requested and looked just about as advertised on the site. It is a cheap site and you get the quality you pay for, the clothes are thin and the designs are poorly placed. Examples such as the breast pockets are a little high, low or too much to one side, arm bands and not quite at the elbow and the shirts are shorter, they end right about where your jeans start where most shirts we buy at home have about an inch of length after where jeans starts. In short the clothes are not amazing quality but they are worth what you pay for them and the company delivers what you ask!
I ordered a variety of products, totaling around $60. Some of the stuff is nice, I was mostly happy with the shirts and pants I received. The pillowcases I got had faded graphics (not nearly as bold as in the picture). The earrings look a lot tackier than expected. Worst of all, the "bracelet" I ordered is way too big and fits around my neck like a collar? It also appears damaged. I feel like an idiot for wasting so much money on Romwe.

I was so excited to get my items for back to school (I ordered 3 shorts, 1 denim skirt, and 4 shirts) I measured myself and checked the sizing 4 times, so i thought I'd get a perfect fit. When it came i tried on the shorts and I was sad to see myself in the mirror. I felt like a 10 pound bag of crap in a 2 pound bag. It was 2 or 3 sizes too small. The worst part was before i even put one on, the zipper broke. It sucked since they were so cute! The denim skit is a size too big, but i can work with that. Half of the shirts were very fragile and need major adjustments. The other two were alright. But all the clothes had a very chemical smell to them, so I hope it comes out in the wash.

I love all the styles on Romwe! Their printed tops and sweaters are the best because you can't get them anywhere else. Few days back I made an order to purchase a fabulous dress for my adorable wife on the occasion of our Marriage Anniversary, actually one of my friends recommended me to place the order through this site, when I placed the order they processed the order for shipment within a very short time with highest priority, I also received the product within the expected time and their products are really best in quality. Their customer service was also implausible.
Unfortunately, this website is the worst. I really regret dealing with them. I made an order 15 days ago. I asked them why my order took a long time to ship and they told they are waiting for the shoes to prepared. Today the made a refund for the shoes and they told me its out of stock. Most of the items were sent out by express shipping at once after being well prepared. Unfortunately the last item in the order was a bit delayed as the factory needed a special batch production. Thus we shipped this item later in a seperate package.
The reason we sent the second parcel by standard shipping is that it tends to avoid customs duties for this single item, which should be more convenient to you. Anyway, we still should have asked for your advice about that before we processed.

So searching on Pinterest I thought wow such cute clothes on Romwe for a cheaper price than Forever 21 or another small boutique. Wow I was horrified when I received my three pieces of crap, a jumper that was made out of spandex a boho top that was itchy and tight and a button down that was see through and cardboard like. The photos they use on the web are of other people's clothes such as a famous Blogger. I chatted with them prior to placing my order to verify where they were shipping from and the person I asked stated their NJ warehouse wrong they shipped from China and after ending the chat they asked me to give them a good rating I rated them how I liked. It was my fault for falling for this scheme. Just don't purchase from them save your money and spend a little more on better fabrics and quality! Lesson learned
