I'm Australian size 12 or US Large (B: 96cm/ W: 80cm/ H: 108cm). I am 171cm tall. I've read all the negative Romwe review online but I was tempted by how cute the clothes were so I ordered 3x jackets for Aud$133. All my orders were for the largest sizes available which was XXXL (B: 112cm)! I was thinking that there's no way they would f***k it up, right? WRONG! Delivery was very fast and I was so excited to try the clothes on. Anyway, suffice to say it was either I couldn't button across my chest, or after buttoning I was unable to lift my arms up, or worse I couldn't fit my head through the hoodie! Sleeves were short on all of them. If you're a lady larger than my size look elsewhere for clothes. One of the jackets had horrible stitching and the words were barely English! The pictures on the website are totally AIRBRUSHED and you can probably buy them on the street market of China for 1/5 of the price. Please save yourself the headache and just save up a bit more and get your clothes from H&M. You have been warned! I have requested for a refund.

I was trying to place an order earlier today but my card was apparently getting declined. The status of my order is waiting for payment. But to my surprise, I checked my bank account and you actually charged me three times! Please reverse these charges immediately! I already opened a ticket. I'll be waiting for a response within 24 hrs as promised.

UPDATE:
I opened a ticket linked to the order number explaining the situation in detail but their customer service rep keeps on insisting that they cannot find my order number? How can it be when you can clearly see my order number in the ticket? Also they keep insisting that they cannot find any record of payment coming from me. Because I'm getting desperate, I started chatting with a representative via their live chat. At first she cannot understand the situation and kept telling me to just use a different card. I told her I don't want to purchase anymore, I just want my money back! My original order was worth $51.33. My card got declined for some reason so I just stopped ordering. When I checked my bank account later that night, I was mortified to see that they charged me three times, all were made at exactly 15:58. My bank said the charges were made within seconds apart! How were they able to do that when I only tried to place an order once?! So the girl I was chatting with somewhat got the situation after sending her screenshots of my online banking and the order itself. I just gave her my whole card number, date and time of the charges so that it would be easier to look up. I worked for the Fraud and Payments Department of a major Fashion Website in Manila so I have an idea of how it works. She said she will have her colleague check it and they will e-mail me within the day. Based on what I have already experienced, I'm losing hope that I can resolve this without involving the bank so I am now disputing these 3 charges with visa all amounting to $153.99. What a nightmare! I do not recommend this website, they will just cause a whole lot of inconvenience to you.

Wow, I failed to pay but I have clear evidence that you charged me not once but three times? And you have the audacity to accuse me of lying? And yes, I DON'T TRUST your company. I have been patient and understanding that there is a language barrier and your English is limited that is why you may come off as rude, but this is just gross! There is no point arguing with your incompetent customer service rep. To anybody who might be lured to this website because of the cheap prices, you won't even get what you paid for, you get nothing but inconvenience.

So a month ago, I ordered clothes from Romwe worth $214.56.

I waited a few weeks, no rush on my part, to receive the package from them. When I got the first shipment in the mail, I was even ecstatic to open it and try the items on. I was devastated to see that the items I ordered were defective. There were black and brown stains on the dresses and loose stitches were all over the place. The quality of the items in terms of material and tailoring were inexplicably poor as well - not at all as pictured on their website. Upon receiving the first shipment, I immediately opened a ticket to cancel the shipment of the rest of my order (2 shipments still in queue at that time), but they responded to me saying they shipped out the rest of the items already. Hmm... well, okay. Their Customer Service assured me that I can just return the items if they don't meet my expectations after I receive them.

Here comes the rest of the items - the same issues: defective, poor quality material & tailoring, not as pictured. Etc. Now, I opened a new ticket to start the return process which was two weeks ago. It took about 2 weeks of exchanging messages back and forth with their Customer Service before I finally shipped back the items yesterday. They asked me to send pictures of the defective items and so I did. They offered to give me $10 as compensation and keep my order. Of course not, I paid $214.56 and I want my money back. I do not want the items and I cannot even wear them so what am I going to do with all those clothes. And seriously, $10 compensation for $214.56 worth of clothes? You have got to be kidding me.

After much deliberation, they told me they were going to refund me for the items I will be returning and they will put it to my ROMWE wallet. WHAT? First of all, please check with your customer first how they would like to be refunded whether thru this "wallet" or back to their original method of payment like their PAYPAL or credit card account. I actually got very mad at this point because it felt like they were dragging the entire process or return sooo long as if they don't want to accept returns. And when they finally agreed, they prefer to place the refund to their store wallet. They were presumptuous that the customer will just agree to that. So, I responded mad that I do not want my money in their so-called wallet but back to my PAYPAL Account. After that, I have not heard back from them. I have sent 6 messages already and nothing... no response...

So, I returned the clothes yesterday, Monday 4/24 and it is expected to get to their NJ warehouse on Thursday, 4/27. My other dilemma is I have not received a response since Sunday 4/23. I have sent 6 messages already and they have not given me any response yet. Their return process is ambiguous so please consumers, beware buying from their website!

I was hesitant to order from this site since i know asian sizes run super small. I had a baby 8 months ago and my body has not jumped back to its original size still. I would tell you, if you are not skinny and would consider yourself to be average built or with a little extra weight, then don't get things that are tight looking... READ the description they let you know if material is stretchy or not, also FOLLOW the size chart, I was worried and decided to order up in size and my dress was a bit big because of my own mistake on not following the size chart.

**everything came in a timely fashion. All the clothes were the same as in pictures. Obviously the material is cheaper (you are only paying about $10-20 per piece) so dont expect it to be high quality, but i got many compliments on my blue off the shoulder dress. Its very nice stuff i got for a good price.

I ordered the following items SKU: blouse*******, dress*******, tee*******, skirt*******, RBLO*******, RBLO*******, RTSH*******, RTSH*******

There was NO odor to the clothes... I haven't washed them yet to see how they hold up in the washing machine, but im sure they will be fine.

Still waiting

I placed an order 04-11.3 bathing suits. I was aware that it was going to take 3-7 days for shipping. After a few days i went on the website to look for the status to show that it was still processing. I spoke to an online rep who said they would make the order a priorty shippment and it would be shipped out within a few days. I than got an email from costumer service saying that the items will be shipped in 4 days. A few days goes buy and still processing. I spoke to another rep who explained it was because 1 of the bathing suits is in high demand so its taking the warehouse longer than normal. So i said okay and than explained about the email that was sent to me and nothing. The next days i went on again to speak to an agent and they said that all the bathing suits have been processed and we are waiting on the warehouse to ship it. A few more days went buy and what do you know processing. I spoke to another agent and they explained That the their warehouse was moving so all shipments have been stopped and she is unaware of when the shipment would be shipped. So i wrote a ticket explaining everything and they said that they would ship it the items that were already processed and for the inconvenience there will be a $5 refund. I said i would rather my order be over nighted than have $5 dollars given back to me. I than got another email saying they will ship out the package with no further delay and than send the other bathing suit when it is ready at no extra charge. So i said okay but than received an automatic email that since the warehouse is having a software update they have stopped all shipment. So i went online today for another chat a what do you know... My shipment will be part of the delay after customer service specifically said that my package will not be part of it. Im sick of all the excuses and lies. I need these bathing suits for my bachelorette cruise. I dont want my money back just yet. They said it will be shipped with in 48 hours? If i want my money back it will take 7-15 working business days for the bank to actually process it. Im hopeing i can get an actually answer. Plus they have no contact number to speak to a manager and the manager was off since it was 2 am.

Out my point of view, prices are not product related.
(not sure if i am allowed to do what i am going to do, but-)
I compared two pair of similar shorts:

Obviously, they're VERY similar but not the same(in this case)
ASPECT: I'd rather buy the wholesale ones because they seem alittle bit better printed(assuming you'll get what you see)
PRICES: Romwe's ones are 30$ while W020 has them for 7$(let's say shipping makes it double the price, like 14$/15$)
-even like that, it's half the price.
**Had to mention, the Romwe ones are probably Romwe "brand" but I can guarantee they're no better than "no-name".

**Out my experience with W020, I bought two pairs of shoes, creepers. One pair was bad quality, but exact thing as the picture & the other was impresive good, as the photograph aswell.
NOTE: Romwe seems more like a trend&fashion store nowadays, which i believe is. But in between the good stuff they also have some low quality things.
Depends on what you pick maybe?
Per ansamble, Romwe is good! I sympathize it pretty much, though why not get something at same quality cheaper?
(yeah i know the risks on wholesales but i say risk! With small orders)

Edited to add: Romwe did contact me to try to fix the issue, but I've decided to just keep the tops and donate the pants to charity. The reason I've decided not to just let them fix this issue is because of the response I received from them, which looks like the response they've posted here, except they also include, "Maybe it is a little offensive, but would you please do the favor for us to remove or revise the comment as well as star ratings into positive one on sitejabber.com? That is really important for our company's development." Romwe: You are correct, this is offensive and unacceptable. If you want to improve your company's development, market the clothes you sell in sizes that your customers are accustomed to. What you are selling would be considered petite size in the US.

I would guess that all the positive comments here are shills or people who they've asked to edit their reviews. Because of this, I have downgraded the review to one star.

These clothes do NOT come as pictured and the sizing is not true to the measurements they list on their own site. It appears they take these designs from other sites and make the clothes to the closest replication that they can get, because they are not what is pictured. They are often not very on the mark. All of the tops I ordered I can technically wear, but they don't fit the same as the pictures. I even ordered larger than I should have and stuff still fits snugly. I'm a size 6 and a small or medium top in the US. These clothes don't fit me. One of the long sleeve tops looks like the sleeves are 3/4 length and it is supposed to be very long. It was supposed to be tunic length and it covers only my waist. And then there are the pants! Don't even bother with the pants. I measured myself carefully since it was in centimetres and I wanted to be sure it was correct and then ordered based on that. I could have ordered the largest size, XL and I think they still would have been too small. I didn't expect that these clothes would be top quality, based on the prices, but I did expect them to match up to their own sizing charts. Even at this price they are unacceptable. I gave two stars since I will probably wear the stuff that fits okay, but I will not order again and do not recommend to anyone. I have submitted a ticket through their customer service, we'll see what happens.
