Before I buy anything online I always read the reviews – especially the negative ones. For example, I want to know if issues raised by customers are anything I should be concerned about. After reading some of the reviews I became concerned but decided to place an order all the same. This was on the basis that even if, historically, service has been poor the supplier may now be offering a better service. After all, today’s genius was yesterday’s novice. As it turned out, the delivery arrived within the time I expected and the item I ordered fitted perfectly. There were no communication issues either. I may have just been one of the lucky ones but I’m also aware that happy customers rarely give feedback whereas unhappy ones are quite happy to rant without encouragement. So, if you decide to place an order, I suggest you keep that in mind.

I absolutely love my off-shoulder backless crop t-shirt I got from Romwe! It's my go-to top for going out for a night with the girls. It's super cute, and it's actually flattering on me (unlike a lot of crop tops!). The shipping was awesome (quick, affordable, no hassle) and you can't beat the prices. A friend introduced me to Romwe and I'm so glad she did, because shopping for cute clothes on a budget can be such a pain, but this made it so much easier. I made a purchase, thinking that I could use the clothes I bought for an interview I had coming up. Unfortunately its been over two weeks and the status hasn't even changed from pending. I've "urged the shipment" dozens of times, sent a couple messages, and I haven't even gotten a response. The only thing that these people do quickly is charge your card. They definitely took my money- but I can't figure out why I was dumb enough to let them. Total crap business.Won't be letting anyone I know order from them.

I am not usually a huge fan of online shopping -- one too many ill fitting skirts in colors that didn’t match the website -- But I am a huge fan of Romwe. Not only are their descriptions and pictures completely accurate to life, but their customer service is great. Like I said, I’m a skeptic when it comes to online shopping, but they had the exact dress I needed. Their FAQ section was really helpful, but I wanted a little more information, so I got on their live chat and got to talk to an actual person about their process and they were great! I ended up getting my order well before the delivery time and the garment (the sleeveless hollow patterned black pleated dress) fit absolutely beautifully. They have good deals on good quality clothing, made my experience with them wonderful and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Many shops claim trendy, affordable, and high quality goods. Romwe is not one of them. At Romwe I fell for the Grey Striped Crop Sweater. They had several big pictures that let me see it up close. Check out was easy with the big add to bag buttons that let me choose my color and size on the same page. After setting up an account I was on my way with a few clicks. I got a 60% coupon for signing up and free shipping after adding a few things. Within days I received an email with a tracking number. The sweater fit and looked just as I imagined. I don't feel pressured shopping at Romwe because they don't tell me how to wear my items, they just provide big bright photos for me to visualize my outfit for myself. They do however, have a few full body shots for inspiration. Overall, I recommend the shop.

I was looking for some cool t-shirt. All the way online I searched and found some cool design here in ROMWE. The price is affordale and they have some discount as well. So I chose some and ordered. I was a bit tesed about delivery process and timing. But my shirts arrived in time in ma hand. They were really so awesome, making me excited...
I wore them one by one and stode before my mirror. I love some them except one. It was a bit odd.
But overall I am satisfied.

This place has very cute clothes but I ordered my clothes more than 20 days ago and they still have not arrived or even shipped. I am not sure if it is a scam or what but I need my clothes asap for a trip to Atlanta for a convention. I think it is a very shaddy site. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

I purchased the Lock Embellished Black Tote for my wife a little bit ago and was hoping she would like it. It was quick to ship and the transaction was very smooth which was great to see. When the tote arrived it was packaged nicely and in great condition as I would expect. I feel as if I got a very good deal on a quality purse that my wife is VERY happy with.
A big thing that I base my experience off of is the convenience of the website and cleanliness. This site certainly meets my expectations. The modern look to the site shows that the company took the time and effort to launch this site, not just throw up some basic boring site like all the others. I do not see a reason I would return this tote so I have not dealt with the return side of things with Romwe, but I imagine they are organized and professional.
