I ordered a sweatshirt in november to wear in winter and yet it took about a 6-7 weeks to finally receive it. On the website it said that the jumper was one size (and I'm not big, I'm 5''2 and only an 8-10 in UK) but the jumper was tiny. All this was ok i guess, I could always return it. I looked on their website for the return policy and it gave me a list of instructions. It was only then that i realised i hadn't been given a return form in with package. I'm 15 and the jumper was around £20 of my own money and i can't even return it? What.
STAY AWAY FROM ROMWE. I ordered a bag a MONTH ago and it shipped around two and a half weeks later. The tracking information has said PRE-SHIPMENT for a week. It has not even shipped from China yet. I'm not even sure if I'm going to be getting this bag. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

Romwe is very unprofessional and inefficient. I've never dealt with anything like this before and I will NEVER order from them again. I will also make sure no one I know ever orders from this site because it causes unnecessary loss of money and time.
I would give it zero stars if it were possible as their lack of service was extremely disappointing to the point of bringing anger.

Do not order from ROMWE, they are scam artists who do not care about their customers. I recently purchased a jacket in size SMALL and they sent me an EXTRA LARGE. I emailed customer care for weeks about this and got absolutely nothing from doing that. They argued me for days trying to come up with excuses as to why they sent me the wrong size but none of it made any sense (the associates cannot speak english properly which made it even more difficult). I am petite, which is why i ordered a small, i was literally swimming in this jacket. They offered me a refund only if I paid the shipping costs to send it back to china, or a 15% refund of my money and to keep the item which literally means they would give me under 5 dollars back and a $#*!ty coat that would be no use to me. OR a 25% coupon code LOL to spend more money on their god aweful site. Its funny because on the website it says they will pay for shipping costs if they make a mistake on the size of the item (that was a lie). All of their clothes are poor quality which is why everything is so god damn cheap. Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy from this website because if anything happens they will not refund you the money.

ROMWE is horrible! There is not telling when u will get your items and when you ask customer service about it they just tell u wait 3-5 days and it shall be shipping out. I've been waiting for an order for over a month and still no tracking number & no help from customer service. My status has been stuck in "urging shipment" since they took the money out my account. It's amazing how quick they take your money but slack on delivering your product & doesn't give you any help with order. I would advise to DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I would give Romwe 0 stars if I could. I am never shopping from this site again! I didn't receive my clothes until over a month after i ordered them. When I emailed to ask where they were no one replied. After they finally arrived, two of the items (grey thicken and high waisted casual skinny) didn't fit properly so i emailed asking if i could return these two items and get a refund. I had read on the website that this was all possible. However they replied (weeks later) saying I couldn't return them because the fee to send them back would cost higher than my actual purchase so they can give me a 20% refund… Although this is not what I wanted I didn't have any choice so sent them an email saying I would like this 20% refund and they STILL have not replied to me. NEVER USE THIS SITE ITS BAD QUALITY AND A WASTE OF MONEY.

I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before making my purchase. It has been more than a month since I put in my order and yet I have received nothing. Even after sending them countless emails and trying to live chat with them. No response and no package. They moved pretty fast to take the money out of my account but they are not moving fast at all to give me my property. This is so frustrating and there seems to be nothing I can do to get my shipment or a refund. My advice, the cheap prices are not worth the hassel you have to go through to actually get what you purchased.

Something has gone very wrong with this company since January as all reviews since then are rubbish... including this one. My daughter ordered a dress a month ago and it has still not arrived! She is upset that her precious cash has been taken by an unprofessional company. On her behalf I have tried emailing, live chatting and complaining using their complaint form but still no response or refund. Would give them zero stars if I could. Has been 20 days since I placed my order and it has still yet to ship. After 6+ emails to them and no response, I took to their facebook wall. Started commenting on posts regarding my experience, and finally got a response - that my order has yet to ship because one item was 'out-of-stock'. And unlike normal companies, apparently they can't just wait on that item and ship the rest of the order. After posting on facebook, let's just say a lot of other people with issues have come out of the woodwork. They then deleted the post with all of our comments - how convenient!
This place is a scam - the only reason they have 4 stars here is because someone is writing fake reviews. SiteJabber should look into that.

Ordered two items expecting them to be here between 5-15 days. After 15 days still no sign of my order. Went onto the site to track my order to find that it hasn't even been shipped yet. Emailed them asking when I would get my order, got a reply the next morning saying it has been shipped and they will get in touch with the logistics to speed up the delivery. Went onto site to track order again and it still says it hasn't been shipped. Liars. They responded to my email quickly which is the only good thing I can really say. Disappointed and angry

I had a HORRIBLE experience shopping there! I made an order on the 4th of September and never got my order! I had to send COUNTLESS emails to them and their answer was ALWAYS ''please wait more days international delivery will take a little longer''. 2 months had passed and I was sending them email after email asking them for a refund. Still the same answer ''please wait more days international delivery will take a little longer''. It was so frustrating! I live chated with them and when I asked for a refund they ended the conversation and I could not get in touch with them, they would not accept to live chat with me for hours. Once I got to live chat with them again (with a different person) they promised to refund me on a spesific day if it had not arrived by then. I saved the screen shot of the conversation and when the day arrived I send it to them with yet another refund request. They asked me to wait 3 more weeks! After the 3 weeks they asked me to wait two more! They just don't have any costumer service at all! They stall and lie and they make you extremely angry! I got to a point of sending them emails everyday telling them: "GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!''. They didn't even answer to all of them. I was lucky enough to FINALLY get the refund (3 months after I made the order) but I had to scream and demand it from them non stop for a month! STAY AWAY THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!

It really is a gamble shopping from this site. If you order 3 items, there is a high chance at least one of the items will suddenly become "out of stock." When this happens, just know that you will not be getting a refund back EVER. That's how they get away with charging so little. So if you actually get your items in a timely matter, count yourself as one of the lucky ones.
I had the worst experience shopping from this place. 10 emails later and at least a dozen phone calls to the customer service, each time promising me my item only to be followed up with another lie. First they tell you "your item just became out if stock", then "your item was shipped, your item got returned due to wrong address, your item got transferred to the wrong facilities..." It's really ridiculous. Be prepared for some headaches if you shop from this site.

I don't know how the rating is so high, some of these reviews must be fake.
I was worried about ordering but decided that I'd try it since the prices were so good.
I ordered two months ago and my clothes still have not arrived.
I have ordered from other sellers in China and shipping time has been reasonable, but Romwe did not even process/dispatch my parcel for over a month. Ridiculous. I have emailed to complain but there have been no apologies.
From reading the reviews on the quality of the clothes, I'm not sure it'll be worth the wait if/when they do show up. Don't waste your money like I did.
It's also pretty annoying that they are sending daily emails this week to advertise their Halloween costumes. Yeah, maybe if I was planning my Halloween 2020 costume...

Since my last review in September 2014. I've been in contact with Romwe and received a store coupon (slightly less than expected, but whose counting). I used the $100 coupon toward new purchases and 96% of the items seem to be decent. I had to pay a $4.00 shipping chg, although there was $9 left on the coupon that cld have been applied to shipping.
In any event I'm pleased with the way this turned out and delighted to say that Romwe did turn the situation around after putting them on blast. The process to resolution took about 1 year and 8 months. Thanks Romwe!
PS - I do have a few unused items from the (trouble) order that started this matter, which I am willing to giveaway for FREE. I can post pictures of the items if you request.

I ordered a dress and a skirt from here. The skirt wasn't true to size or measurements at all, and they took it down before I could even review it (it was probably that bad, it's UGLY). I'm going to use the dress as a Halloween costume. You get the idea. Shipping wasn't bad though. No one answered my request for a return.

Horrible. The clothes took about a month to get to me and when I got them, they were absolute garbage. I ordered a dress and a pullover from them, the pullover is fine, it fits and is decent quality so I won't complain about that but the dress was appalling, it was made of very very thin material, obviously very cheap quality, and when I was taking it out of the packaging one of the buttons popped off--talk about junk. It didn't even fit either, It was skin tight and the zipper was stuck. Awful, will NEVER order from this cheap company again. Stay away.

-even like that, it's half the price.

**Out my experience with W020, I bought two pairs of shoes, creepers. One pair was bad quality, but exact thing as the picture & the other was impresive good, as the photograph aswell.

Yep, one star. I also felt for the 5 star bull_t. Not only transportation took literally 2 months from China to Central Europe, but this honestly the crappiest quality of clothes I have ever seen. It makes H&M seem haute couture. Not to mention the sizes. Guys, I am 1.72m and 58 kilos. I bought the shirts in M. In Europe these would be XS! They're supper tight on me and my belly is sticking out like I'm wearing a crop top. Try at your own risk, but I've learned that if it seems too good to be true, stay away.

I bought a coat from ROMWE and it took a month to get to me. I wasn't that worried about it however because it was actually for the next season. What makes me mad is they sent me the wrong size! I contacted the customer service and told them this and the size I ordered is sold out. I asked if they could send me a shipping label so I can send it back but they refused and told me they would refund me just %20 of my purchase and that I should give the coat to someone else. Huh? Why should I do that? I paid for a item. They sent the wrong one. Now they won't send me a refund or a shipping label. Why do I need to be out money on THEIR error... not mine! Good grief. Buyer beware. If they send you the wrong item they won't make it right. Won't be buying from them again. Customer service is non existent.
