My teenage daughter placed an order with them back in April. Paid with a prepaid Visa she got for Christmas. She used my email address for contact, we never have received any email of a receipt, an order number or that item has shipped nothing what-so-ever. But they certainly charged the prepaid Visa the day order was placed. We are in August now, these people are impossible to communicate with and have ignored my numerous emails and messages about this order that I literally have zero info about. I have asked for my daughter to have a refund applied to this card immediately and I get no response ever. Criminals and thieves that's what I believe companies like this are.

Disappointed
May 12, 2017

Made an order April 20. I paid the extra money for EXPRESS shipping, in hopes of getting it before I went on vacation. I never got it, and have now been back from my vacation for almost a week, and still no package.

Very disappointed, not even sure why I paid extra for it to be shipped faster.

ROMWE attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I ordered several different items from this site and nothing except a T-shirt and kimono fit. I wear size 12 US/14 UK and got XL and couldn't even get the skirts over my knees and the dresses didn't even get over my shoulders. The sizes are all super small Chinese sizes so be warned. I had to send everything back and pay £18!. The earrings I got were nice, so for accessories it is fine, but unless you wear a size 6 forget it!

Terrible Clothes

None of the clothes have held up to the test of time. They've all frayed or faded, and those that I still have barely have any of the original design or feel remotely close to decent clothes. Most of the clothes in question did not fit or did not match the measurements. I did receive my clothing a year ago, unlike some other people have. They're lucky if they got refunds instead of the cheap, thin clothes. The company offered incentives back when I wrote my original review in order to promote repeat business, so that's the only reason I wrote the first one.

I ordered "Short Sleeve Cartoon Print A-Line Dress" which is super cute and I like it very much. Decided to go a bit more 'girlie' than usual and I'm glad I did. Very good price, website very easy to register and use, item came quickly in excellent packaging etc. Not much more to say expect I will deffo be using them again!

V Neck Faux Fur Coat is a very amazing sweater which is too decent offered at http://www.romwe.com/, generally this adorable is too awesome, is light, the hair is delicate, and looks beautiful. This fleecy coat size is ideal and it is like what is offered in the online store on the internet. Adore it! Uummm, wonderful gazes cute and snug upward needs to snuggle. Moreover, looks really perfect upon me. The climate may be getting a bit less icy don't worry V Neck Faux Fur Coat will take care of it ;) as this is still a charming coat to wear. This is an exceptionally decent coat, say it's produced using sheep's fleece heap so it appears. This Faux Fur Coat is Ideal for almost all cool fall days. My most loved cardigan, delicate and rich. I cherish the shading, and I need one more for myself as quickly as time permits. I truly adore its great look. This coat looks so cushy. It must be exceptionally snug. I adore the shading of the V Neck Faux Fur Coat.

I loved the quality of the clothing, the service was great, and it got here in the time it said it would. The arrival time took a little long and I had to order two to three sizes up for most of my items (I'm a small in US sizing), but they were great nonetheless! Many people forget that this company is in China and some stuff comes from Asia. Asians are normally very small so their sizing will be off from US or UK sizing, same with China, they also run on the small size. So make sure you check the measurements for everything! They even provide it to you in the description of each clothing item!

Take like forever to get a refund. My package was missing during delivery, Romwe said I have to get a complaint number from DHL in order to get the refund. Troublesome, but still I did it and get the number for them. Ever since, they are not replying my message( I use the ticket function) like they are avoiding to pay my refund. Romwe sucks. Never gonna shop here again

Worth the money I spent

I purchased a Gold-tone Riveted Mint Jumper from Romwe.com as a gift for my niece. Everything is fine with the product except it getting a little later to arrive than the expected time. She loves the product and I am happy that the quality of the product is so good.

Delivery was very quick, however the quality is very cheap.
I just want to know if I can return all items back and and get a refund.
I think Romwe needs to compare what has been posted to me to what it advertises.

I ordered two item from this website. As first I was pleased to see that it said that the items were being shipped two days after I purchased it. However, it has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my item. I have gotten into contact via the ticketing system with them 3 times and 2/3 have been telling me it's at my local post office (which it's not because the shipping says it's still at the origin post in China) and another reply said that there's miscommunication with the shipping carrier that they're using and said to check back in a few days (I replied to that ticket 9 days later and there was no reply) I keep demanding that I get a refund but they're beating around the bush. So it looks like I might be out almost $30 and I won't even know what the product actually looks like. Please just give me a refund, at this point I don't even want the items anymore.

The clothes on the website look nice and affordable but when I ordered here they over charged my card 5$ my bank does not charge for international purchases And the people from Romwe never refunded me. The 2nd issue is when I got my items the fabrics were cheap and smelled like chemicals, the accessories were okay. They do not allow you to return swimsuits or under wear. My swimsuits look nothing like the picture and the material is not even water resistant. Please Do Not Use this company.

ROMWE refuses to exchange or refund wrong orders. They are very unprofessional & difficult to deal with. Do NOT order from ROMWE. They are NOT legit. Their garments are cheap copies of those pictured on their web site.

I have answered ROMWE's response with pictures & measurement as they requested. Yet they still refuse to refund my money or make an exchange for the correct garment ordered. ROMWE continues to play games & responds with insincere apologies & promises to make things right. It's been a month of emails back-n-forth & they are still asking for more measurements & making excuses for their inferior quality.

When I first came along this site, I, as many others apparently did, went and looked at reviews before buying. Seeing the mixed reviews of both awful and ecstatic, I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and just go ahead and order a sweater. It came in a week, but was definitely not what the picture looked like or was as advertised. The design looks just like the picture, but the material is a weird sort of polyester material, with no cotton lining at all, or really anything to make it like a sweater other than long sleeves. The picture made it appear as if it was going to be a crewneck sweatshirt, but really it reminds me of my brother's Liverpool jersey, but long sleeve edition. It only cost be about $15 with shipping, so I'm not really all that angry about it, I just want to warn others to proceed with caution, or, better yet, stay on the safe side and don't shop from this website at all.

Romwe shipped completely the wrong articles to me. I provided sufficient evidence (labels from them to me, packing slips w/ descriptions, photos of the incorrect items, etc), and willingness to return the incorrect items. This has gone nowhere. They are obsessed with receiving photos of the order number. Not only does it not appear on any of theirs slips, I have no idea why it matters given they know it already and I've shown all other corroborating documentation. Like others posting reviews below, I'm sure they will respond with some kind of apologetic jibberish. I have no idea why they have someone responding to these sitejabber reviews instead of directing that energy toward correcting all their mis-fires. I am out the money and have a pile of 6 dresses I did not order and do not want.

I absolutely love Romwe.com! They have amazing styles for absolutely amazing prices. I'm a student so I'm always on a budget and on the look out for cute affordable fashion. Romwe is exactly that! Love so much stuff they have. Great thing about them that even with their good prices, they constantly have sales and special making it even more affordable. I like that I can buy many different things and not have to wear same things over and over again. I placed the order with no problem and received my item quickly which I loved! Will be ordering more from them soon because summer is coming and they have super cute stuff!

TOTAL SCAM

I ordered $75 worth of clothes A MONTH AND A HALF AGO from now (7-10-17) and I still haven't gotten it. It says on the package tracker. Returning to shipper. What does that mean? I want my clothes now. And for some stupid $#*! reason my mom is getting charged for the purchase. Luckily, I think my mom is taking this to the bank and getting her money back. Don't buy from Romwe.

It does not necessary sound very rude to choose a dress for my girlfriend without consultation. I work online and I see many things she does not see. I tried ordering what the ROMWE Floral Print Pleated Black Dress and anticipated to use it as surprise gift. I ordered the dress straight to her address. I did not consider how long it would take but surprisingly she called in the 8th day and asked whether I had sent something her some news. I think ROMWE does it very well when it comes to shipping. For my girlfriend, I did mean to chose a cloth you never like but no woman would pass by and fail to turn her eyes of a floral short dress. Life goes on!

I was a little anxious about purchasing from Romwe.com because I am not used to purchasing clothing items online, but let me tell you, my experience was amazing. I purchased a black long sleeve v-neck blouse for my girlfriend and she loves it. The ordering process was super simple and the customer service I received from the employees was great. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and able to answer all of my questions. After I placed my order the item was shipped super quickly and arrived before I even expected it. Overall my experience with Romwe.com was great and I'll be sure to refer my friends and order again soon!
