So I know from the start that Romwe delivery takes long based on other reviews and the shipping & processing information. Processing & shipping time can take up to 2 weeks.
Some of the items I ordered were labeled "ships in 24 hours" and I confirmed it to them when ordering that basically it will be processed and ready for shipment in 1 day compared to the normal processing which can take up to a week. So I was expecting that it will be shipped ahead of everything else. I have never been so wrong. I had a lengthy conversation and they just don't get me. I even sent some screenshot showing those Items were labeled as ships in 24 hours and they kept referring to other items in my order which were not labeled that way. They just don't get it. It was so frustrating. Most of my items I haven't received yet after 2 weeks. And it is not yet with FedEx. I think they just created a label for it so I would stop bugging them but really, the status in FedEx tracking is still "Label Created" and the terms is not that FedEx will pick it up but Romwe is delivering it to them. Which is taking forever!
The quality and the stiches of items I already received were just the WORST. I need to do some stitches and redo the attachments of the buttons. The fabric is also not nice. It was paper thin and can easily get torn in the washer.
ITEMS ARE NOT REALLY ON SALE. They just lure people with HUGE % Discount. But in reality that's the price anytime of the day for months that I've been checking.
I ordered $100 of clothes on 21/8 and it came about a week later (29/8). After reading so many bad reviews I was worried but then surprised when it came so quickly. The quality is good (neither bad/really cheap or amazing). Overall I am happy although the quality is not as good as other websites I have shopped from.
I ordered 3 items from this website after doing some research and reading other peoples' reviews. Most of the reviews mainly talked about how long it takes to ship, and not the quality of the clothes. This is why I was torn at first -- I really was in no rush for my order, and the clothes were a great price and looked really cute on the website, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a skirt, a romper, and a body suit. The items took about a month to get to me --- that is what I expected after reading other peoples' reviews. Of the three items I ordered, I will only be wearing one of them (the body suit). The skirt is a terrible material and looks a lot different from the picture and so does the romper. The romper feels like it is made of the material of cheap halloween costumes that you buy. The reason I had decided to give it a chance was because many of the reviews compared the quality of the items to *, which is a website I order from often. I did not expect top quality clothes for such low prices, but the clothes are of a lot worse quality than *, and in my opinion were a waste of time and money.
Positives- Low Prices
- Clothes Fit fine (I ordered one size up)
Negatives- Took a month to come
- VERY poor quality material
- Clothing does not look like the picture
In my opinion, do not waste your time or money on this website. Prices ARE too good to be true. You are much better off ordering from *!

I placed an order on 8/11 for my daughter for some shirts she was going to wear to school. I paid for express delivery. Which according to their website, even to the U.S. is 3-5 business days. The order wasn't even processed for shipping until the 18th. So much for 3-5 business days, right?
So I had already submitted a support ticket the other day requesting information as to why it was being shipped and delivered late. They have the email address associated with the account but no email was received when they updated the support ticket. This morning I logged in to see where the package was as it is supposed to be delivered tomorrow.
The shipping status as of today is: "Awaiting collection by recipient as requested". No, I did not request to drive 700 miles to get my package. Why would I have put my physical address as the ship to address if I had wanted to drive to another State to receive my package?
And that support ticket that I had submitted? The response was that I am supposed to get in touch with the shipping company.
I would rate with a negative star if possible.

Ordered on 08/11, says it shipped out 08/15, but the tracking has not updated since 08/15 because only the shipping label was created. It's now 08/23, and my patience is gone. Where is my stuff!
Update* Apparently my package has been detained by customs and no one at Romwe felt it was important to tell me this until I complained. And for the person responsing to this comment... it has been 8 business day! Do Not Shop There!

I spent over 100$ on the site and was worried after reading reviews about the site. However, my clothes arrived in about 20 days (as described) and the quality was amazing. I love it. They do not feel cheap and look exactly like the picture. Only one product came the wrong colour but I was refunded the money. I will continue to shop off this site :)
I am very upset and dissapointed about romwe. I bought 3 tops and 1 dress. I measured my sizes correctly. Got a size bit bigger than my exact size just incase. Still the t shirts don't fit me. But the dress does. Very angry and upset. Wouldn't shop on the site again regardless of what I like on the site.

Im very disappointed. I ordered quite a few things and most things were ok but nothing special. I'm usually a size 24 for bottoms so I ordered shorts and I saw reviews saying to get a larger size so I ordered a 26 and I cannot get them over my thighs. I also order the white off the shoulder shirt. It actually looks cute on but it's the worst material feels like plastic. When it was ordered to my door there was an extra hidden fee of 25 bucks. I do not recommend buying from romwe. You will regret it!

Most of the people on here are saying that the shipping sucks which is true for the most part. However they lack to understand that the clothing items are coming from a completely different country and have to go through a ton of scans to even get into the US (if that is where you are from). Also, the clothing does run smaller. So if you're a small, I suggest a medium. Just to be on the safe side. America is fat and we are not the tiny 4 foot people like the Chinese. Be considerate of that, we are taller and bigger. As far as the discounts, yes I think they're bull$#*!. I was expecting a completely different price range for the items I was ordering, ESPECIALLY when I added the discount to it. If you're ordering anything, I wouldn't get more than 3 items at a time. Clothing quality, right now yes I think it's great! Im skeptical to put them into the wash in fear of them shrinking. So, for safe keeping wash in cold water and let air dry.
I ordered one skirt about a week ago! I tracked my shipment and it is not even in my state yet. It didn't take long for my order to ship, but it is taking a long time for it to arrive at my front door. I don't know if i will ever order from rowme.com again. I live in Canada so it takes a couple months for my shipments to arrive, but they DO arrive. They even refunded me the full amount for an item that went out of stock, though it took a couple days. The customer service is surprisingly reliable. Idc if the English isn't impeccable as long as they're doing their job to help me with my purchases, questions and complaints. The sizing is generally true to the measurements listed on their items. Yes, Romwe asked me to write my review but my experience is real and the reason I bothered to write it at all is bc the site is not a scam.
I've seen a lot of terrible reviews about this site, but my friend's order came out okay so I gave it a try. To start off, I freaked out because the tracking wasn't updating. I then found out that orders are shipping from China, but Romwe purchases shipping labels from Dayton, NJ(living in the U.S.); meaning that the order WILL NOT track until it gets into your country. It took about a week for my order to be tracked. So don't be scared, your order is most likely on its way. Three days later it arrived to my house in California and may I just say: THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHING IS BEAUTIFUL! I was so relieved that it came at just the right time and was exactly as in the picture. So some advice: if you live in California, order 10-15 days prior to any event you may need them for(-:

I'm 16 years old and I found out about this store while looking for some cool, edgy, but affordable pieces that would match my style, and I sure did hit the lotto with Romwe! (This is all my own opinion by the way, and if I had not been so satisfied, I would have said differently.)
A lot of critiques tend to say the same things about their orders, but there are explainable reasons for them.
Shipping takes too long - plan ahead of time! This is a Chinese based site, so be considerate of why it might arrive a little longer than you thought.
Poor Service - Let me just say, every time I spoke to the helpers, but I was AMAZED by their kindness. I don't know where people are getting that, but to me, I really do enjoy Romwe's customer service. Just be considerate that they are in fact an Asian based company, therefore, might not speak that well of English:)
Clothing quality is bad - This is what made my ENTIRE experience worth while. EACH and EVERY one of my clothes turned out wellmade, and I will post pictures below to show! The material is thick and soft, on the Anime outfit and the one with the blue haired boy, while the Superman shirt had a nice, unique texture which fit the style! The pink game shirt surprised me because I thought it would be a much thicker material, but it was still great nonetheless!
Sizing is inaccurate- I know things may be different since this was produced in China, but the sizing chart shows exactly what you will see when you recieve it. Trust me, just get your handy tape measurer and ensure that you are measuring yourself correctly, and you won't have any problems. ALL of my clothes fit, all of them!
I'm your average size, if not a little more at over 120 pounds, so I'm not a skinny girl who fits in everything, and still got great shirts:)
Overall, if you disregard all of the slanderous remarks about this site, you will hit a LOT of jackpots!
