These guys have demonstrated consistently great customer service and always ship in a timely fashion. And if my dealer doesn't have an OEM part, they probably do.
I purchased parts for my Suzuki LT250R quad racer based off of their parts-schematics. When I got the parts, none of the part numbers on the packages matched their schematics, so I couldn't put my quad back together. I emailed them asking them to send a cross reference. In almost no time at all, Nikki emailed me with a cross reference so I could match the parts and put my beloved quad back together. I'm so stoked with their customer service and super happy to have my quad back on the trail! Great job guys.

I usually don't like to pick on individuals, only when they are deserving. Had some paint chipped off from the highly-regarded Tusk top plate. Nicked it with my rubber boot and was amazed the powder coating chipped off in a few places. Tried to ignore it. Tried to cover it up with rubber coating. And when that didn't work, called RM ATV for warranty service. Got Kyle all the information he needed and got a two sentence response: After careful consideration, no warranty. No options were provided. No discounts. No "have you tried"? I will never use them again. This is a "sell it, ship it, move on to the next sucker" type of operation from my experience. Really surprised at their response. Lackluster operation. Kyle can go back to eating paint chips in his room at his parents' house. Don't buy from Rocky Mountain ATV.
We frozen our butts off because of there bait and switch. Ordered upper doors and got just the frame not skins. I called only to learn they would be another week due to being shipped from another location. It was one part number and nowhere indicated it was possible to be shipped separately. They lied about the ship date because I didn't get the skins in time for my trip. I could have got them from eBay faster and creeper but went with rocky hoping they'd be the smarter option. Boy was I wrong. They didn't arrive until after our trip. They did not honor the ship date which I had a 3 day cushion. Trip was really ruined we were wet and cold. Totally avoidable had they been honest.
I ordered 2 blue harnesses from these guys. Received them relatively quick for standard shipping, but they sent me one blue one and one black one. So I exchange the black one for a blue one and they send me another black harness! Won't give me any type of discount and there "overnight shipping" is 4 day shipping. I guess we will see if they send the correct color after the weekend is up. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Order parts on 10/16, first call, the parts were lost in the delivery warehouse, Rocky Mountain Followed up, and they falsely delivered the package, and Rocky Mountain continues to ignore me, say "we must wait for the delivery company to get back to us". So now i called again, 11/02, for the third time, and they tell me that I must wait another week before they will resend and they will not refund my purchase until they hear back from the fraudulent delivery company OnTrac.
This is bull$#*! we are on vacation traveling around riding at different ATV parks but when we go to order through Rocky Mountain ATV, they won't send us the parts that we need because they say account verification so I guess you got a stay at home before they will send you parts. This place sucks $#*!. I recommend y'all to go orders through someone else.or you won't ride

I have bought off of Rocky Mountain ATV several times before, without any issue. This time was the first time I ever had to return something, however. They sent me the wrong battery for my ATV. It had the wrong terminals on it. I spoke with customer service, and they told me it shouldn't be a problem, but that I had to send them some pictures for their warranty tech to review. I did this well over a month ago. I have called them 4 times since, and all I keep getting from them is that it will be several more days before they can look at the info I sent Them. I needed that part for a ride I was doing the weekend after I had ordered it. I ended up having to buy a battery locally, and still have this useless battery that I can't even get a response on. I will never buy from this company again. Their warranty / return statement is a joke. Go Somewhere Else!

I ordered 4 motorcycle tires and a few hours later got a email saying to call regarding my order. I called back and after an extended hold spoke to a nice lady. She confirmed my mailing address and my order. Then said she was charging my card a small amount to confirm it was me. I never got a email from my card company to confirm her second charge. I explained to her that the amount was under the fraud threshold and would have to get to a computer to verify. I told her I answered everything she asked for and for $500 I thought it was ridiculous. After being frustrated by the process I told her I would just use a competitor. I canceled the order reordered with another company and saved 60 dollars. Never had so much trouble doing an online order. No thanks plenty of other places around.

I had a $63.64 RM Cash credit (my reward for being a loyal customer?) in my RM ATV account - placed an order for some Fox Racing hats for a total of $82.18 and applied the credit as I've done numerous times before. When I checked my account the full $82.18 was charged to my checking account - not the $18.54 difference. I called RM ATV to get this fixed and was told no. I've placed 14 seperate orders with RM ATV totaling $1000's and this is the type of treatment I get?

I should have definitely went to the reviews before purchasing. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My order was being shipped to the wrong address so I called to get it sorted out. The package was already shipped out so they said to contact the shipper. I did and was asked to fill out the appropriate address request form and they would be able to get it out to my correct address. The shipper also said they would also need approval from the shipper via email or call. I called back RM ATV to and they said they would not give approval for an address change. They would however charge me $14 to do the address change but that is was not guaranteed to be delivered to the new address.
They have absolutely lost my business for good and I will tell every rider I know not to buy from this store.
Place an order online and paid with card. Contacted by RMATV to say some items couldn't ship overseas and then discussed which items would be shipped and which items had to be cancelled and refunded. Received an email from them confirming the items still to be shipped. One week later I emailed customer service to check if the remaining items had been shipped - no response. After some time received a refund for the entire order checked on their site that they had cancelled the entire order without any explanation.
BEWARE. Although a part I ordered came up as compatible with the WR250F, and after reading the description carefully that states "designed to have the same original factory shape that is on your machine"…. It will NOT fit a WR250 (or WR450F) as it does not have provisions for the speedo cable. RM will not take it back because if you choose a color the website will magically add a note that says it does not have a mount for the speedo cover. Reading the reviews a see I'm not the only one who was burned by this. Its not about the $28 its about doing the right thing. Will never order again from RM. Dollars spent over the years….

This company has many great products and prices but if you have a problem they don't have time for you. I will only buy from them through eBay and PayPal. That way I can at least get my money back.
We have ordered from Rocky Mountain ATV hundreeds of tims, spent over $50,000.00 with them. The customer service has been geting worse and worse, in fact there is none. Once in a while you get a superviser that understands and tries to make it right. I wish Dan Thomas the owner of the company would read these reveiws and fix the issues, shipping is bad, 1 out of 3 shipment make it with no issues. I waste my time talking to custermer service reps, they lie to you! I deal with several companies to order parts spend over $100,000 a year and by far the worst customer service is from Rocky Mountain ATV. Please Dan Thomas if you read this call me and I will let you know whats going on if you care. I hope you are not aware of these issues they have been going on now for years.
I placed an order for several items, one of which has been out of stock recently and not available through other distributors. I received and email advising me that RM needed additional info. I called and the rep explained that since my order was over $1000 ( $1001. 67) I had to process the order through PayPal or do a Wire Transfer? I asked them to remove an item to drop the invoice amount so the order could be processed with my card but they refused. A supervisor gave me a different story explaining that RM randomly selects orders and forces those orders to be processed via PayPal or Wire Transfer? I'm a retailer myself and I've never heard of anything like that. The same supervisor also told me that since it was my first time ordering I would have to place the order via PayPal or Wire Transfer regardless of the amount.
This was a domestic order, not international and there was not an issue with the debit card I was using for the transaction.
I cancelled my order and created a new account with another email. This time I only ordered the item I urgently needed but the same thing happened again and Customer service gave me the same BS song and dance about "randomly" selecting orders for special scrutiny.
I have 37 retail stores & I can't imagine using a distributor who makes it so difficult to process a simple order. Now that I've seen these other reviews its clear I'm not alone with the bad experience
