Order parts on 10/16, first call, the parts were lost in the delivery warehouse, Rocky Mountain Followed up, and they falsely delivered the package, and Rocky Mountain continues to ignore me, say "we must wait for the delivery company to get back to us". So now i called again, 11/02, for the third time, and they tell me that I must wait another week before they will resend and they will not refund my purchase until they hear back from the fraudulent delivery company OnTrac.
