Read there return policy. It is not very customer friendly!
I bought a pair of golf shoes that didn't fit, I paid $7.99 for shipping to my house, when I had to return them with their so called prepaid shipping label which means you don't have a clue what the cost is until they get them back and deduct the return shipping from your refund which in my case was $13.26. How come it was $7.99 to get them and $13.26 to send them back. They are snakes at RockBottom.

Bought a fairway wood in excellent condition that was described standard length and lie. The club head was superb but the shaft had been shortened two inches. I will need to re-shaft to make the club playable for an adult male. Unfortunately a fine diamana s shaft was rendered useless by the prior owner. This club would not have been purchased if it had been described accurately.
I had birthday money to spend and got several great items for an excellent price. I'm all set now for practicing this winter with my new driving mat and net. I also got personalized golf balls, a golf glove, and a nice new Callaway towel. Delivery was quick as well.
I saved over $ 800 dollars with Rock Bottom Golf, the Wilson 300's, two fairway woods and a cart bag for $ 721! A national competitor in Florida wanted almost $ 1600! I've been shopping at RBG for years, but this sale takes the cake.

I have made a couple of purchases from Rock Bottom Golf. In each case I qualified for the "Home In 2" shipping. None of the orders that qualified and were shown to be "Home in 2" had even shipped in 2 days, let alone arrived to me in 2 days. It takes a complaint to customer service to actually get the items shipped. Biggest scam on the net, their "Home in 2" claim is.
I bought an Odyssey putter. When I asked about the delivery, I received a prompt reply from Aimee (hope I didn't forget her name). The putter arrived early and in exact condition as described. I am very happy with my purchase and the service.
Have been a loyal customer of rock bottom golf and when my newly purchased driver breaks...…. We have to contact the manufacturer? Hi Aaron- CS replied quickly to you and I assure you we will work quickly to get this resolved. Kindly understand some items we MUST go through the vendor as it is a warranty claim for the defective item. This is standard process, if a item purchase is defective as absolutely will get it resolved for the customer however yes most times the defect warranty needs to go through the vendor. We are not asking you to do that sir; we are handling it with the vendor and working as quickly as possible to get it resolved for you. This is a standard process we must abide by and it is explained in our FAQ database as well. It is not about CS being poor, we are handling it quickly; and it’s definitely not about how great of a customer you are as we do value you and all our customers. I purchased Oakley Kana 21 golf shorts and a matching Oakley golf shirt for my brother for Christmas. The golf shorts are really swimming trunks. There is nothing golf about the shorts. I'm outside the return policy date. My brother lives out of state and I just got the shorts back from him. I asked for a one time grace and was denied. Poor customer service and I'm done with Rock Bottom!
I have used Rock Bottom for a variety of different golf needs from clubs, bags, clothing and accessories. Value for the money is always good and I always get what I ordered. Shipping is normally right on time.
If you are looking to try out a new golf ball, I highly suggest looking at their used golf ball selection. I only had 1 ball out of the 3 dozen I bought that didn't meet my standards. Also, you cannot beat the price. Great website and great shipping.

I do alot of research before buying a product. I knew exactly what I wanted but was sent a similar bag when the correct one I placed in my cart to purchase. RBG worked out a $25 lower price which I accepted but I still have the wrong bag. A long-time customer of Scratch (maybe 15+ years) & never had this happen before. Not sure I made the right decision to keep the wrong bag... my bad!
Delivery was a bit delayed, but the golf bag is really strong and still has a two-way divider, the product meets all my wishes and a super bonus in the form of a discount pleased. Thank you very much to the manager for the service and accordingly for supporting my calls and messages.
The driver that I bought has a cracked face and separation between the crown and body. It could not be resold, and it is miles for me to take it to be returned. So I have asked for a replacement without returning the defective product. So far Rockbottom has not agreed and wants me to return the defective driver. But that seems pointless, doesn't it?
I only played one round but multiple range trips. This a great cart bag it has a ton of pockets and we'll organized compared to my old phantom bag. The putter is in the back when on a cart which some do not like but I found it fine. I love the 14 slots and the built in cooler.
This is not a carry bag it is a cart bag with legs. If this what you are looking for look no further. If you have a bag boy push cart (which I don't) this locks in without a strap.
Zippers are quality should last a long time.
Well, I knew that the membership at gold clubs is very expensive, however I'm fond of playing golf and that's why I always try to attend various competitions and matches. I have tried to find any kind of membership which wouldn't be so expensive as everywhere. I found this service and this golf club is great. I took out a membership here and now I'm a true golf player. Of course, it may take plenty of times for me in order to start earning money from matches, however, due to this service I can reach everything I want actually.
Ordering and delivery process was excellent but I chose the cheapest option and was a bit disappointed by the poor quality of some of the balls. I might have been better off choosing the middle quality level, so will try that next time.
I ordered a complete set of clubs and a putter separate. When the order came, the putter head was broken off. I notified Rock Bottom Golf and received a replacement putter no questions asked. That made my day. Thank you.

Yes you paid to have it shipped to you, we had to pay UPS to ship it to you and we shipped what you ordered. When you returned it; you used our label which is not free. It is clearly stated on the page you retreived the label from that it was not free https://www.rockbottomgolf.com/returns/. This was not a sneaky charge, it is very clear on our site the cost to use our prepaid label, quoting our site: "We offer a UPS Prepaid Return Label Service for only $7.99! Click Here to print one immediately. This cost will be deducted from your refund." In fact I show we only charged you $7 for the prepaid label not $7.99.
