Have been a loyal customer of rock bottom golf and when my newly purchased driver breaks...…. We have to contact the manufacturer? What I spend 5k with you over the past 3 years and I have to go purchase a new driver to play the rest of the 2020 season? Customer service is one star. Aaron@*******317

Hi Aaron- CS replied quickly to you and I assure you we will work quickly to get this resolved. Kindly understand some items we MUST go through the vendor as it is a warranty claim for the defective item. This is standard process, if a item purchase is defective as absolutely will get it resolved for the customer however yes most times the defect warranty needs to go through the vendor. We are not asking you to do that sir; we are handling it with the vendor and working as quickly as possible to get it resolved for you. This is a standard process we must abide by and it is explained in our FAQ database as well. It is not about CS being poor, we are handling it quickly; and it’s definitely not about how great of a customer you are as we do value you and all our customers. Refer here as it is stated the defective policy:
