1. Don't ban me for not knowing what bisexual means
2. Release updates in all country's at the same time. I want a display name without having to move to Germany.
3. please actually respond when I fill out a appeal form.
4.(most important one) please make limited items less expensive
Take the super super happy face for example, it went from $2 dollars to $350 dollars!

These people started by double charging my credit card. Then, they started to just charge it for fun. So far, they've made $82.90 worth of unauthorized charges against my account. If you look at their website, there is no way to tell when the purchases were made. I contacted them, and was pretty much told to get bent. So now, I had to pay my bank so that future theft from them will be stopped, and I have to dispute several different transactions and get a new debit card. All because this "company" thinks it's okay to steal.

Roblox is a game I've been playing for about almost 8 years now. I've had a lot of experience playing this game and that I suggest 8+, otherwise looked after by a experienced player or adult. There might be guns and stuff yes, but it must be expected for a platform where a player can make whatever they want. (Following the rules...) There are the problems here and there, like bad chat system, not the greatest moderation blah blah, but in all seriousness. It's a great game. For more older people, there's evening functioning groups like Hospitals, Cafe's and other businesses that are popular. I still play to this day and that it's a great childhood game.

Whatever these wind bags say Roblox is not a dangerous game it has a chat filter that tags numbers and even innocent words like "for" which gets very annoying some times however people can bypass the chat filter but that would take a lot of work since you can only say about 100,000 words in the english dictionary in this game without being tagged, hell even "dictionary" is tagged. It is impossible to get hacked unless you stupidly give your private information.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Hacked account, no assistance whatsoever in recovering account. Gave them all the info they asked for and multiple proofs of purchase to confirm I was the owner of the account, yet they don't reply. Very upset son who has made great progress and we'd spent a lot of money, all for nothing. Save your $$ and spend it elsewhere

This site is amazing! You can meet other players and make new friends. The only bad thing that comes out of it is that most of the players are immature and under-aged so they will be super toxic (Rude) to you. But that is covered up by all the good stuff they have!

Their service is great, the average player base for this game is about 11 so you won't be seeing most under-aged kids on, AND you will always find someone who wants to be friends!: D

So any parents seeing this, let your kids play I am sure they will love it!

Roblox is too incompetent to work on a system that supports users in all possible methods and ignorantly giving the support that many of their players need. For example when they ban accounts for no reason or in the verification system with international users who need more support than others. So maybe it's a good game to make friends and have fun, but what needs more correction of all this is their system no doubt that hopefully they will correct it as soon as possible to give people a better experience.

Hello Parents and ROBLOX users!
So I've been on roblox ever since I was 10, which was 4 years ago and to be honest, it was really-really fun meeting a lot of other people around the world. There are a lot of non-child-like things on roblox, but you have to expect that, roblox is not only for children, but for adults aswell. If you don't feel like your child is safe on roblox, ban them from using the internet or just introduce them to a new game. Either way, you can't always expect a game like roblox to be surrounded in kids that won't use bad language, it's the internet, lol. Anyway, I love roblox!

When I first got this game when was little I have always been loving it. Then I got it on my laptop, a while later it said that it cannot create a file that already exists. I went to change it in my files and there were no such thing as the file name they gave me. I don't know if this was to do with roblox or something, I tried to reinsall it but it still didn't work. I would really would like to get this fixed :(

Personly I think the game is ok. It isn't the best online website that I have been on but it's passable due to other online websites that were questionable. The community is a problem the because they are mostly children who don't abide by the rules that the moderates and staff present to them. Other then that if you want to create some "ok" basic 3d games I would recommend this because of the in-game catalog that has thousands of clothing and models that you can use in your very own 3d game.

When I joined Roblox, I found many enjoyable games and had quite a bit of fun. The issue? A majority of these games are overrun with cheaters who ruin the entire experience. Roblox does not seem to take much action against these cheaters, so I've decided to go with a 2 star review.

Also, please for the love of god ignore the 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews made either by Roblox fanboys or people who have some vendetta against Roblox. These reviews have clear bias and won't help you at all.

Terrible Experience for us. Thought this was going to be great, keep the kids busy when i needed some time to do things around the house.

How wrong I was, I have repeatedly had my young kids heart broken because ALL of his hard work was Erased or manipulated by hackers... So i set off to read up and drew my own conclusion that "ROBLOX Inc". Does not care that people "exploit" (seems as it takes 10 sec to create a hack account, in case they get banned.)
I even read that they enjoy having all these extra accounts so they can boast numbers. They say otherwise, however seems to have been this way for 10+ years.

Anyway, I have withdrawn his account and put my money elsewhere!

Not sure who's in charge of the Roblox Support Team but they're doing a terrible job at it. All they do is send copy and pasted responses to you. I've been trying to access an old roblox account but they won't even read my entire message then they'll send me some old message saying I need to show proof when I ask for an alternative way I get no help. Making sure to stop playing this platform and stop spending ANY money on here if this is how I'll be treated. So much for a "valuable customer".

I have only been playing for roughly a week or two and I've been banned 2 times already. I had forgotten they have bots that will suspend your account over cuss words and I've had quite a few slips of the tongue but only 2 out of those times did I actually get in trouble for it. I was never cursing AT somebody and if I did it was towards my friends because that is how we talk to each other. Bad enough they use your previous bans to dictate how long you should be banned. I wouldn't recommend this game unless you are a holy saint who's vocabulary doesn't include obscenities. I'm not the type to go out of my way to make people feel bad or bully others and I'm still punished, don't expect the review team to help you either.

Played the game for a solid 10 years. The game is overall an engine for exploiting children's ambition with no professional accountability for almost all activity if they can avoid it. Service is generally lazy and obnoxious and the platform has developed over time to find ways of incentivizing purchases while removing old features such as a permanent transaction history for their online currency and allowing people to nullify sales of clothing and game passes. The experience has an abundance of hackers and scammers as well which has been so ignored that it seems like their goal rather than providing any resolution.
