Super buy through Roberts. Was not willing to pay premium price from a few other sellers. Looks new, works perfectly. Added the red case with detachable case and it is a good look. Package came wrapped securely, and arrived in a few days. Will do business again with Roberts.

I have a couple of places I shop when it comes to camera equipment, but I think I found my new spot at Robert's. It's simple, easy to use, no fluff, and straight to the point. The product was in better condition than I anticipated; Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I have dealt with Roberts both buying new and used, and had no problems at all with their service or communication. In addition I have attended via Zoom a few of their seminars... for free, and really appreciated that opportunity. Also worked with the people putting on the seminars and they were always responsive and helped me if I had issues logging in. Good folks.

Time and time again Roberts Camera has been outstanding. I have bought a couple of high ends lens and both of the products did not disappoint. If you want to save money with a lot of safeguards to protect your investment this is the place to go. The only negative is I wish they used FEDEX because UPS did a terrible job at getting me my purchase. It was so bad that I had to take a star off of what should have been 5 stars.

Beautiful camera at a significant discount under new. Great customer service, warranty and return policy. Their "excellent" rated items are a great bang for the buck. My only request is that they return the configuration of bodies to the factory new setup. I thought there was something wrong until I called Canon Customer Service and found out how to reset the camera.

Process was smooth from the beginning even though I do have some trouble with the website when I'm on my phone. I usually have to get onto my laptop. But overall, I love my new camera and it came in perfect condition.

I'm pleased with my purchase of a fair condition D700 - wish the shipping was free though as it is for all other conditions. It's great to have. Photos of the product to help decide on buying a lower priced camera that might be a bit rough looking!

I have been doing business with Roberts for over 25 years. Everyone is professional, friendly, and knowledgable. They are not in the business to "up sell" you, but to make sure that you will be satisfied with your choice. You cannot go wrong buying from them.

Roberts rated the Fujifilm 23mm f1.4 used condition lower than it actual is. That was a pleasant surprise. Roberts also gives six or twelve month warranties on most used camera bodies and lenses puts them ahead of other online retailers that sell used kit. My lens came with a 1year warranty. Finally, the order was processed and shipped the same day.

The lens was packed solidly and there was no way it could have been damaged in shipping. Lens is as advertised-clean and no issues!

The Think Tank 15" My 2nd Brain was out of stock in most places. Not only did Roberts have it, but they had it at a great price. I have a bunch of Think Tanks products and they're all terrific.
