The lens purchase from Robert Camera arrived exactly as described in mint condition. I have made several purchases from Roberts Camera and I have been consistently very satisfied with the quality meeting their descriptions.

The customer service provided by Scott was stellar. Responsive, knowledgable, courteous and honest. Everything you could hope for in an online transaction. Can't emphasize enough the honesty and integrity shown by this individual, and by extension, this company.

The lens I bough was exactly as pictured on screen. It was described as "excellent condition" and it definitely was. It was delivered fast and on time. This company has gained my trust, I know exactly where I will be getting my camera gear from now on.

After a seemingly fruitless search, I found the camera I was looking for on the Roberts/UPP website. The staff was friendly on the phone and on email. The box was well packed and the condition of the camera was better than expected! Bravo. Nice to k is they stand behind the sale for 180 days, too!

In a well packed box and in very, very good condition.The lens was as promised in very good condition, everything works as it should aka the auto-focus, the lens glass is pristine, the shipping was quick and the price was just right.

I looked everywhere for the FUJI XT3 and only Roberts had what I needed. The staff was very friendly when I called them from out of state requesting info. I highly recommend this place over several of the other big camera stores whom are less than helpful when you have questions.

I ordered the Tamron 18-400mm lens for Nikon and received it within a couple days; during the Christmas holiday. It was a very quick and easy process and I will use Roberts Camera for future lens purchases. The lens itself is great so far; I did notice it is "tight" around the 50mm mark, but that might be normal. It's my first tele-zoom lens so I'm not sure.

I was in quick need of another Nikon SB800 flash and the only placed that I found a used one was through Robert's. They were as quick as Jimmy John's... I ordered it and had it two days later. The flash was just as describer in the listing. Thanks Robert's for getting me out of a possible bind.

Lens was in excellent condition and at a fair price. Tripod foot was missing and it didn't state that in the ad but it also wasn't in the image so I suppose I should have assumed it wouldn't be included with the lens. However, I do feel like it should have been mentioned considering the replacement is $150 but if given the option to complete the transaction again I still would.

Roberts provides superior customer service. My Zuiko 7-14mm f/2.8 Pro lens was well packed and I received it a day before I expected it. Their descriptions of this used lens was accurate. I have bought multiple new and used items form Roberts and I am always happy with my purchases.

I'm very happy with my purchase. The delivery time was good and the lens was packaged properly and securely. The lens, a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 is as described and in my opinion even better than described. Bonus...it was 40 to 50 dollars cheaper than Adorama, and B&H. UsedPhotoPro has a permanent home in my bookmark bar.
