I was recommended to try swim suits and tops from Roaso by a friend of mine who sounded like a really satisfied customer. Based on her recommendations i orders swim suits and some other stuff. I was impressed by the variety of products available on their online store. Products arrived at my home quite quickly beating my expectation and i was really happy to find all products right according to my selection. I would like to thank Roaso for their stylish and comfortable swim suits etc.
Just like other customers have said, the shirt does not match the description. It is supposed to be a 3/4 baseball shirt but is definitely long sleeve. "Sleeve Length: Three Quarter Sleeve Style: Raglan Sleeve" NOT. Size L same as US size 10? NOT either. It is giant. Reddish color is off, print is jagged, all in all a piece of junk. Trying to return but not one responding to email. NEVER again. Very disappointed!

This company will send your order, but it will not be as described, and it will be sent over a month late. With the little communication they give to try to save face, is minimal with only a fraction of the cost refunded. I don't even think they would truly refund that amount. (I tried submitting evidence, but when I clicked "Add Media", it would not allow me to attach a document.)

Do not order anything from this company! Do your own research and you will see there are no good reviews.

The clothes are very cheaply made. And were not true to size. Absolutely nothing like I expected. Only gave it one star cuz I couldn't leave a zero

Would not recommend this site. And if you do buy and want your refund be prepared to pay a hefty return fee. If your items are bad why should anyone have to pay to get their own money back

Bought three items only received two. The quality was bad and they were not true too size. Comes in a very small size. As if it were made in China
Clothing that arrived doesn't look like the pictures at all. I ordered a light green sweatshirt with black writing. A very dark green very thin shirt (not sweatshirt) arrived. Black lettering on the dark shirt could not be read because the background was so dark. Looks like I could have made the shirt on my own. Very very cheap looking. I would never ship something like this out to people. On top of this, the order took over a month to arrive. Very disappointed!
I order a two piece outfit off their site 5-11-20 they said my order had been shipped out but the tracking number they gave doesn't work I been trying to get in contact with them for 2 WHOLE WEEKS and still no response at this point I just want my refund if the can't send me my outfit
I ordered 2 items & both items were sold out. I received a refund for 1 but not the other. This company is fraudulent & I have no plans to purchase again from them.

I ordered 3 items from this site all in XL a jumpsuit, a dress and a two piece pants set and the only thing that fit was the jumpsuit. I just could not b bothered to return them, I will just give them to family members. Shipment took 4 weeks
This is one if the worse online store I have encountered. There clothing are of a poor quality & they do not provide any address for return. Neither do they respond to emails. There clothes are reasonable but not of a good quality
Its my first experience with Roaso and it was awesome. I bought a maxi for my wife as her birthday gift and she really loved that dress. Cloth quality is so good and it was as beautiful as I saw in picture. I wanna Thanks to Roaso for their quality service, fast shipping and good communication with customer. I will definitely buy more products from here in future. Recommended to others.
I'm such an idiot for not checking reviews before purchasing! Going on vacation in August and saw some cute fits to purchase. They promise 8-15 day delivery and on the 15th day the order is still pending. Stuck in China some damn where. The about us didn't mention anything about it coming from China. I better get my $#*! and someone IS ALWAYS HOME!
The items I purchased were of a cheap quality of material. They are not true to size and as soon as I received them I wanted to return them. I reached out to the customer service email as they don't offer a phone number. (A mess) after 24 hours I get a response asking me to send pictures of the items. What! My questions were not answered at all. I will never order again. It should not be this frustrating to shop! I will be sure to tell all my friends the same. Very unprofessional.

Wish I would of read reviews about this site first. Received my order lasts week after waiting a whole month. The clothes are cheaply made and are sewn horribly! Looks like the've been made by kids. Everything I ordered looked nothing like the picture. They offered me only 5.00 if I returned all my items, However If I returned everything I would have to pay for shipping which is 35.00 then wait for them to refund me my money. 84.00 down the drain! Please do not order from this website, you will be disappointed!
I ordered my items March 5, here it is the end of April still haven't received my order. Reached out numerous times and no response. I had to file a dispute through PayPal will not be ordering from this company again.
I placed my order for 3 items on 9/5 at 11:44 am. It is now October and i still don't have my items. Per tracking they are on there way but this is way past the delivery time frame. It took 14 days for them to even get the items to the post (9/19). I just pray when i get the items it was worth the wait.
I am soooooo glad a review page exists. I was going to order this really pretty dress I saw on this site and put a rush on it so I could have it in time for the white party on the 20th of July after reading these reviews it's going to be a big fat NO! Thank you guys for your honesty.
On 9/28/17 my first order was placed with Roaso, I also paid 10.00 for express shipping which states 3-7 days delivery with a guarantee of your item arriving in 5 days, it is 10/4 and I have not recieved the shipping information. I've emailed them 20 times and still no response, tomorrow on 10/5 will be 7 days no nothing but they have received my money. This is not good for a new customer. Bad business
I ordered from this site and never received my order. I've emailed them 1,000 times to get the same bs message saying in transit give it more time. I just contacted my bank to file a dispute and get my money back into my account. These people are not an official site. Don't allow them to take your money also.
This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. Very poop customer service. I've already told you my issue and have requested your return address. But you have yet given it to me. I will never order from you again. Your a Rip off. Stealing peoples hard earn money. You have very poor service, and very poor quality of clothing. I never received my clothing. I spent $50 on 2 matching sets and even paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping and my $#*! still not here. I emailed the company only to find out that there tech support email isn't even real, after I emailed them I ironically received a tracking number. My tracking number stated that my package was delivered the day before, however I've been home all day and haven't received anything. This website is some bull$#*!, do not purchase anything from here, for it is a scam! If I could give them negative stars I would!

Purchased a dress for work from this site. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Not only was it way too large (on all 8 of the girls who purchased them, multiple sizes). Finding this out I had emailed to have the order cancelled before it shipped, they shipped it anyway. Now they are telling me it can cost $60 to have it returned and then a refund issued. Whats the point. The dress wasnt that much, but I do not have that kind of money to waste. I am disgusted with this company and their lack of customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

So, where should I start? The pictures on the site look NOTHING like the real product you are receiving. Not only are the clothes different from the actual picture, they are made from very low end materials. The service is bad (by service, I mean the support email), they answer your questions after maybe a full week of waiting. They intentionally lower the prices, so the customers can be fooled to buy from them. They put original price as 70$ (for example) and make it look like the price "DROPPED" from 70$ to 20$, so the customers can say to themselves: "Oh, this item has a huge discount, it must be something crazy good!". Yes, but no. Once you order from them, you wait for another good week. Maybe more. Some people claim that they haven't received ANYTHING from the site. But waiting is not the big deal. The problems are: the quality, the pictures on the site and the lost money. 1) Quality looks stunning on the pictures, in real life - it's trash. 2) You order something, it never comes to your address. You lose time and most importantly - MONEY. // I see how many "1 star" reviews this site has here, so I am not surprised about them. Just consider it VERY carefully when you order from them. And. I would probably suggest you to order elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
They make these huge "discounts", so people can spend more money on their website, and some customers don't even receive their products. The quality is bad, the service is also not good. For me, this is like a money laundering website.
