I was recommended to try swim suits and tops from Roaso by a friend of mine who sounded like a really satisfied customer. Based on her recommendations i orders swim suits and some other stuff. I was impressed by the variety of products available on their online store. Products arrived at my home quite quickly beating my expectation and i was really happy to find all products right according to my selection. I would like to thank Roaso for their stylish and comfortable swim suits etc.

People this company is not even located in America. Its located in China. The clothes are cheap looking and not even the same ones from the picture. They claim that if items is returned then we would have to pay a custom fee which will most likely eat up most of your money or all of it. And don't forget you would still have to pay for mailing. Their only solution is to offer a "15% coupon code", but who in their right mind would buy anything from this place twice? Stick to companies in America or at least, the ones in out HEMISPHERE. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell anything here!

I placed an order with them because of something that caught my eye on instagram. I ordered 2 shirt dresses - big mistake - they were nothing like the pictures and the quality SUCKS. There is no number for customer service - so you have to send an email, I sent an email requesting a return label because on their website you cant initiate a return without speaking to customer service (red flag). I got the first reply asking me to take pictures of the merchandise - which I kindly declined and asked again for a return label. My second reply came from another rep who informed me that it would cost 20-60 dollars to ship the item back which is my cost (the items only cost 51 dollars) so my best option would be to sell the items to someone else. As stated from others do not I repeat do not buy from the company.

It took almost 1 month 1/2 for three shirts! One shirt was too small, the metchandise was not packaged appropriately and their straight BS. I had to contact PayPal in order to get a response from them, and they asked me for more invoice # along with misspelled words in the email. Very unprofessional! I rate them a -10.5 & most of the people who response are positive are full of it too! Probably are not legitimate people either! Never again $#*!s!

I purchased a dress from this site back in November for 26.80, I have sent the item back in December, and the merchant stop responding. Not only did they not refund my money, but I spent 15.00 to ship the item back because they refused to pay for shipping. When you buy items from overseas be very careful because you are unable to track your item when it gets past customs, and this is something that they are aware of. The dress that they sent to me stunk really bad and looked like a superwoman costume! Do not purchase from these people!

I saw the site and I somehow doubted if I could trust them but I decided to give it a try and i ordered The roaso sexy deep v neck patchwork long coat and am loving it, the texture feels great, amazing quality delivery was super fast, unlike other site where I was not satisfied with their costumer service, the customer care could relate to the little challenges I had. The Cloth look like a nice buy with promising quality. So in love with my coat, looking from mirror to mirror. Hubby is laughing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam! Dont let those good reviews fool you, those are just people who are paid by them to give good ones. They are horrible. Its been a month in a half and i still havent received my items. I emailed them and kept getting the same automated message back everytime. They sent me some bogus tracking number that kept saying my package was in China. Save the disappointment!

We have made several purchases from Roaso for our local store and there is nothing to be disappointed about. There products look just as stunning as they do on their website in the pictures. I dont have one complaint from our customers as to the appearance of the clothing. Their customer service is what every company should have they are there to answer your questions and all of your concerns. Along with their customer service they offer fast logistics when you place an order there is no time waiting for the clothing. From the clothing to the customer service that is provided by roaso my company will continue to make purchases from roaso and we recommend to you also that they are a great company and truly care about their customers.

I got my long sleeves two-piece swimwear here. I was not so sure it would look as good as in the photos but I risked it because it looked so lovely. I am so happy with the delivery. The logistics was fast, I got it faster than expected! And guess what... it looked just as stunning as in the picture! The colors are vibrant and it looks good on me. I can tell it's high quality. The fabric feels so nice on my skin and it has a great fit. The best part is they have excellent service. Will definitely shop for other clothes here again.
