So, as you may know, guys don't know too much about dresses and stufs like these. If you want to buy something to your girlfriend, it can be a real strugle you know? And also if you want to make her and shes's friends a real surprise, you have to keep your intentions for yourself.

Okay, I said, it will be a disaster. But then came into my mind. How it will be if i ll ask for support in this matter the ones who sell these kind of things? And i did it. I was surprised of how responsive and patient they were with me.

Fine, but there was another problem. I needed the dress very fast. From my experience, an order can take a while to reach you. I said, okay, I'll try my luck and order it. And... surprise, it came in time. I had the Christmass feeling. Haha

About the dress? How can i say it. Everyone who saw my girlfriend with it was astounded! The dress looked like in the photos even on my girlfriend. After she told to the people that i bought the dress, everyone came to congratulate me saying that I have very good tastes.

Digusting and downright sickening to KNOW that Ive paid $24.00 of my 8-5 hard earned money to look jazzy ONLY to be "waiting" with little to NO feedback for 'yall to add that into my existence!. This is my first online shopping and I am really worry about can I get my product not just that can I get my product in time. Shopping from a first time is really awkward but what I get experience from it is that really matters I orders from this website and roaso make my experience very well. Online websites is just sells their products and but what really matters it should provide value and quality products, make shopping easy, deliver products on time, and provide good customer support. Roaso in my point of view is a great womens apparel company offering top quality clothing with a creative flare.

I started my first purchase from roaso as I was not aware as ii mention before how the online process goes smoothly that smoothness provided by roaso is really awesome. But I find it very comfortable due to roaso, efficient and shipping process don't take much time. Overall Nice experience. Good Service with a great quality clothes. I really like it not but the quality of the clothes is great but more is that shipment is really take a place. Fast Shipment with a good quality clothes makes me to return and order again. The Clothes are as beautiful as in the picture and same item are provided me by roaso. As some of the other online websites show something and provide something. But roaso do a great job providing same product as in the picture. There are a lot of qualities I mention that good service with a good quality clothes and fast delivery make me feel comfortable and order again from this website. I'm ordered first time on this online shop Roaso some months ago and I want to share my impressions about my experience with that online clothes shop, also I want to share what products Ive got and how the services of this company is.
My first look of this website was very good. The page looks good and all informations that shows that it is a trusted company I could find on it, and so I gave it a try to ordered. The descriptions for the products was complete and informational, also the pictures was looking nice and very impressive. So I really ordered in high expectations and choose a dress and a swimming suit.
The ordering procedure was very easy. I just had to chose and then put the clothes in the shopping cart, chose a payment method and that's it. The prices they offer are low for that what they offer. That is a really good service, especially for the new costumers that decide to give it a try. Logistics is fast and I've got my order to Germany in a very short time period and I could track it on the way to me. All the packages of the products was good and nothing had any kind of damage. After I opened the package I was very happy with my first look on it. The clothes are as beautiful as the picture, and it didn't smell like bad. All colors of the clothes was great and the material very high quality. The processing of the products was great made too. No loose threads or material defects. Then I tried on my new clothes. The swimming suit was very good-looking and the size matched perfectly in S with me. The bikini bottom and top did not slip off or constricted me Also the tested dress was without any question awesome. It looked elegant and was absolute comfortable while wearing it. Then I tried washing them, to see if the colors and didn't bleed out. The material and colors stayed beautiful like before and that's perfect

Roaso's quality of service is awesome. I got an awesome personalised service from Roaso. I love the experience I had with Roaso so much that I want to share it with the whole world. First and foremost am not that kind of guy that goes about writing about my experience online but this is worth it. At first, I couldn't navigate through the site as I am not internet savvy. I had to use their chat system "charter" to ask for support. I was aided by the support throughout my buying process until I got checked out. This made me feel like a Very Important Personnel because I was treated like one. As I was going through their catalogue to check for the clothes I could buy, I observed that the clothes had quality. But I decided to keep calm until I see the clothes in real life, as its a trend to buy quality online only to get a substandard cloth in real life, I almost gave not buying but on a second thought, I decided to give Roaso a trial. I finally purchased a long-sleeve print two piece polyester swimwear at an affordable price. After check out, I was sent a confirmation email twenty-four hours later. Roaso's logistics is quite a fast one, it is quite above the industry's average.it took two weeks and some days before I received my clothes. A three-day processing window and twelve days shipping window. Roaso's shipment is also fast as I went for the standard shipping which took twelve days before it got to my country. When I received the cloth on the fifteenth day I hesitated to open it because of my past experience with other online fashion retailers. I gave it to my grand daughter to open the package. When she opened the package to our greatest surprise the quality of the swimwear is way better than what we saw on screen. As am writing this my grand daughter already wore the swimwear to swimming with her friends last week and her friends loved it. My experience with Roaso changed my perspective about buying clothes online. I and my family have agreed to buy from Roaso when next we need a female swimwear. We also agreed to refer family and friends when the need arises. Thanks Team Roaso for the wonderful experience.

Two years ago, I was in the Halloween mood but was down because I didnt anything fit to wear. My friend, sick of my frustrations, referred me to ROASO. I didnt believe my eyes after navigating their website. They did not only have a variety of what I needed for the Halloween party but plenty of dresses that I could choose from for my brothers wedding. Since the wedding was in the following week, I wanted a Halloween custom and a party dress.
The warm and welcoming customer service wasted no time in helping me with exactly what I needed. I was surprised when my shipment arrived on the third day. When it comes to logistics, I gave them thumps up! What amazed me was the fact that the clothes were as beautiful, classic, and quality as portrayed in the picture. Honestly, having been the first time I was purchasing from them, I must say that was impressive.
Only four days to the wedding party, I decided to have classic sunglasses to go with my outfit as it was summer. I thought of getting another pair to swimming wear as mine was becoming uncomfortable with my adding weight. My friends thought it was late to order but wait, Iam a daredevil. I went for it! ROASO had my back, just as expected. My shipment arrived on the third day again. Thats when I decided that for all my clothes and accessories, ROASO is my option.
Its now two years down the line and every time a make a purchase I get tickled pink. My friends are now purchasing from ROASO and they can only agree more with me. I recommend you to try them. I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS VENDOR! When the item I purchased arrived I was appalled by what was sent to me! IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM THE VENDOR ADVERTISED! IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE & FABRIC! When I tried to get a return address and/or label from the company, I was offered a discount on my next purchased! I declined the offer and again requested a return label. I never got another response.

I called Paypal who was not helpful AT ALL! They requested for me to send the items back to the vendor and pay shipment out of my pocket! The cost to ship to China was $35.00 and my purchase was $55.00! SMH This was an insult! I told Paypal that this vendor was a scam.

I asked why do they continue to be the middle man, taking money from people for this SCAM ARTIST. The Paypal Rep said as long as the vendor made more money than was refunded, Paypal see's this vendor as an asset to their company. She said Paypal will not terminate doing business with them!

I have decided to consider this a bought lesson and do my best to inform others! Hopefully I can help someone else avoid going through this! HOWEVER I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR AGAIN! ALSO PAYPAL WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS EITHER!

Please do not spend your money here. Terrible customer service then you cant talk to anyone only send emails. I ordered from this site for my 35th birthday ordered the items five weeks before i needed them. I got the shipping that said up to 10 business days. I contacted them three weeks from then because i had not received any items. They took 2 days to contact me saying they had received my email and would get to me. A few days later they sent me a message saying to give them a few more days it was on the way. I let them know that it was for my birthday 2 weeks later and if it wasnt gone get there by then that i just wanted to get a refund because i would need to use the money to get something else. They said just give it a few days and gave me the tracking number which said it was somewhere in New Jersey. Well a few weeks and emails later i never received any items. My birthday was ruined because the package was still tracking somewhere else in the united states. When the package finally said it was delivered according to the tracking number was days after my birthday i was not in Wisconsin at the time i was in Georgia. Anyway i never received the items they were never delivered. They gave me the run arounds about calling the post office and asking the neighbors which i did. The post office said it was left on the porch but at this time i told them i can show them proof that i was in Georgia. And if the items were delivered weeks before as promised i would have been there to get them. Bottom line i didnt get my money back or any items and i feel that absolutely ruined my birthday and i will never wish this experience on anyone.
