Lmao... I've never bought anything from this site and it's allowing me to answer your questions! I tapped answer question... lmao... it's sad you have not recieved your merchandise however with me not being a employee of this company is apologize and I encourage you to contact the BBB asap... also cancel your payment with your bank... report your credit card stolen because they have your card info IMMEDIATELY... And never ever buy from a company that has no phone number... Always GOOGLE the company'said name and type complaints behind it... The truth will be revealed... GOOD LUCK
