Very easy to use and our transporter was friendly and kept us informed of his route and time frame from point A to B. Only issue I faced was a higher price than initially given online. Their explanation was it was a remote delivery site and their quote didn't include this additional charge.

Your customer service is openly clueless and poor liars. I never got updates, and even when there was solid progress your website was never updated. How bad was my experience? I called to cancel my order after a week of incompetence only to find, a day later, that the car was picked up. When the car did arrive, the windows were left open and the bass speaker system and amplifier was missing. $500 gone. Zero stars is truly what you deserve, plus I paid an extra $125 because the car didnt start but the trucker used a jumper and it started right up. That's not what that 125 was for. Never again.

Matthew was ultra responsive! Got me a guarantee booking immediately. The car arrived just as scheduled. The driver was really careful and took his time unloading it. I would recommend Roadrunner to friends and family.

The car arrived damaged

The car arrived damaged. Had a big dent on one of the fenders. Like it got dropped on its side or t-boned. We shipped this to Dayton for the owner Earl Martin. He is not happy with roadrunner. Please contact Earl Martin at *******254 cell

The service was easy to use and very professional. My only issue was that I scheduled for a particular date as I knew I wouldn't have the car until then. About 3 - 4 days before the scheduled pick-up the driver began calling me to ask if he could come early. Each time I said no, "I don't have the car yet". Then he would call back, sometimes a few times in the same day. He was polite, but I'm not sure why it never connected that I didn't have the car available to ship until the requested shipping date. Eventually I found a way to get the car one day earlier than planned and he was waiting at my house when I got home with it.

Missed requested pick up by 10 days, price quote increases three times before pickup and one time during transport by the driver. Roadrunner has the worst telephone answering and horrible customer service. Shipper beware. Look around it will save you time and money if you go with someone else.

Due to the size of the vehicle being shipped from Arizona to Michigan, open transport was necessary. A friend suggested Roadrunner Auto Transport as carriers I'd previously used only shipped by enclosed trailer. When picking up the truck, the driver was courteous and capable - per the prior owner. The driver called a couple times, let me know his progress, and offered a couple delivery times that could work for both of us. We agreed on a time, he arrived as scheduled and delivered the truck in undamaged condition. I'd say perfect, but the truck is 39 years old and cooked by the Arizona sun! I'd highly recommend!

Lack of communication during the whole transaction. I couldn't get in touch with my rep to discuss the transaction.I kept getting emails about my quote after it was already booked. I couldn't get any tracking information on the website. The delivery required a cash settlement. But the delivery was made as scheduled so all went well. I guess there is a need for services like yours that portray that you are the company but you just connect independent drivers and the goods.

Process is simple
November 10, 2017

Process is simple. Website worked perfectly for the order. Tracking however was not updated in a timely fashion. Driver delivered the car more than 24 hours later than he indicated when he called. When the delivery truck arrived in San Jose, the driver called and asked me to pick it up at a location where he was making another delivery.

Quick and Easy to get quote, accept and schedule. Great communication both night before and day of pickup/delivery. As smooth and easy as mailing a letter and saved me 26 hours of driving over 1800 miles plus gas, food, and rest stops along the way! Highly recommend!

Paid additional $300 to have vehicle shipped after initial payment. Vehicle was picked up 5 days later then previously agreed upon, driver said vehicle was too dirty to do a proper inspection on, which vehicle was detailed 2 days before and not driven after wash. Driver also made false claims saying vehicle had over 100 lbs of cargo in it as well as above window line and asked for an extra $150. All cargo was weighed before loaded into vehicle at 83Lbs, and all cargo was properly stowed.

Pleased with response time after submitting request for quote online. Everything went very good. It was delayed in picking it up but early on delivery so everything worked out. I guess I was lucky that I had someone at pick up location that was flexible on time. It may have been different if I had to use vacation and fly out there.

~~~~~~~ URGENT: RED FLAG PLEASE READ ~~~~~~~
Booked transport for a vehicle from AZ to PA - verified the holiday wouldn't interfere with the 6-8 days shipping time and was assured the holiday would not cause delays. Raptor Auto Transport was assigned carrier confirmed to pick-up on Sat 7/1 - no call, no show. Nothing on Sunday either, sent an email to Roadrunner late Sunday. An entire holiday weekend wasted waiting for a driver that never showed. On Mon, 7/3 rec'd an email from Roadrunner driver was coming... didn't arrive until 6pm... Day 3 gone and wasted. Excited that he even arrived, let it go and driver confirmed vehicle would arrive by Sat 7/8 (UGH, already arriving a day later than planned, too bad it was picked up 2 1/2 days late, but ok only a day late). Saturday 7/8... here we go again, no call, no show. Then to discover Roadrunner is closed on Sundays - we are boiling at that point. Mon 7/10 - Sister calls the 800# they tell her truck broke down it's going to be 2-3 days not realizing that I messaged the driver. Driver responds that yesterday was Sunday, he spent the day with his family. Tomorrow the driver will there. ~~ TODAY IS WED 7/12 ~~~ Our vehicle has STILL NOT arrived in PA and we can't get anyone to tell us where it is. NOT once, did Roadrunner or Raptor reach out to let us know it would be late! Today, I asked to speak with a manager, they were not immediately available, they give them a message and I can expect a call back in 24-48 hours. That is a major red flag! Who runs a business like that?! Asked service to have Dispatch contact driver to find out my vehicles exact location, 5 hours later no call. I tried calling at 6pm MST (9pm EST) and their offices are closed... yet hours say until 10PM! Situations happen, mistakes happen - its the actions taken to correct that speaks - there have been no attempts to remedy and no accountability.

The pick up was more difficult than it should be. I requested a specific day, if there is actual 2 day window then that needs to be clear from the outset. Your customer service number and website were incredibly difficult to find and rarely returned messages. While the driver eventually kept his promise of picking up the car as requested there was significant time spent calling and pushing them to do so. It shouldn't be this difficult to keep a deadline. The drop off was within the expected time and the drive was extremely accommodating, and thats how it should be on both ends.

I cancelled my order 7 days after your promised pick up window dates. You never returned any of my website inquires. When I did speak to one of your customers. Service reps, she had no useful information.
Spent 35 years of my career catering to customers.
Your organization is the most dysfunctional operation I have ever experienced.

A great experience

A great experience. Relocated car from New York to Washington state. Driver was professional and courteous. Roadrunner delivered as promised; good value for price paid. Pick up and drop off was convenient. Would certainly use Roadrunner services again as needed. Would highly recommend.

1st time using a car shipping service and was super satisfied left vehicle with key & when we did get vehicle there was no damage to it in same condition as we left it. Also the guy was very professional and easy going. Very easy to schedule and meet up with him I hope to use you guys again in the future if I ever move!

It was pretty bad

It was pretty bad. The delivery people did a good job, but the support for our order was terrible. The price was increased by $200 from the quoted price, we were never contacted to confirm scheduling for our order. They dropped the car almost a mile from where it was supposed to be delivered to, which was at a commercial business with a two acre parking lot, that was clear and open.

When we called to confirm our order, the company had no idea what we were talking about. While the picked up and delivered the car in good shape and on the correct dates, that was really the only thing they did right. Every other part of the process was confusing, dishonest, and terrible. I will never use the service again.

So far booking the shipment is very straight forward and easy also communication has been great.
My vehicle arrived on the day I was told that it would and the driver was very professional. I would definitely recommend roadrunner auto transport to anyone needing their vehicle transported! Five star service at a reasonable price! Can't beat it!

I had placed a reservation for my car to be picked up from The Villages Florida but at the last minute I found I needed to leave before the date.
They were very quick in finding another transport to pick up my car to be transported to Colorado and I am not sure who the young man was that with the help of my neighbor in Florida picked up car and within Three days it arrived here in Denver/Aurora in perfect condition. I was so impressed that he had hauled nine cars and must have drove straight though.
I would like the name so if ever I need to transport I would want to use him.
