I was not happy with the delays in getting my car, first truck broke down day before it was to pickup my car, then a second truck assigned did not call shop as promised. He just showed up and rushing to load car and get to other cars to pickup. I will not recommend road runner for any transport.

Very easy to complete this pick up I became sick while visiting my son and had to fly home. The whole process was a great experience one phone call and that was it I followed online where my car was as it was traveling back to me in N.Y.

All positive for initial contact and booking, expect shipping and delivery to also go well. Prompt pickup and delivery, driver was courteous and efficient.

Mr Garcia was extremely helpful when I called! The company failed to inform me over the phone that if I completed the order online that I would be charged an additional 100, which they refunded 5 to 7 days later!

This was our first time using a shipping service

This was our first time using a shipping service. We were very nervous about doing this, but Billy Lynch was been great about keeping in contact with us. The entire process proceeded smoothly and we received our vehicle in the time expected. Great experience! We highly recommend! Our delivery guy was great. We were worried about him being able to get to our rural house. He got here just fine and we had no problems at all!

I have used this company several times before

I have used this company several times before. Quite satisfied with service.

Regarding the last delivery, my grandson handled both the pick up in LA and delivery in DC. He was especially impressed with the driver, Doug's thoroughness and care taken in preparing and loading the Jeep into the enclosed carrier, and when it was unloaded/received in DC at our residence.

I booked my auto transport almost 2 months in advance and the pickup and delivery were both delayed. No one I spoke with ever gave me the heads up that the pickup date was more of a 'window' rather than something dependable. It wasn't until after calling several times and said I was going to go with another company (since you can get a full refund if you cancel before a carrier gets assigned) that they were 'magically' able to assign a carrier 10 minutes later. Luckily the carrier I was assigned was great to work with. Although I will give them credit that every time I called I was able to connect with a person fairly quickly...they just didn't have much to say that was useful in regards to an update.

Very well organized and very friendly staff. The pick up truck drive Max and Lea who was coordinating on the phone very professional and friendly. Top marks for customer service. Provided frequent updates before and during the transit as they had promised. ***** Five star experience.

Kyle has been very professional and helpful in this process. Overall it was a seamless delivery. There was a communications problem between the Carrier Driver and Roadrunner. He had broken down in Virginia and was missing for a couple of days. Dispatch had given me his Information and after several attempts I was able to have a conversation and get an update. My vehicle did arrived on the 17th of February at its destination( 7 Days Late). The driver was apologetic and I was glad too finally have my vehicle, I just think Roadrunner should have been able to know where and why there was a delay.

My only complaint is that there was poor communication from the dispatcher about when my vehicle would be picked up and then delivered. In both cases I was promised one day and then it was changed to the next at the last minute.

I've used roadrunner many times over the past 5 years. This is the first time I had difficulty getting a set date for pick up from customer service. After reading off of the script 3 times they still had to answer my question, when will the driver come and will they come before I am no longer in state to allow for the car to be picked up. The driver who transported my car was friendly, accommodating, and timely. Overall experience was good. Customer service needs improvement.

The online process was very straightforward and easy. The sales rep I spoke with gave me very different information from the dispatcher. He made promises that were not kept on the shipping nor the receiving end.

Pick up was a day late, and we had to change our travel plans. Communications were poor during transit, and we were strung along by a lady named Maria who was annoyed to be asked for an update. Roadrunner contracted the job out, which we were not aware of until the last minute, so we had that uneasy feeling for days, until the vehicle finally arrived. The driver who delivered it was very nice and we breathed a big sigh of relief at the end, when the car finally arrived and in good condition!

The driver was most courteous

The driver was most courteous. I did, however, have to Contact customer service because my car didn't arrive on the date it was promised. Customer service was very slow in contacting me. Finally, I contacted the driver directly and he explained how the truck had broken down in Georgia hence the reason for the delay. Overall, I was satisfied with the actual transportation of my car but not of the customer service response.

It was so hard to reach the driver and the staff when we need to. They did not inform the delayed time of the vehicle pick up and no one from our end can reach the office. I had to wait hours until they finally called and told me that they're having a delay, ended up waiting for half a day to pick up the vehicle

I paid $900 and was forgotten about till last minute and had to cough up an additional $400. To speak to an actual representative is nearly impossible and that's not even covering the fact of how my vehicle was damaged and late on arrival. To put the cherry on top the driver drove my truck through my neighborhood in 4 wheel drive and the 2 hours of holding on the phone to speak to a representative I was met with a rude, and incredibly shallow person who was no help what so ever.

Not the cheapest quote I got (went with an enclosed trailer) but a few other were still double. A couple of places I got cheaper quotes from just bombarded me with phone calls and e-mails as well as one of the really expensive ones, but not from roadrunner.
My car was delivered on time and the drivers were very friendly and helpful (used car arrived at my work with a dead battery, I brought my car over to jump and once it started they parked it where I wanted it).

Great easy to follow booking and confirmation. I would normally do the trip myself with my own car trailer but COVID-19 had just started. The first carrier cancelled but the follow up company exceeded all expectations.
